I made the online order and pick it up here. The staffs are very nice and friendly. I found the dog wash area is very clean. Im 100% bring my dog back next time.

I must say how I love this pet supplies plus they always well stocked also the only place I have found harness /clothes for a 4 pound puppy . I also love how clean they always are . Stuff super sweet and helpful. And grooming I must say is amazing with my dogs Jennifer has been my groomer since day one with my Pom/pomsky she has always cut their hair just as I have asked and never over cut which I love . Great place .

Got a Cavapoo puppy! A friend referred me to Pet Supplies Plus and Im so glad she did! The employees are super helpful and have tons of knowledge and, thankfully, are willing to share. I havent had a puppy for many years and really needed guidance! With all the products and services offered, I will never shop anywhere else.

I went to the Glenville store in need of some food to feed our almost 18 yr old cat who had oral surgery 2 mos ago & had all his canine teeth pulled & now can no longer eat hard food. He needs more liquid food. As soon as I walked into the store, I was asked if I needed help, & I told the young man what I was looking for. He knew exactly what I needed, brought me over to that section of the store, & I bought several packets of the item. Came home & it was exactly what Don Vito Corleone, our cat needed. It was great to see him eat it up. I will be headed back over there this week to get more. The staff is ALWAYS pleasant & helpful. I would MOST DEFINITELY recommend going to Pet Supplies Plus in Glenville for all your pets needs.

Placed a curbside order and was hoping it would be ready to pick up when my dog was done at the groomer. It wasnt ready when he was(it had only been and hour)so I called and spoke with Sam. He was fantastic and got my order ready for me right away so I didnt have to make a second trip out. He brought my order out and then helped an eldery woman who was struggling in the parking lot. I hope Sam sees this and is recognized for great service. Thank you!

I had this review at 1 star originally only because I believe that my phone was rolling around in my pocket. I dont think its fair to leave a change to my review without stating that I always have a more than pleasant experience at this store. There is no better place to wash your pet and to get food/supplies for them.

My favorite local pet store. Staff is always kind and willing to help. It’s so convenient that it’s right next to Target. I’ve been able to find some more high-end food products here that I can’t get at the grocery store or usually have to order online. Their coupons are great too. Only downside is they are often out of stock and you can’t order large 24 packs, but I imagine that has to do with nationwide supply issues. Overall, glad to have them as an option! My cat is thrilled too!

I needed dove seed for a dove i have in rehab. This store had it when no one else had it. The staff showed me exactly where it was located in the store and expedited my check out. Paula M was great on the phone when I called ahead to inquire if they had the item. This business is an asset to the area with friendly service and community outreach.

The store is an absolute mess, disaster and most unprofessional place I’ve ever been!Meanwhile, you aren’t teaching these kids that are working there any customer service skills or actual good work habits or work ethic! They know nothing about products. They make no attempt to be helpful or even look your way while shopping. I helped a customer in there one day because she was walking around lost and had no idea where to begin! She was passed by workers multiple times.At least enforce holding the workers accountable on how to help a customer being waited on with an issue instead of sitting on the counters and playing with their phones. Maybe go clean and organize this dump! Is there any managers in this store???My card would not work in their machine I said any idea why or what I should do the kid wouldn’t even look my way mind you he was waiting on me and just said I don’t know. No help, No care, no effort, no looking into it, nothing!!!!! Not the first terrible encounter there

Went in to talk to the staff about food that would benefit my cat, who is allergic to many brands.Staff was knowledgeable and took the time to show me many options available, and the price was very good.Also, as a plus, the products were made here, in America.Will be using this store as my main supplier for my pets.

