The Dog Chateau

The Dog Chateau is a great experience every time my Rylan is there for daycare or boarding. Marie and all the staff are aware of and attentive to her needs and personality. She loves daycare and Marie for sure !

We love The Dog Chateau! We have been going there for over 2 years now, doing day care once or twice a week. The staff is so nice and truly cares about the dogs. Katara loves being able to run around outside all day! She is always super excited when we get there and happy and tired when we pick her up. I feel very comfortable leaving her there for the day.

My dog has been attending daycare regularly at The Dog Chateau for a little over a year. The drop off and pick up process is quick and simple. My dog arrives excited and leaves exhausted! They are extremely flexible with schedule changes. The staff are especially friendly and knowledgeable. They post pictures daily on their Facebook page. Additionally, I have boarded my dog at The Dog Chateau. They made me feel very comfortable leaving her with someone else for the first time. To tell you that my dog loves The Dog Chateau is an understatement! I highly recommend The Dog Chateau for you and your pup!

My dog Smurf just loves The Dog Chateau and so do I!It’s a social dogs dream.The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and love all the Chateau dogs as if they were their own.This place allows dogs to be dogs! They take them on pack walks where they run, play, and sniff in a completely fenced in area. I just love their Facebook page where they post pictures of all the fun daily.The indoor play areas are very spacious and clean. Smurf loves playing with toys and all his friends inside as well. There is some less active time during the day where they can curl up and snooze too. I mean what dog doesn’t want a nap after a full morning of play?!Smurf always comes home fulfilled. He’s sleepy, happy, hungry, and ready to snuggle with us all evening! It’s the best.

You won’t find any place like The Dog Chateau!Phoebe loves daycare days- she is so excited when she walks in, and always crashes hard when we get her home. The spacious indoor and outdoor areas are great; Phoebe has all the room she needs to do her “zoomies”!You can tell as soon as you walk in, that the staff works hard and takes pride in keeping a clean, safe environment for the dogs. The daily pictures on their Facebook page reflect that as well with all of the happy, (some sleepy), well-loved dogs!

Dog Chateau is awesome! My dog always have so much fun when she goes to “school.” They have so much space for her to get her energy out. And great rooms for when she needs some alone time. She’s always more well behaved afterwards. Love this place! Would 100% recommend for anyone with a dog with a lot of energy!

We LOVE the Dog Chateau! Weve been taking our dog there since he was 4 months old, hes 8 months now, and it was the best decision we made. He is well socialized with other dogs, gets training/exercise and we pick him up a happy sleepy puppy! The staff is knowledgeable and wonderful, making sure all the dogs are comfortable there and are in proper groups based on age and activity level. Your dog isnt a number here. You walk in and they know you and your dog by name, you get updates on how their day is and any training tips you might need! You also get a quick reply when you contact them. For first time owners who work full time we are so happy to have found this place and would recommend to anyone!

I’ve been bringing my dog here since he was 5 months old… he’s 15 months now. He knows where we are as soon as we pull into the parking lot and is always so excited for daycare. He loves all of his doggie friends there and all of the staff! The staff have always been so kind and wonderful every time I go to pick him up and drop him off. I shared some of the pictures they posted of my boy, Oakley on their Facebook page. They post pictures everyday on there too which is another huge bonus.

This place is amazing. Plenty of room outdoors for the dogs to run and play! I love it. I have a very high energy lab puppy and it helps so much that he can take a day or two to have plenty of fun. Bandit always gets so excited to go to daycare and comes back calm and happy :). They have a good staff to dog ratio and aren’t too crowded either.

My pup and my parents pup both go here and love it. Both pups get so excited when I pull in to The Dog Chateau to drop them off, they know they will have a great day. Markie and her team are great. Markie always takes the time to give adivce to help with training. Completely trust Markie and her team with our pups.

I LOVE The Dog Chateau so far. My 3+ month old puppy went for a daycare evaluation and did very well. He came home and slept for almost 2.5 hrs. Hunter went to his first daycare visit and when I picked him up, he greeted me all so happy! I was told he was a good boy! Its great having a place like this only 3.5 miles from my at home.

Our Daisy loves The Dog Chateau! Every time she gets in the car now she is beyond excited because she thinks shes going to daycare. The staff is awesome, always remembers her name and special things about her. I love the updates when I pick her up and the pictures at the end of the day. Markie (the owner) has always been flexible with the schedule, especially during the winter time. Its an awesome place that I highly recommend!

