10/21/24Today was my pup, Odin’s first visit to Shaggy Chic! He was groomed by Karrisa! Karrisa took excellent care in grooming Odin…and he came out of there looking like a younger, well-groomed dog!! I Strongly reccommend Karrisa & The Shaggy Chic for making your dog “beautiful” again!!! Thank you Karrisa & “Tootsie” for your kindness & expertise! ❤️

Just moved here from out of state and was nervous who to get our Teddy Bears in with. Klarissa yesterday did a wonderful job with our puppies! Mabel and Gertie looked amazing and we have found our New York grooming salon!! ❤️🐾

Katie is great. My dog goes crazy when I mention her name. My boy is usually a walk in nail trim and Katie is his favorite groomer. She is always able to fit him in and his paws come out great every time!

Korrine is always so great with our dogs! Just love her & does a great job!!

This place is awesome. My dog loves coming here and Judy does such a nice job on her. You walk in and there are dogs that are finished and happy and its just a great place to be. I cant say enough. 10 stars.

EXCELLENT groomer!!! Super caring and careful and knowledgeable. They figured out fast what my dogs did and didnt like and did whatever was best for them. Really excellent place.

Best dog groomer in Utica! Love love love Shaggy Chic. Judy and Korinne are like family to my dog. He loves going there and it treated so well. They are just wonderful people and so skilled. Ive had dog groomers in the past use shampoos that irritate my dogs skin but Ive never had a single issue with anything at Shaggy Chic. Plus they are so attentive and always alert me if theres anything I should ask the vet about or if theres anything new and different about my dog. I really dont know what I would do without them!!!

I own a very stubborn husky and it is impossible to cut her nail. These guys went out of their way to get the job done. They are very busy so i do suggest calling a head and making an appointment. They do a great job and care for your pets as if their own. Hands down most professional place Ive been to in Utica.

Dani is wonderful! She is so patient, loving, and accomodating to my two GSDs! I will not take them anywhere else. They are so fresh and clean when I pick them up! Not a perfume smell, just clean! Thank you for doing such an excellent job! We appreciate you!

Couldnt be happier! Amazing place and the owner is outstanding. They always do such an amazing job. Ive gone to other nearby groomers and this is the only one Ill go to from here on out. Always stand welcoming and always a great experience!

Wonderful place, Cassidy is amazing with our anxious little puppers. Their prices are very reasonable as well, would definitely recommend!

I read all the GREAT reviews on this place. So, I called and they are not accepting new clients :-( I wish it would say that somewhere on here. The 2 stars are for the google , not the groomers. We SOOOO wished we could have gotten our Daisy in.

Professional, caring, and detail oriented groomers but more importantly just really great people who go above and beyond for all dogs, especially those in need.

My bischon/shiztu mix was overdue for a cut. Kate did an amazing job without the excuses Id always gotten from his previous groomer. Theyre super friendly and the animals seem to love them. I highly recommend Shaggy Chic for great, affordable pet grooming.
