Pretty Baby Grooming Palace

Brought our two poodle boys in again because we were happy with the cut and price last time, and happy we did! She did a great job dying their tails, too! The boys came home happy and adorable.

I was unable to get in contact with my regular groomer and my puppy needed a bath. Hes been scratching so much. Had him at the vet, no fleas or skin allergies. They figured he had gotten into something. They gave him meds that didnt help so we wanted him bathed. We explained this to the owner (?). Never did get her name. She couldnt give me a price going in. She estimated between $50 & $60. Ok. When we got there to pick him up, he did have some fleas. She says she gave him a flea bath but hes still scratchy like crazy. We gave him a flea treatment. Hes still having issues. She sounds like she knows what shes talking about but her prices are not posted. She charges extra if she has any adverse issues with the animal. My bill was $75.00. she only takes cash. I didnt get an itemized receipt showing what service he did get. My puppy looked and smelled better but not sure he really got a flea bath but was charged for it ??? Made an appointment for December but dont think I will take him back. Cant afford any surprise charges.

I have three big dogs. They are all rescues and have their different quirks and behavioral challenges. My german shepherd is terrified of water and trying to bath her on my own has been a nightmare. Pretty baby grooming has made my life so much easier and it really has reduced the fur in my house. I feel so much relief knowing that my fur babies are with someone that I trust and that knows how to handle anxious dogs.

*Rant Post*The first time that we had the dogs go to Pretty Baby Grooming Palace we were so happy with how everything turned out...the price was great and the dogs looked amazing.Yesterday, things were completely different. She increased the price by $50 (nothing extra was done) and you can see that she did not do a good job at all. It was explained that we didnt pay that price last time and she refused to release the dogs until she was completely paid. Due to not having the exact amount and having to go back home to get more money, she also decided to throw in the fact that she would charge $25 for every 30 mins after she is closed. Then she lied and said that my other dog was bad last time and had to be restrained. Funny how she never mentioned that the first time....if you go on Google reviews, you will see what she actually said about both dogs...if you know my dogs, there is never a reason to restrain them.I advise that you do not take your animals there unless you want to deal with b.s.

If I could I’d give them a zeroShe must be paying people for good reviews & when she gets a bad review she comments & blame the client. I’m sure she’ll comment on this post as well. Went last year never went back. Then got phone calls & harassing texts.

This lady should not be grooming. She is a Karen. Very rude and a total lack of respect. She claims to have 35 years of experience but apparently it has been of no use to her. I accept that my dog ​​is extremely nervous. And I accept that you tell me complaints about my animal. But I call my mother a liar. and my mother is 79 years old. This Karen was disrespectful. My dog ​​was medicated and Im sorry it didnt work. Still, it wasnt such a rude way to say things. She wanted my dog ​​and this woman continued to disrespect her. Yes my dog ​​was with many knots. Because his former groomer closed his business. and I was looking for where to take her. When I told her to give me my dog ​​she continued to complain. I think one time was enough. She charged us 130 dollars!!!!!!!!! for leaving my dog ​​bald. And I did question the price since it seemed a little high to me. We had a slight argument because she already had me tired. Your Karen has no love for dogs. you are very rude And now seeing all the opinions on your page, I am not the only one who thinks the same. You even threatened to call the Spca for bringing a hairy dog ​​with knots. Think carefully about taking your animals to this place. You cant even see what shes doing because its all covered with a cement wall. My dog ​​is traumatized. She would give it a zero but there is no that option.

I’ve been bringing my Dogs to Kristinas Pretty Baby Groomers for over 4 years now . Professional service , fantastic results , and most importantly knowing my Dog is in good hands and is treated properly. Another plus is her rates are lower than anywhere else ! I highly recommend!! 5stars all day!

Made a first time appointment for our YorkiePooh. Not to bash the place but for a business owner she wasn’t welcoming at all. Very surprisingDidn’t like that we couldn’t see any dogs behind a closed wall. Could only hear barking. When asked if we could peek in to see the facilities we were told NO.The worst part was we showed her a picture of what our pup usually gets & our expectations. She literally skinned him & didn’t even trim ‘all’ of his toes. We won’t be returning.

Pretty Baby Grooming is a wonderful place. To bring your pets to be groomed. The years of experience really shows. Kind , compassionate and will to work with you on scheduling. I strongly recommend them !

