All Creatures Boarding

I brought my dog here for boarding and grooming, my dog LOVES the staff, and they always do such a great job taking care of her, and making her look pretty before she leaves. 10/10 recommend and it’s very affordable !!

My dogs absolutely love coming to all creatures! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, the facility is so clean and Well taken care of. I would 10/10 would recommend them for grooming, Daycare or boarding services.

I brought my dog there three times. The first was for 4 days. It was an ok experience, the second time was for two days. This last time was Thursday 8/19 to Sunday 8/22. Her harness was chewed through in two places. We were told it was done on Thursday when we dropped her off while the staff went to tend to the day care animals. That was only about 15 minutes according to the staff. My dog has never chewed through her harness while on the line outside. Also, I received a photo of my dog on Friday while she was on her “private staff play”, her harness on and intact. On Friday. So how did it get chewed through on Thursday? This tells me she was left in her harness for a long period of time or all weekend. Another issue was she was not given her medicine or the incorrect dosage. She needs two tablets per day. When she was dropped off she had 42 tablets and when she was picked up she had 39 tablets. She should have had 36. She wasn’t given her medicine or given the incorrect dosage. When I asked the staff about it she lied and said she was sure she gave it to her in the correct dose. I asked “and what was that”? She replied “I followed the directions on the form.” I asked her again what was the direction? She replied “one per day” I told her the instructions were two tablets each day with her am feeding. They took pictures of the harness and said we will be reimbursed. We have not been contacted back yet and keep getting the run around. I went there yesterday to get copies of my forms and conveniently the printer was “out of ink” so I just took photos of my forms. And the other forms I was told “were locked in an office”. They claim they feed on the dogs schedule but I do not believe they do. They have this nice grassy play area but every photo they upload is all on blacktop. Very strange and suspicious. I will not be using this facility any longer and I suggest you take precautions if you decide to use this boarding place.

Will not be bringing my dog back here for grooming or playcare, given the political advertisements in this business front lawn. Its one thing to post them in your lawn at home but quite another to have them at your place of business.

Great place to send the hyper dogs that need to play. My dog comes home tired right out. Grooming services are excellent as well.

As a fellow pet owner I feel we are always concerned when dropping off our K9 friends as they cannot speak for themselves.. I highly recommend giving them a chance to earn your business... The staff is always super friendly and helpful! They absolutely know what they are doing when it comes to grooming your fury friend! Best cuts I have ever had on our familys golden retriever! I have been so happy sence we have switched to them for all of our grooming needs.. Should you decide to give them your business you will not be disappointed! Thank you to all the staff at All Creatures for all you do for my dogs!

I was just looking for a place that my puppy could stay for a week while Im on vacation. Now Ive never left my dog here but I asked someone that used to work there if it was a good place. All I know is that they witnessed someone that works there being real aggressive with the dogs and pinned them to the side of the tub during bath time. Thats all I needed to know to NOT leave my baby in their care. Just in case I wanted to let others know and to keep that In mind when thinking of leaving ur babies with them.

Cash only (red flag), Strict drop off and pick up time (5 oclock) and have been overcharged each of the last 2 or 3 times we have taken our dog there. Once dog was picked up 2 days early but charged for full stay (I an understand that to some extent). Had referred someone that was in a bind and was told we would be credited a day by the person we referred (not advised by the business) and when we asked about using it on a follow up stay was told it would be credited. Next stay asked about it at drop off and told no problem it would be credited. At pickup was charged for full stay and dog had an open wound on his snout. Was told to contact manager that now claims it is only good for day care. I have lost all trust in them and will not be returning.

Took my cats for a bath and nails and they did a good job. They even gave us complimentary holiday bandanas!

We used them for a 3day boarding in the fall. It went well. We decided to do Daycare. We bought a 10day pass. Although It was NOT listed on the site at the time of our purchase, they Expire in 30 Days. Well, our original intent was once weekly. We were told on week 5 that our pass had expired. The only thing they would offer was for us to pay an additional $3 for each remaining visit. $240 a month on your pet just to have playtime sounds alittle expensive, We found a real nice place thats cheaper.