I love the Dog Chateau! This is a wonderful place to bring your dog for daycare and boarding. The facility is outstanding with plenty of room for dogs to play and get exercise. The owner, Markie, is very friendly and knows what shes doing when it comes to handling and training dogs. My dogs absolutely adore her! I am always comfortable leaving my dogs in their hands and know that I will be coming back to happy, tired pups.

I have been bringing my pups to the Dog Chateau for almost a year now for both day care and boarding, and I cannot say enough good things about it!! I am so grateful that this wonderful place exists. Markie, Marie, and the team are so wise, dedicated, and kind. I tend to be an anxious parent, but I really trust them and feel totally comfortable with my dogs in their care. Recently, we adopted a new dog with a history of trauma, and she just started going to the Chateau with her brothers. The team has been so patient and accommodating with her. Even after just a few days, I can see that day care has improved her confidence. Our dogs have learned the word “chateau” and they get so excited when they hear it! The team posts tons of pictures on their Facebook page every day, so you can take a look and see how much fun everyone is having. We love the Dog Chateau!!

I had a great experience boarding my 2 year old pitbull at the Dog Chateau. Im happy to have found a place that is suitable for my dog as he is a teenager who needs an experienced handler. He can be a bit timid around other dogs so I was a bit nervous about leaving him, but it was a great experience from the time we walked in. The place is very welcoming, clean and a great daycare set up with big cozy kennels for the boarding guests and a huge beautiful complete fenced in outdoor area. My dog had a great time and made lots of friends. I was so happy to get all the positive feedback from Markie who is very experienced and really took the time to make my dog feel comfortable. I will continue to use The Dog Chateau for boarding and will send my dog to daycare regularly as I already see huge improvements with his manners and confidence around other dogs.

My pup is so happy here. She gets excited as soon as we pull in. Not only does she get to run, play and learn valuable social skills I know she is in a safe place. Plus an added bonus I get lots of tips on how to further her socialization lessons when taking her out in public. I highly recommend the dog chateau to anyone who cares deeply for their pup. If you are looking for a safe place for your dog to spend their days, look no further than the Dog Chateau. My little French bulldog is obsessed with the owner and the entire place. She has paths in the back where the dogs go on walks, brings out kiddie pools in the summer for the dogs, and creates a curated experience for your dog, matching him/her with dogs of the same temperament. She even puts the dogs down for naps! Parting with my three month old puppy was difficult but the Dog Chateau makes you feel like youre leaving your pup in their home away from home. When I pick up my puppy at the end of the day, I know he has had a full day of playing, naps, etc. and it makes my heart full knowing how much the owner of the Dog Chateau cares about the dogs in her care.

We LOVE The Dog Chateau. We have been taking our puppy there since the start of the year and we are so thankful for them! Our puppy has matured in manners and training so much faster than we expected thanks to Markie and her team. They take such interest and care for your dog and it is easy to tell by how happy our pup is when we pull into the parking lot. Our pup Roxy always comes home exhausted, happy, and fulfilled after playing with her friends all day. Markie and her team are very welcoming to questions and offer very helpful advice, they have made us become better puppy parents with all of their help.I find their online booking and payment to be very easy, especially during times where you need to schedule daycare last minute.We also attended their good manners class lead by Bettie and it again helped both us and our puppy learn new things. We are considering taking the class once a year as a refresher course and as something to do in the winter that helps us bond with our pup.We cant thank the Dog Chateau enough!!

I started to bring my dog Loki about 3 months ago for daycare. Like any dog mom I was nervous to leave him. I quickly fell in love with The Dog Chateau and everyone there. They are very friendly and care about all the dogs that walk in. Like myself Loki fell in love to we pull in and he knows he is going to have a great day with his puppy pals. The staff have great communication with other staff and the families. For example, I bring him 2 days a week Loki is a Bernese Mountain dog, this breed has hip problem like most large breed dogs. I told them my concern and at the end of the day they had a game plan so Loki could still continue to go 2 days. As well as a supplement to try. This place is amazing and I tell everyone about it. I am boarding Loki here for the first time this weekend, I have no doubts that he wont have a good time and be safe while there. I HIGHLY SUGGEST THE DOG CHATEAU.