I paid $55 for my babys nails & haircut & her hair was uneven. I will not be going back. PS (11/9/23) the lady just called me & wanted to know why I give her a bad review, she sounded really rude & I wasnt happy with the way she did my babys hair! Did she call anyone else?

My 6 month old Husky is very shaky when meeting new people, he also suffers from separation anxiety so we was a little hesitant to leave him, but when we walked in he instantly ran over to the receptionist area wagging his tail. He didnt even look back when they led him back because he was to busy getting rubs and love from the owner. She put my fears at ease. They did a awesome job and Thor came out with a little skip in his walk LOL. I will always come back

My friend took her dog there n her dog foot was cut during grooming n the groomer blamed my friend. She never even made it out tha shop. They were negligent n I never went back.

First time there owner was 7 minutes late & had us wait outside. She takes dogs through door and I wasnt allowed to go back with my baby. Front was a little dirty looking. She told me to come back in 4-5 hours. I suspect my dog was waiting so long for me. But she did a good job and I couldnt find Noone else, so made another appointment. This time we waiting in the freezing cold 20 minutes for her to show up. She has never answered my phone calls either. We left after waiting so long. I had another appointment and told her that when I booked with her. So rude! Made me late for next appointment. I pray shes not on a vent, but that or death are the only 2 excuses to not handle your business! At least call!

After I showed pictures of what I wanted, wrote everything down and went over it with her, she disregarded everything I told her. Cut his hair so short he hasn’t come out of his bed for 2 days. I’m extremely disappointed. He doesn’t want to play, go for a walk. Just wants to be alone. I will never go back to her or recommend her even to my worst enemy. No dog deserves this treatment.

Cassidy and I love how nice she looks when Kristina spoils her. Kristina is very professional and cute to boot! 😉 We highly recommend her services.

I love when my puppy come home she smell so good and clean

The groomer is so great with my dog.He gets exited to see her. He comes home happy and acting like a puppy. Hes been elsewhere and came home very lethargic and miserable. She treats each animal as if it were her own.

I have a Lot of hair and very thick. I got such a beautiful cut and style.. They are my #1 now..

I have gone to Pretty Baby Grooming for 25 years and never had a problem. A few times I have brought in my pooch and she was matted ☹️ I told Kris I was sorry that my pooch was matted, she told me no problem. She will charge extra for very badly matted dogs. She has signs in her shop explaining ‘extras’ sometimes you can’t help but be charged extra for the condition of your dog/cat. That’s YOUR fault not hers. I rescued a Yorkie this past April, and at his first grooming, I told Kris I didn’t know how he would act. She took her time and it went ok. I have another appointment this month. If you have a problem, just talk to her. She’s fair. Again after 25 years I have not had any problem.

When I took my two poodles to be groomed here for the first time, I explained to the woman Krisitina Crotty that my one poodle was quite nervous. When I called before picking them up I heard a dog yelp and a womans voice hollering at the dog to hold still. So when I picked up my poodles I asked Krisitina if that was my dog Nellie that yelped, she said no it was another dog but she did not look up at me. Also, she made a comment about my dog Nellie not holding still. i said to her that I did inform her that Nellie was a nervous dog. When I got home, I discovered that one of Nellies skin tags was removed and a dark spot was there instead of which did heal and go away. So it was my dog that yelped and she lied about it. She also left their hair around their face kind of long and not trimmed back too far, of which grew into the face and over their eyes. I called and cancelled their next appointment today, October 16th, for the scheduled time on Wednesday October 18th at 10 am.

My shihtzu Trixie looks just beautiful! Her puppy cut is exactly what I wanted, her fur is super shiny. I am thrilled with the job Christina did ❤️

Very rude. I’ve never used her services before so I made an appointment for my dog , ended up finding out I had covid as soon as I left the hospital and got home I called to reschedule my appointment (you would think that’s the right thing to do right) . I guess not , for one she didn’t even remember what time my appointment was for and tried to correct me and say my appointment was for a whole different time. Once I told her I had covid she mumbles under her breath “great” then proceeded to say that I should have called her earlier so that she could’ve gotten someone else scheduled! VERY RUDE! I will not be bringing my pet there. Learn better customer service.

Excellent treatment with animals treat them as her own or part of her family
