My husband and I took our new 4 month old puppy for her first groom. Bianca was her groomer. Puppy did great because Bianca is an awesome groomer. She has a lot of patience and very understanding to the needs of our dog. It was a great first experience for our sweet dog. We will definitely go back. She is highly reccomended.

I took my dog for a bath/brush service. Marissa in grooming was so sweet and my dog was so comfortable with her. He is so soft and clean! We will be visiting her again.

The prices are like double the price and they don’t price match Amazon. They price match chewy but include the shipping fee which is more than the item lmao how dumb. Literally just bought the same item for $8 on Amazon when they wanted to charge me $15-16 in the store. Don’t waste your money here. Petco price matches from their online site. This is why people shop online and stores are going out of business. Stop being greedy and lower your prices.

Overpriced honestly. Went here to get some things for my cat, such as a litter box, bed, bowl, etc. Cost like 200$. Although the prices are a bit high, You can always count on a diverse section for dogs and cats, while allowing your pets to roam around. Once my cat grows up, I may bring him for a grooming. :)

I love pet supply plus. They are friendly and great customer service. Their loyalty program is worth it. Especially if you have a return. My only thing is that they are the only ones that carry wx low pherious on the shelf. Because they have the in gravy in stock they had not ordered the puree. They were out of stock for 2 weeks, when I called and inquired they said that they cant garentee it will be there for another two weeks. Forcing my hand to order online. If they have what you are looking for, they are great. I recommend checking out their website for stock before you head down.

Fish murderers. This is not the first time this happened to me but it will be the last. When we first got our tank about a year and a half ago we got out fish from here. We lost 22 fish in the course of a two week period. When we finally bought fish from someplace else they seemed to live just fine. Pet supplies plus people first kept stating that its normal to lose fish like that when you start a tank. Then as it continued to happen they blamed it on everything from the water (ammonia was a little high because their fish kept dieing in it) to a shell my wife put in from the beach (could be a valid claim even though we cleaned it thourougly and soaked in treated water for hours before placing it in. My sons tank lost one of his Albino corys about a week ago but otherwise tank has been fine. I stopped in yesterday and bought two corys and one plecco. This morning, every fish in my tank was wiped out dead. The two remaining corys and the two new ones. The pleco? Dead. My 5 neon tetras? Dead. Its my own fault, I should not have bought fish from this hell hole, particularly when I saw dead fish in every tank, but the person that helped me assured me the fish are ok and that they had just gotten in a new batch. Please, if you are thinking about buying fish, NEVER GO TO PET SUPPLIES PLUS. They have ruined fish ownership for me. PS, my 6 year old is crying because all of his fish that he feeds and watches and enjoys are now dead.

My girlfriend and I have 3 cats and live locally. We went in on a whim and have gone back multiple times. The store is so remarkably clean for a pet store, the products are easy to locate and staff is always available.

Inbred with siblings, genetic disorders and mine is going to the avian vet for the 2nd time. FLD= fatty liver disease. All seed diets are killers. Hes still petrified of human hands because hes been grabbed, over and over and over and not gently either. These mills mass-produce these precious creatures with no care & concern for them. Its all about $$, like puppy mills. Squeeze-on leg band (not good!!) was too tight. No date on it. Nothing legible on it!! Removed by vet. Top beak was so overgrown, way down past the lower beak, touching feathers (and discolored!) and that only happens in a baby with FDL. Vet filed and dremneled it down, but its grown again. Almost up to $400 in vets bill for a $30 bird. I brought the vets bill AND the leg band ,(in a baggie) to the store for some reimbursement? Nope, as per the corporate office because it was over the 14 day guarantee. The vet said there was no way if telling these health issues when purchased and even weeks later. I dont blame the store mgr for this. Hes very nice (they all are in this store )and he faxed the vets bill to their Corporate office. No can do. Shame on them!! Ive spent a lot of money, hundred$$, over the past 14 years in food, accessories, toys, cage, now a bird. My conure lived 30 years, so Im a good owner. This is breaking my heart. BUYER BEWARE!!! Do your bird homework first and have it checked out by a vet other than theirs. Now, lets see if I get a reply to my review. I mean, even a partial reimbursement would be the proper thing for a large corporation like this to do.

