Just got my dog groomed at this place and Ive finally found my number one spot! My female shihtzu came out so cute. Everything I asked to be taken care of, was. They take time and listen to you whether its over the phone or in person. They are patient and understanding. My dog not only came out cute, she smelled so nice too. Thank you so much Billy and Kim! I am ecstatic on how great my dog Bear looks after his first grooming at Pampur’d Pets today. The staff is extremely friendly. They knew what I was looking for as far as the cut I wanted and did an amazing job. My dog was not afraid of them and pranced out of there like a king. The prices are great and the service is impeccable. I highly recommend them.

Love Pampurrd Pets. I have been taking my dogs there for years. Billy the owner is awesome to deal with and great with my dogs.

What started as a regular day to the groomers, turned into horror for myself, my family and my dog most importantly. We walked into the salon, 10 minutes after dropping her off, I received a phone call from the owner asking if anything was wrong with my dogs leg, I said no. She said the dog cant put her back leg down. I asked if I should come back/pick her up...she said no they can groomer her and shell be ok. 2 hrs later when I went to pick her up, my poor dog couldnt walk at ALL.!! Not only was her back leg curled up but something was wrong with both front legs. I was able to get an emergency appt at the vet. Xray showed her back femur was broken. And she had some kind of neurological trauma to neck causing her front legs to curl up. When I called the groomer the following day, after a lengthy conversation, they repeated over and over nothing happened. Im writing this review as a caring dog owner for many years. My dog walked in there totally fine and left with a broken back leg. Something must have happened. Use your discretion.

Absolutely love this place! I take my three dogs here. My oldest tends to be assertive when it comes to grooming, he has skin allergies & hates water, so I was worried about bringing him here but he got a great cut & for a good price as well! They always leave the dogs looking great

They are awesome ! Been going there for over a decade and dont want to go anywhere else. Billy, his wife and team are great. During the start of the pandemic I had to use another groomer. Needless to say, subpar and over priced. Love this place and I wish them all the success in the world. Thanks for taking such good care of my yorkies. One has passed but we will still be bringing the youngest. You guys really care and always do a great job.....thank you!

This place is always amazing. Billy always remembers my dogs name. She loves going to them. They call 10-15 minutes before my Bella is ready for pick up. My mother has also been taking her dog there for just over 10 years.

Great friendly staff. Kim is the most down to earth person and her husband is another amazing person and great groomer. the prices are fair and grooming done in a timely manner. def. top notch grooming, I wouldnt bring my dog anywhere else. thank you pampurrd pets

I have never used a pet grooming service before. With that said, every time my dogs went to the veterinarian for shots or check up ( allergic rash ) I would always ask for the nails to be cut also. I got my dog back each time with a 2 - 3 hundred dollar bill but nails were never cut. I thought to myself. They must be to busy with hurt or injured animals who needed serious care 1st. Dogs file there nails normally on walks from the concrete. But my house has grass on all sides and my dogs ( both rescues ) are uncooperative with the cutters and the sanders you can purchase for at home usage. A family member, Bobby from Sunrise Sewage Corp. Had recommended Pampered Pets at a family BBQ for his granddaughter. I called the number explained my problem and was given a 1pm appointment for Saturday. I was a few minutes late ( which I was not penalized for ). Billy took my Princess inside and she followed him right in. I got a message later on my phone to pick Princess up at 3:20pm. When I picked her up she was Beautifully clean with the shed coat gone. Her nails were trimmed PERFECTLY. They are above the toe so her toes dont crunch up when she walks as the pads of her feet now touch the floor instead of big uncomfortable nails. Plus they were not so close to cuticles as to be cut. Billy also promised to help me with my other rescue who is very skittish around people she doesnt know.I will definitely be keeping that appointment!Thank you so much for your tender care and love for animals!Torres Family.

Great place! I’ve taken my dog here for years and they are very quick and good with my pet. They have always done an amazing job and clearly love animals! This is a locally owned business please support it.

Love this place but not very happy with the fact the last time I took my dog here they cut BOTH of his ears, and didn’t notify me AT ALL I was petting my pup and came across two large scabs on the tips of both his ears. I took him to the vet and they said his ears had been cut. It took a little over a month to heal. I’m pregnant so I haven’t had time to go back and ask them why I wasn’t notified. But I’m super disappointed that they wouldn’t tell me what happened, the vet said they put an agent that clogs the bleeding.

Billy is the best gentle kind considerate loving highly recommend this shop and wish them much more years of success. My Stan is a 15 year old cat and Billy is so kind and gentle to cut his nails. 🐈‍⬛❤️

I been going to Pampurrd Pets since they open up with my first pet Simba . I still go there 5 dogs after! The service is great they really try hard to please and welcome everyone like family...The price is great Billy is the best and so is his staff. I will not trust anyone else with my pets grooming.

Im glad somebody recommended this place to my wife. The staff is very welcoming and seem very patient which is a must when dealing with a dog thats hyper like mine. The staff is also very knowledgeable and know their stuff when it comes to grooming. They also sell a variety of pet items. I had my dogs hair groomed and his tail dyed blue ( my wifes idea) which came out nothing short of perfection. I highly recommend this Pampurrd pets to everyone with a pet. Almost forget to mention the prices are unbeatable.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. My dog came back acting weird and scared of me when I would pet him on his back. My dog has never acted this way with me or anyone. My dog is a very playful dog who loves the attention, he came back acting the complete opposite. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This place ALWAYS does a wonderful job with my maltese/shih tzu mix. Couldnt be more pleased. I moved 750 miles from home, and my dog comes here 1-2x/year for maintenance grooming when we visit... because theyre that good! Luckily her hair doesnt grow to be too long in between visits :D

My puppy was just a lil off and didn’t want to associate nor play with anyone WASNT playful wasn’t her usual self. I tried to pet her on the back and she was very detached. This place did not even call me to notify me when my dog was ready and finished . Luckily I decided to not to go to far away from the area and come back after an hour. I waited for a call I never received .

Billy is the best. My 15-year-old black Bombay cat Stan Goes in every two months for a manicure pedicure. Billy is very sweet and caring and gentle and the best just the best. Kind considerate reasonable price very happy. I wish him many many years of success and thank him for his kindness.
