I came to Niagara Falls for a weekend to tour wedding venues knowing my pups wouldn’t be allowed. I came across Ivy online and after reading reviews trusted in her to watch my pups. They are hard to handle nonetheless but she was so personable and understanding. She picked them up at our first venue and dropped them off at the last making it for an easy relaxing day! During our tours she updated me with pictures and made me feel at ease. We will be booking a venue shortly and reusing her pet services at the time of the wedding, I’m sure of it! 10/10 recommend!

I have to say coming from KY and not really having things like this I was skeptical. I found Ivy online and messaged her at like 11:30 pm. She messaged me right away and was very helpful given me more information how everything worked. Me and my family was just passing through for the day and really wanted to go to Niagara Falls but knew our golden doodle would not be welcomed on the boat. After talking with Ivy more that next morning the day of our trip we decided to give this a try. We dropped him off with her at her townhouse and thank the Lord she was only about 10 mins away from Niagara Falls. She sent lots of photos and videos of our baby playing and having a good time with her family and their little dog. I have to say we got to really enjoy the park and knowing our fur baby was took care of was such a blessing. I will definitely look Ivy back up if we ever make it back to the Falls. Found Ivys Pet Care prior to taking a day trip to Niagara Falls. Ivy was quick to respond to set up our dogs day at the Falls. She sent lots of picture and video updates of Gibson having a great time. Very flexible with our schedule, drop off and pick up were a breeze. I would absolutely recommend Ivys Pet Care for all of your dog sitting needs!

I had a disturbing experience with this person. I needed a back up plan when my sitter fell through last minute. The owner assured me she could watch my dog for one night. I just needed someone from about 5 pm until about 10 am the following morning. I would have paid any amount. Since it was such a last minute thing. I never questioned the price when she sent me a picture of an invoice for $75. I responded “no problem I’ll pay cash. Thanks so much” She then sent a text saying “actually technically it’s two days so it should be $200” I was so uncomfortable but had already committed. But when I got there she didn’t answer her door AND stopped responding to my texts and calls. So I’m not sure what is worse! Her not following through or her scamming someone she thought was desperate. Luckily there is the ROVER APP!! Who never lets me down

Got scammed 75$ for my dog to be groomed and she never answered me, proceeded to block me, and once i got my MIL involved, she blocked her too. do not trust this girl. her sister tells me she scams people all the time