The just renovated and its beautiful inside. One of the rare places where I can find more than one aisle for my cat needs. They have awesome sales and a huge selection of brands, toys, and treat flavors for my picky girls

Very nice staff who try their best to be accommodating. Unfortunately the corporate office consistently runs out of products, Stella’s Beef Stew, One Pot Beef, freeze dried chicken hearts and breast ,, just to name a few,,, it’s become common to require going to other businesses.Feel bad for the staff they do try. It’s convenient, yes,, but it’s the staff that keeps me optimistic and returning.

Stopped in for cat food one weekday evening.The store was clean and welcoming. It has automatic doors and is pet friendly.Plenty of parking.Also, has curbside pickup parking spaces.

Great local pet store. They often mail out worthwhile coupons and the person at the counter always ends up asking about your animals which is really nice. To me it shows they really care for animals which I appreciate.

Good store for dog food and treats. I like the selections. Staff is friendly and helpful. LOVE the rewards program via their app. Delivery and pickup is prompt. Same day notification of your order placement. Very neighborhood oriented store. The layout, arrangement of the store is highly pleasing. Again, the app is great with a personal account. I probably will go in for the automatic order program to save, and because of the rewards program. I know the good dog foods, and PSP has a great selection with great placement.

My dog has been groomed by pretty much everyone there and everyone in the grooming department is fantastic!!! Always getting back a happy and clean pittie :)

This pet store is smaller than the bigger chains, but larger than most mom & pop type stores. It has a nice selection, without all the confusion. The staff is friendly.

This is my favorite Pet store! And I just love how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is! Always cheerful and helpful! I especially appreciate dealing with Karen! It’s so refreshing to see a manager that really cares about her customers and staff the way she does. I have witnessed the way she treats everyone with respect and her genuine love for all animals & pets! A+ all the way!!

Ran in and grab 2 toys real quick just before closing.1 for my cat 🐈‍⬛️ and 1 for my dog 🐕.2 days later, I had to go back and get the same toy for my dog 🐕.Because I was staying at my nephews house and it wasnt in a bag. His dog saw it and wanted it. He would not leave me alone until he got it.So when I got the replacement toy, I asked the cashier for a bag this time.Im back home in Puerto Rico, and my pet love their new toys (for now).

Ive literally never had a bad experience here. Feels like a hometown place. All employees have been engaged and helpful. They care a great deal about the kitties from Jacobs Hope, a great rescue!

Well stocked store .that sells a different kind of bull sticks like a duck, Buffalo, rabbit N turkey, deer and elk at fair price.5 for $12. I like the girl/boy cashier. So sweet with his voice as he counts the sticks.

Groomers are always nice and do great work

They always have cat food in stock at a reasonable price.I like it best when I am sent a 20 percent off coupon,off my entire purchase. It always expire in 3 days, so I always rush in to buy the cat food before coupon expires. Clean, well stocked store and employees are always friendly.

This place is great. I take my dog here regularly for a nail trim and can say the entire grooming staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and great with my dog. We’ve had Matthew do my dogs nails and he has always done an excellent job.

Terrible, TERRIBLE service!!!!! The employees are some of the most disgusting people I have ever met. Please, if you’re interested in getting supplies for your pets, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I have learned my lesson, and I am writing this review as a warning to others. Nasty people, nasty supplies. Needs to be shut down for violations of people and animal alike. Clean. Well stocked. Wide variety.in addition to having a wide variety of different types of animal foods and pet supplies, they also offer a small selection of pets for purchase; mostly fish, but have some reptiles and furry friends at reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and has always been able to assist me with anything that I was looking for.

This is our go-to store. We love the curbside pick-up and the fact Pet Supplies Plus ties up with the VIP mobile veterinary service. Unfortunately, many of their employees are not familiar with the products like the automated kitty litter. So, it would be good if they trained in that aspect, too.

The staff is always nice. Always greets you when you walk in. They always ask about donations and always ask me if I need assistance to the car. I have no complaints about any of there locations. I have the same pleasant experience everytime.

