We are extremely happy with our experience! Theresa was very caring and accommodating with our Reesie! We had him fully groomed including shampoo, cut and nails clipped. Ive never had him smell so good for so long. Love the final outcome!

Teresa is awesome with my dog. She asks you how you want your pet groomed. Ive been taking my dog to her for many years. He always comes home smelling so good. 5 star business.

I could not say enough great things about Diva Dog!! I needed to get my dogs haircut on a Sunday which is very difficult. Thankfully I found diva dog and not only did they respond right away they got my in immediately. I called on a Thursday needing a haircut that weekend and they were able to accommodate. The owner was very nice and responsive took very good care of me!!! After getting my dogs haircut other places and hating it Diva Dog nailed it!! My pup has never looked so cute. Thank god I was able to find this place and get my dogs haircut done right before my daughter’s birthday!! Best haircut he has ever got and I will be a customer for life!!!

Dropped my two dogs off today for their second visit. Made my appt directly with Patty, however when I got there, patty asked who I scheduled with and if I told that person I had 2 dogs. Yes, sure did. Fast forward 3 hours, and I get a phone call that starts with do I have your 2 dogs here? I sure hope so. She couldnt remember my name, didnt remember the dogs names, and had written my number down wrong, so was randomly calling other clients to see if they were their dogs. My dogs cuts were fine, but i will never take them there again, considering they couldve been given to anyone else.

Had my 2 poms groomed here for 1st time this week and cant say enough about what a great job! Patty was awesome and had no problems with my little finicky girl. Thanks so much and will see you soon!🐾❤🐾

Horrible business person. I made an appointment I told her the type of dog I had and when I showed up she refused to work on him because she said do you know how much work that is!? Oh I’m sorry I thought you were a Dog grooming business apparently she only likes to do easy dogs that take little to no time. No customer service no thought for the dog and to be honest she seemed miserable! Will never consider doing business in Niagara Falls again for dog grooming and I wouldn’t bring my dog to her if you paid me.

Patty is fantastic! Our dog Jax is always cut perfect! I feel comfortable leaving him there to be groomed. Highly recommend this groomer and shop!

In think her name was Patty (sorry).She did a wonderful job with the Groom.My dog Is a difficult dog to groom due to a bad experience with her previous groomer..I got a good vibe from Patty but I dont like to leave my dog alone.

Very professional. Was able to fit my dog in last minute. I didnt even recognize my dog. He looked so wonderful. Owner actually got on the floor at first so my dog and her could get acquainted. Will definatly be going back.

I have two little dogs and one large dog. I had them all groomed at Diva Dog they did an amazing job for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend!

Brando always has a good experience at Diva Dog. He always is happy and gets his bandana... Everyone is wonderful there and my mother brings her furr baby there as well for years.

Absolutely horrible. I give it no stars. She over charged me. Hurt my dog. May have to put her down. Lady was miserable. And didnt cut off enough hair.

I took my 1 1/2 year old 7 lb yorkie to Diva Dog. What a mistake. When I got there to pick him up instead of running over to me he ran straight to the door which I found odd. I got him home and put him in the back yard and noticed he was limping. I picked him up and examined his leg and OMG!! he had a cut about a inch long Im sure it was from the clippers she used. I showed my boyfriend and he was not happy. I called her right away and she of course denied hurting Carter. I really wish she would have told me herself what she had done. I realize accidents do happen. Please do not bring your dog here. I am so sorry I did!!!

Tried to take my Yorkie poo and since she looked scared she didnt want to cut her. Took off work for nothing. Guess only wants to do return dogs only. Waste of time.

I took my morkie here for the first time when she was 8 weeks old. My morkie cut was great but my puppy doesn’t like to be crated so she barks. I was informed that my morkie barking gave patty a terrible headache. As a dog groomer she should be use to dogs/puppies barking or crying! I don’t recommend diva dog at all! Dogs cry and if she can’t handle that then she shouldn’t be a dog groomer!