Anyone looking to drop off their dog whether they work all day or as with me likes the fact that he is having fun and coming home nice and tired after playing with all the beautiful dogs there. If you drop off your fur baby you will realize what a fantastic place this is and will be more than pleased! It is professionally run, clean, safe and the most caring people work there. I trust them completely with my boy so much so that I boarded him there in November for five days and never worried about him, I knew he was in the best of hands. And would always board there again for the peace of mind. As an added bonus they have an in-house groomer who is wonderful and extremely accommodating.

We love Markie at the Dog Chateau! She and all of the doggy help are so wonderful, caring and attentive to our two pups! She gives the dogs quality enrichment time and I feel that she takes the time to learn each dog that comes through, which really makes us feel at ease leaving our dogs! I would absolutely recommend The Dog Chateau and all of its wonders!

I am so thankful for the Dog Chateau due to COVID- 19, our Daycare closed. The Chateau welcome our dog with open arms to a safe, clean and comfortable environment to bring our Cooper. The Chateau has be so helpful in giving us tips to work on his separation anxiety, and has been able to keep him safe, happy and well exercised. I am blessed we have found such an amazing atmosphere to keep our baby when we are at work. If you have never been to the establishment, it clean, professional and reliable. Highly recommend!

This is the best place to take your dog! Not only is the owner highly trained, and care deeply for your doggo, but she is also an animal behavioralist and works with the dogs on basic manners, recall and waiting. Each time our girl comes home she is well exercised and better behaved! The amount of land that The Dog Chateau has for the dogs to run, play and lounge is amazing!! Far better than anything else I have found. Exactly what we were looking for.UPDATE 02/15/2022: As The Dog Chateau has expanded, and has hired more staff - I must mention that ALL OF THE STAFF is WONDERFUL! I am so happy that a business has not compromised its vision as it has expanded. Well Done!

Our lab has been attending daycare for over 4 months now. He has never really been good around other dogs but after attending here his attitude has changed. He even has a girlfriend.Dog Chateau is very accommodating, I occasionally make last minute reservations and they never say no!Highly recommend!

My 2yr old Weimaraner, Atlas, absolutely loves daycare here. 10+ fenced in acres to Olay and run with all of his dog friends! Hes absolutely wiped out and sleepy all evening after a day here!!! Highly recommend for any very social dogs!!

The Dog chateau is the best of the best. My little yorkie has been several times to board. From our very first visit, Lucy would literally jump to get out of the car when we arrived. Markie and the staff took great care while we were gone. Sent messages, pics and assurances she was doing well. She LOVES it there. We also did an obedience class and came away such a better behaved ( not that she was bad, just needed some direction) little pup!!! I can not say enough good about Markie. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!

Both I and my fur baby are so happy with this place! He is always so excited at drop off in the morning. The facility is very clean, safe and welcoming. My dog has a lot of energy and needs daily exercise. The facility sits on several acres of land and woods for the dogs to enjoy. The owner is also extremely knowledgeable on dog training and works amazingly with all the dogs. Highly recommend this place!!

Our two dogs love it at the Dog Chateau! We take them for daycare while we are at work and they come home exhausted. I love seeing the pictures on Facebook of them and all their doggie friends! We have also taken them for boarding multiple times. Their tails are wagging as soon as we pull up the to building! I never worry about them while they are at The Dog Chateau, I know they’re in great hands!

A+! Started sending my dogs there a few months ago and they’ve been well taken care of. Markie keeps in contact and responds quickly if I have any questions or need to change anything. Rates are good and I feel good knowing my dogs are having fun and in good hands! I also love the Facebook photos each day! Definitely recommend.

5+ stars for The Dog Chateau! We first met Markie (the owner) about 3 months ago with our brand new, 15-month-old, pound puppy. Gilly was initially too scared and insecure to attend daycare, but Markie gave us solid advice that helped to get her on the right track. We also took advantage of the “Good Manners Class” at the Chateau. Soon, Gilly was gaining confidence and was ready for new friends. She has been attending daycare twice a week at the Chateau for the past 6 weeks and the progress she’s made is remarkable! It’s obvious that she is well cared for during her stay. All of the workers know her by name and Gilly is eager to be with them. She comes home happy, well-behaved and exhausted. The Dog Chateau has truly helped Gilly adjust to her new life.The facility itself is better than any we’ve seen in the area. There are several large indoor rooms where the dogs can hang – sorted by activity level and temperament. The outdoor area is amazing with 11 fully fenced acres of fields and woods for the dogs to explore. Daily pictures are provided via their Facebook page.We could not be happier with The Dog Chateau and would recommend it without hesitation!