They put in a self wash dog bath station about a month before I went. Well, I dont think I will be returning to this store for baths. The grout was still washing off and my 1 dog was sitting in sanded gray grit. I couldnt latch my dog to the other bath station bc they didnt have the proper hooks and then suggested I use a longer leash, which I pointed out that the dog could jump from the tub and dangle from 3 in the air. Not so smart. They never turned on theaster switch for the dryers, so I had to leave my dogs to try to find someone to do it up front. Then the dryers were so weak, I may as well have blown air through a straw at my dogs. Very disappointing.

I usually dont go to pet stores for my pet needs but I had to today. I just want to say I was horrified at the condition of this one baby bearded dragon they have on display. It was very sick looking and completely lethargic. I have had reptiles my entire life and this just made me mad. The other terrariums were empty and dirty and the tank with this poor little guy in it was no exception. There was no food or water. I will never step foot in that dump of a store again. I pray they step it up and take better care of their animals then they do their doggie bakery section. SMH sad

I had a great shopping experience at this Pet Supplies Plus. The associates were very helpful, and the manager helped locate the food that I needed for my cat.

We had a pet food drive at the store on Saturday. The entire team at Pet Supplies Plus was friendly and helpful. Their customers were very generous and we collected over 336 lbs of pet food. They have a huge selection for all pet needs, you cant go wrong there.

Pet supplies plus is the best . The employees truly love animals and are always willing to help you find what you need . The store manager was very helpful in resolving an issue I had with some treats I had purchased previously for my dog . The store is always well stocked and items are easy to find .

I frequent a lot of pet stores to browse for fish and supplies, every time I come into this store there are multiple dead fish in many of the tanks. Now I understand that there are casualties when fish are transported and what not but they do not seem to remove the dead fish for days at a time. That is incredibly neglectful and can be harmful to the other fish in the tank which they are going to sell to customers. They need better staff to care for the fish.

I love coming to this pet store for all my pet needs the staff there are amazing, they are so professional and friendly and they help you when you need something for your pet, and the fact that they offer shots for your pet through the veterinarian that comes there it’s amazing, I don’t have to go all of the time looking for ways to get shots for my pets

This place was awful. I was going to get something for my cats, and I was wondering where the moist food was, so I asked an employee. He yelled at me and told me I was a big fat baby and a nuisance. I get New York is a fast-paced place, but come on. Show some respect.

The man who helped me with my Hermit crabs abandonment issues was excellent with answering all of my questions.

Infrequently the hay is out of stock and or misplaced in the store. I only get our pigs oxbow so it is very important that they get fresh hay. I have got questionable hay here thought they were helpful in resolving the issue. Make sure your hay is fresh. I had to contact Oxbow about the problem.

One of my fav stores to go to for my animals... Always have the food I need and I enjoy the little bake shop treats for the dogs!

I was looking for a small bag of Iams large chunk, so I figured Id stop at a pet supply store to get it. You figure they should have everything a dog could need. (And they do) except a small bag of Iams large chunk food.So, then I looked for the next size up, nope. The only bag of Iams large chunk was the 40lb bag, but I was not paying $45.00 for it.It was a learning experience that I probably wont repeat.

I go in this store at least once a week, every employee is always very friendly, helpful and professional. The store is very well kept, clean and maintained.

Always shop for my pets there. 11yr old nail were cut. They did an excellent job. Will return to these wonderful ladies...new what they were doing and got the job done..

I am a 59 year old woman who’s had and loved animals my whole life . There is no need for these young “Know it All’s “ telling me how to groom my dogs !!!!!!!!!!!They are snotty and I will never go back there againMy 2 dogs are15 and 13 they told me they wouldn’t be allowed back to get groomed because they are to old !! It’s ok I would never come back !Horrible service !!!!!! I go to a privet place 👎

Would have received 5 stars if they had the dog food I was looking for but they were out. Employees were nice and friendly but hard to find someone to help since they seemed short staffed.

This evening about 8PM, I visited the Lake Ronkonkoma location to purchase my dog food. Unfortunately, I ripped the large bag of Science Diet putting it in my cart. There was kibble everywhere. The young man with black hair who swept up my mess was particularly pleasant. My thanks to him! Just thought you should know.