I have been bringing my two dogs there for 6 years for grooming, for the last year, three dogs. I had to cancel a grooming appointment for one of them early in the morning for a family emergency and when I called to reschedule they said they had a new policy of 72 hours for cancellation, which I was not aware of, I have never canceled an appointment, or been a no-show. I was told by an employee, while I could hear the owner in the background sighing and huffing and puffing while telling the employee what to say instead of getting on the phone herself that I would have to pay for two appointments if I wanted to reschedule. I explained to the employee that it was something that couldnt be helped, I wasnt notified about the 72-hour cancellation policy. She said they had it posted, I explained youre not allowed to go into the building they come out to the car to get the pets. So long story short not only did she lose business of my three dogs, but also my mother-in-laws two dogs which she has been bringing there for almost 10 years. I understand policies are put in place for a reason but to not notify your customers, or at least allow them one grace period warning I believe to be completely unprofessional. I wound up bringing my dog to Pet Supply in Rome where instead of dropping them off between 8:00 and 9:00 in the morning and letting them sit in a kennel all day, you can actually make a 1 hour block appointment. They were wonderful with her, they did a great job, and even with two add-ons it was $5 cheaper.

My dog loves going to All Creatures every week. Amber and crew love him and take very good care of him.

DO NOT TRUST WITH PET!!Our dog was dropped off for grooming and when we picked up our dog, the scar where he had been fixed had been cut and was bleeding when we picked him up. His whole time there, there was never a call about him being cut while getting groomed. Along with him being cut open, he’s been cowering and hiding like he was beaten. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I brought my 15-year-old, long-haired, very matted cat whod never been shaven to All Creatures this morning. They offer a safe drop-off and pickup to keep everyone healthy. Kerry did a phenomenal job of removing all of his mats and shaving him down to a lion cut. The girls were so caring, friendly and professional, reassuring me that he would be alright. I will definitely tell all of my friends and family about All Creatures, and recommend anyone who has a pet whom they want to be treated like family to bring them to All Creatures Boarding. Thanks Kerry and staff for making Caedmon feel safe and comfortable during a scary experience for him. I will be bringing him back for future trims.

Ten years and counting! Highly recommend across the board!

We boarded with All Creatures because it was close and convenient. Never again. I read reviews before we booked and read of one woman’s terrible experience. She said she brought her dog home and it wouldn’t stop vomiting. She had to call the vet etc. Despite my gut feeling to not board them, I did it for convenience. Well, now both of my dogs have been vomiting since they left-one didn’t even make it out of All Creatures before vomiting. Which makes me wonder, were they sick during their stay? We never received a phone call if they were. Here’s my advice-pay the extra, drive the extra, do not board your pets with this kennel.

They were fantastic to work with and did a wonderful job with my furbabies grooming. Very accommodating and gentle with our eldest with arthritis issues. Highly recommend!

Pretty good, have used them a few times. Last time had issues with Kennel Cough. They made no consideration for the inconvenience or the $100.00 Vet billI paid them almost $400.00 as well. Giving them one more chance

The staff has always been friendly and amazing. About the only place that will board our pets.The only down side is I wish the rates werent over double what our previous border (that closed) use to charge. We now spend about equal or more than on boarding than what we spend to cover our travel on our yearly trip.

Poodles face was not done properly. It was not cleaned where it gets stained from crying nor was her face shaved. Also she has patches in her fur where its to short in some places. For the price I paid I really expected her to look right and face clean. Not happy

I started with Stewie, my Border Collie. Then Julie, my Cavalier King Charles. Now Jack, my new 14 year old Jack Russell. They all go to All Creatures five days a week for doggie day care and absolutely love it! Kerry and the staff are like family, know the dogs and keep tabs on everything. My dogs are my kids, and I trust that they will always receive the best care with Kerry and her crew.