My puppy goes to daycare and we couldnt be more satisfied with Markie and The Dog Chateau. Our boy was very timid and would shake when we pulled into the parking lot. After a few weeks, he has more confidence and runs in the door and never looks back. I love the daily pictures posted on Facebook. All the dogs look so happy.

Cosmo loves it here! I was so anxious about sending my puppy to any daycare and did tons of research before I finally decided to try one. Markie and the staff treat him like one of their own. I see a huge change since Cosmo started attending. They are SO great here, I highly recommend!

My dog absolutely loves this place. Sometimes, he refuses to enter the car to go home. He never had any accidents with other dogs. There are separate dog spaces for smaller/older dogs. And I love the hiking pictures she posts of the dogs. They are well cared and well loved!

I have brought my dog, Xena, to daycare about once a week since she was around 6 months old. She LOVES it. Every time she goes she comes back tired and happy - and I always get cute pictures out of it on their Facebook page. Because of the training and help from Markie and her team, Xena is so well behaved out in public when she comes across other dogs and has great manners. I trust Markie 100% with Xena.

Ive known at least 5 other dog owners that took their dogs to this sorry excuse of a dog daycare. Each one was told “they are too anxious” or complain about dogs barking or just complain about dogs being dogs. They have all this land and do nothing with it for the dogs. It seems like they expect the dogs that they take care of to not act like dogs and just want them to lay around and do nothing. The only thing this place is good for is having old dogs who want to do nothing buy lay around and do nothing. They won’t even try to work with us. They even went as far as recommend getting a bark collar. A bark collar for a dog who’s around a bunch of other dogs. This place is ridiculous and should be ashamed of calling themselves caregivers for dogs

Was forced to put our puppy in day care in the midst of buying a house, not knowing what to expect, our dog loved it so much and we had such a great experience that we have kept going ever since. Such an amazing place for doggy day care. Highly highly recommend!! Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

Nice place for all types of dogs. The attendant Markie is very polite and express her concerns with your dog in a simple way even I can understand. This place has earn a 5 star becuase my Maya loves it. They also have puppy training classes which many of us puppy owner should take..My wife and I love it oopps so does Maya....

Really wonderful place with awesome staff!!! They love everyone’s dogs as if they are their own and my doggo comes home exhausted and happy every time! I know they structure the day too, so the dogs have the chance to take a nap and relax. This is the only doggy day care I trust in the area. Take your dog here!

Love The Dog Chateau in Glenville. Wonderful place for daycare, boarding, training and socializing. Nature trails, swimming, resting, structured program. Clean, professional ,reliable, attentive. They have it all. My goldendoodle loves it. Highly recommend.

Switching my pup to daycare here, He has never been happier here! They are so much cleaner and interact with the animals so much more! I have seen a huge improvement in behavior with my pup, with the two weeks he has been going!

Markie and all the staff at the dog chateau treat your dog like they’re part of their own family! My dog, Java, absolutely loves going and I know he’s in great hands while there. Markie has always gone above and beyond for us. The experience Java gets while there is like no other!

Very nice place for doggie day care or boarding. Markie (sp.?) sent a video of our dog playing while we were away which was reassuring and nice to see. Clean and neat too.

Took Leothegermanshepherd to The Dog Chateau and I honestly could not be more satisfied how well groomed he was especially for the price full grooming was well done the other dogs even looked well done also leo was happy unlike the other places I definitely will be back here again HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My 8 month old goldendoodle, Winnie, recently started at The Dog Chateau. I am an incredibly anxious dog mom, but I can’t thank them enough for making me feel at ease. Based on their intake process and feedback, I know they have Winnie’s best interest at heart. My girl always comes home tired and happy. I appreciate that they allow dogs the opportunity to take a nap during the day if they need it, and my girl usually does. 10/10 - best daycare in the area.

My 3 year old goldendoodle Murphy has been going to daycare, boarding, and getting groomed here for over a year and I cannot recommend the Dog Chateau and staff highly enough! They truly care for him as if he is their own and he always comes home happy and tired. He is also a better behaved dog than he was before he started going here regularly. I never worry about him when he is there. They also take lots of great pics and post daily on Facebook.Bettie does a fantastic job grooming him. He really does not enjoy getting groomed and at first I was worried that getting him groomed at the same place as his daycare/boarding would make him less excited to go there but he is always so happy to get to the Dog Chateau.
