Pet Port

I cant say enough good things about Pet Port at! My seven and a half-year-old cocker spaniel Ivy has never looked or felt better after a grooming session. Pet Port is incredibly skilled, patient, and attentive to every detail.Not only did my dog come home looking fantastic, but she also seems so much happier and more comfortable.The environment is clean and welcoming, and its clear that Pet Port truly loves and cares for animals. I highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch grooming services.They also support our first responders!!!

Planned to bring my 3 cats for flea baths while the exterminator was bombing out our home. The guy working was really knowledgeable and told me he couldn’t see any on them. I had used Advantage on them 3 weeks prior and didn’t know it would have been too soon for a flea bath if they had needed one. I’m glad he was honest because he said it could have been dangerous for my cats to get the bath. Who knows, other places might have not cared and done it anyway. He let me board them and the dogs while the exterminator took care of the fleas, very nice guy. He has a new customer

I’ve been bringing my dog Penelope here for about 8 years and they always do such a wonderful job! They have fairly open appointment availability, are friendly, the place is clean, and Penelope even wags her tail as we’re going inside. Definitely recommend.

Great experience! Jason is now my go to groomer for my golden doodle. Easy scheduling, great cut. Fair pricing, at my old groomer, every time I went they jacked up the price. My doodle had allergies and they treated her itch with a medicated bath and then gave me suggestions to make her more comfortable. They truly care about the pets!

I would leave this place 0 stars if I could. Never take your pet here. I brought my dog back a second time because the first time the guy did a decent job and was nice. Well the second time I got the girl and she was very rude, cursed while talking to me, unprofessional, lacked customer service and treated me as if I had not been taking care of my dogs hair even though I just brought her there in November. I felt very uneasy and hesitant about leaving my dog so I called to speak to the owner and I was called a liar and treated even worse by him. I rushed back to get my dog and I’m absolutely appalled, shocked and disgusted with how I was treated and my dog. I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years and would never treat anyone or their animals how I was treated.

Ive never had a dog groomed Ive always do it myself. Pet port was fabulous! They knew I was nervous...put my nerves at ease. All while having a full schedule. My pup was pampered...smells great...haircut on point! So happy...worth the travel for me(20 minutes away). If you want experienced groomers with a caring heart...this is your place! P.s. their prices are great too!

My first time having a dog groomed, really great experience. I recently adopted my Pomeranian. Was not willing to trust just anyone with her, however the reviews for Petport are astounding so I called them. Danny certainly lived up to his reputation! They fit me in, were super with my Basha when dropping her off. And she looks AMAZING! Beautiful experience all around! Thank you Petport!

Excellent groomers! We have a 150lb double coated, Bernese mountain dog and a curly Goldendoodle. Both dogs are a difficult coat to deal with, but these groomers never make either seem that way. They are good with them and the dogs come back happy and looking great! They do such a thorough job, that we dont deal with shedding for a while after, either! Definitely worth it.

Best groomers around! Ive been going here for over 10 years And can honestly say Danny and Jason are the best. You can tell they love what they do. I would not trust anyone but them to care/ groom my pup and all future pups. I will be a life long customer.

Have been bringing my dogs here for almost 10 years and they are by far the best groomers around! Jason and Danny both are amazing. My pups smell great and look great everytime and it lasts for weeks.They know my dogs by name and the diffrences in their personality. You can really tell they genuinely love what they do and they are the ONLY people outside of my immediate family i trust with my dogs without me present.

Jason and Danny are the best! I have a reactive rotti/shepherd mix who is not friendly with strangers. These guys tamed him to the point where my dog runs in right through the gate wagging his tail to see them. So good with challenging dogs. And they will do anything you request regarding special grooming instructions. And the price is so fair!! Love this place!

We called last minute to bring our puppy in for some grooming. Jason was very accommodating and helpful. Amazing customer service and prices are very fair. Definitely going back to Pet Port for our future needs.

Took my 2 dogs to Pet Port today for the first time and I couldnt be happier. My golden doodle looks awesome! They didnt shave her which Im super thrilled about. My chocolate lab was shedding heavily and they combed him all out for me. The dogs both seemed happy when we picked them which is a huge clue for me that all went well! Thanks again guys, you did a terrific job! Well definitely be coming back, Ive already referred you to a family memeber too.

New to the area and decided to come here with a slightly matted cat bc of all the high reviews... didnt expect to get turned away as soon as we got there :( Owner poked my cat three times, my cat hissed and went to nip, said he couldnt help us. He wouldnt give her a chance without us knocking her out first. I asked if the mat was bad. He said it wasnt bad. I asked if they sold combs for it. (Cuz if its not bad, Ill try myself) He wound up charging me $13 for a comb, told me it was a good bargain. All in a span of maybe 3 minutes? So I guess if your cat hisses at strangers going to grab them, dont come? Ive never written a review like this but Im kinda upset he didnt give my baby a chance to warm up with all the bright lights and such. :/

Please do NOT take your pets here for grooming. Not only was my pet not groomed as discussed, but when I questioned what the groomer had done, she was unapologetic and rude to me. I was left in tears from the experience, both with seeing the way my pet had been groomed and from the horrible way I was treated.

Danny and Jason are great, they are extremelly accomodating to give excellent grooming to your pet, i tried all others groomers within 5 miles, Pet Port is the best priced one!!! With great services. Highly recommanded.

Love this place. They take such good care of my 2 pitties. They always return smelling so good and with a cute little neck tie! Furthermore, they expressed my younger one’s glands which saved me a trip to the vet. They have trained vet techs there. Can’t beat that ge prices or the care!