We were first time boarders- A few friends had used All Creatures so we did also. Apparently they have had some type of sickness in the building for over 2 weeks prior to us boarding our dog. They also had been made aware as I have since been informed of. We picked up our dog at 5:55pm- at that point the dog was coughing but she was extremely excited and I said well maybe her throat was just dry. After being home for less than an hour- our dog was coughing uncontrollably and vomiting everywhere. I left a phone message after hours but then message them through Facebook. I explained what was Happening and they couldn’t believe it. I even said I was taken back that the dog was sick the instant we picked her up and not beforehand. I had called Syracuse and they said she would need some medication for the cough and we should be able to be seen tomorrow (today) as I relayed all of this- in text form through fb messenger - I was advised to use robitussin dm by All Creatures- only to be told by the vet that not only was it against the law for them to do that but that no dog should ever be given robitussin for any reason. All creatures had called to see how our dog was this morning- then they messaged me. I advised them I would let them know once I had answers. So with answers in hand- I not only messaged them back but also went into the facility personally. I have still heard nothing from them- yet they posted that they had a newsletter on their counter for all to read- And that 5......5 dogs obviously were sick enough for Cornell to be involved and that it isn’t kennel cough. Had she contacted me either by phone of fb messenger- I could have told her that also!!! Our dog was clearly sick before yesterday at 6pm...... their response (again I have the messages) “that’s crazy- she was fine” fine? She vomited no less than 20 times and probably 10 more before she saw the vet! If this is any indication of how they care for our animals..... Definitely question their morals and ethics!!

They only accept cash or checks because of coronavirus per staff even though cash carries the most germs. And they charge for their boarding by the day instead of the night, raising their prices. not telling us until after we picked up the kitty that it went from 13.00 to 18.00 each day. If you leave your pet overnight they charge for two days, instead of one. No receipts given unless you ask and they are handwritten. They force you to pick up your pet on 8am only if a Saturday and 5PM only on a Sunday -- no other options given.

We were lucky enough to find All Creatures shortly after our wild and crazy mutt entered our lives. When I first started my new job she was around 3 months old, I would get home and she would literally run laps around my house, chew things, jump on things, jump on me, it was impossible to calm her down. Once we started bringing her to All Creatures we had a less wild (still wild) pup at home every night, that wasnt so wild that she tore up my house. The workers know my pup my husband and myself. They treat her (and us) like family, she will run right up to the girls in the morning to give kisses! I am beyond happy to bring my baby to daycare every day! We also use their grooming packages, baths, nails, teeth and she always comes home looking great! Thank you all creatures!

Brought my dog with specific direction to do a little trim and bath. They shaved my dog! When I asked why? They very rudely said to go somewhere else if I didnt like it!

Great place. My dog, Loba, the drama queen, loves this place. The human dog treats they sell taste delicious.

They are so good to our Lily. She loves going to day care as well as ehen we do use them for boarding. Staff is so caring and thoughtful.

We had a really positive experience with our first use of this kennel facility. They are professional, their facility is clean, and they took great care of my dog.

This place was amazing and took great care of my cat for a week when she needed crate rest recovering from surgery. Txted me updates and pictures daily to let me know how she was doing.

Did a great job. Dog came back after a weekend getaway smelling great and having his nails clipped. Definitely recommend

They did an amazing job with my very timid dog. It was a bit of a drive to get there but well worth the trip. When I picked my dog up they had washed her bedding and clipped her nails. It was a comfort to know that her caretaker had experience with rescuing dogs. This experience was obvious in the care she took of my Honey and the trust Honey exhibited toward her.

The staff are always freindy and show genuine care for the animals they are taking care of. When our dog is in the kennel, we also have her groomed. She looks great when they are done with her!

Honestly this place desires 10 stars. Its clean, the staff is warm and friendly. There are lots of open play areas for the dogs to run around. You can have your dog groomed and their nails cut well they are there. Best pet boarding home I have ever taken my pets to.

Had my American Eskimo mix groomed here and was told they couldnt brush her and shaved her down. I didnt get a call to ask me if this was ok they just did it.These dogs are double coated. I hope and pray shell be ok in the winter. I am so devasted right now.Ill never go back here or refer anyone ever again.