I go here all the time for my Leopard Gecko and they literally have two isles full of food, hides, lights & accessories. And any other things for reptiles, birds, guinea pigs, fish, bugs, cats & dogs. And ever since I started there Ive had a good experience with the staffing. They will answer any of your questions and help you find the product that you need. I would say that it is a definite yes for all your pet needs. They have a great selection of health items and food options for your pet including grain free kibble and refeigerated food for dogs. The staff are very nice and helpful and I like that they have a bakery case with dog treats so I can grab something special for my pup

Not a bad pet store with good brands of pet food for all types of diets. They could be more lenient on exchanges though. I went to exchange a dog harness for a bigger size but forgot my receipt and they refused even though I still had the tags and payed with a credit card. Honestly I believe the young lady could have done it but probably didnt want to go through the process because the store was busy. They should have more people working and or someone with more experience. It wouldnt be so bad but I dont live right around the corner either. I understand the importance of making returns with a receipt but you know darn well they keep a record of credit transactions for a certain number of days. Other than that not a bad store to get quality pet supplies.

We come here to use the self serve dog wash about every two weeks. Every time we come here everyone is so kind and helpful! The dog wash area is always stocked and clean. The store itself is really clean as well.The prices for some things can be a little crazy but overall we love coming here!

We bring our GS dog there for grooming and they do a fantastic job. The last time was just a week ago when she got into a confrontation with a skunk and we couldnt get all the smell off of her. She came home smelling like cinnamon NOT skunk.

Always have what all of my pets need for quality foods and other necessities. I utilize online subscription for discounts, but when I forget to bring them, the staff is eager to add them with my customer card at check out. Super friendly and awesome staff! Love the variety for my Amazons without traveling to other pet supply stores. My dog gets to visit this store even when not being groomed while getting supplies... and get this... the staff recognizes him with a nice greeting. He never fails to swoon for a cookie in line with sit and beg in front of them. (Thats great personal service!) Grooming a malamute/husky guy with special needs is a big job and they do a fantastic job. They know him and take great care of him. Hes just gorgeous when they are done. OUTSTANDING establishment!

Terrible experience and place. Never bringing my dog to the grooming place here ever again. Becca or Rebecca whatever that girl name is. So rude to me when I asked a question. When I walked away, I heard her say “she needs to go back to her country”. Is this the kind of staff you guys hire? Employees who discriminate others? You guys should be ashamed!!!

Very happy customer with Glenville Pet Supplies Plus. With their sale prices and rewards program, prices are competitive and they are truly one of todays retail stores who values their customers. Their stock and selection is excellent and love their curbside service option! I drive 20 minutes each way to this store and wont go elsewhere.

Love shopping for my dog there because I literally have to get dragged out because they have so much fun stuff for her to play with.

Friendly employees and, even though I dont own a dog, I love that they have the dog wash stations. Awesome idea!!The 2 aisles for the cat food, treats, ect are too small. There were 5-6 people, with carts, bumping into each other trying to buy cat items. Very inconvenience.

Love this store! Theyve really gone above and beyond. Ive been placing orders for curbside pickup regularly for the past couple of months. With my past order, I accidentally ordered the wrong size of one of my items. The store associates here are wonderful and called me to see if I meant to order a larger size treat than the toy that it is supposed to go in! Then they switched the treats for me so that I would receive the correct size when I picked up my order. It seems like such a little thing, but it made a huge difference!

My needs were simple. Cat food. Dry and wet. Staff friendly and offers help if they see you looking a longer time at a product. Prices fair. If you sign up you get sale prices that are quite good.

Groomer very rude. Hope fully they get it together. Nice location well stocked. Updated, spoke with Manager and area lead trainer. Was convinced my experience was not the normal. Made appoint for grooming , one dog cut by clippers, both dogs cuts were uneven and patchy. Half the nails on one dog dog none on the other. Its a shame the store is so nice and the products and prices excellent. The people not so much. Going back to Pet Smart worth the extra 15 minutes of drive time.

It was very busy . The cook must have been overwhelmed with orders and overcooked my eggs and bacon. My pancakes were barely warm. First time at this location but I must say that the waitress was very nice and did a great job.

Great local pet store with great customer service! I just had an instance with a dog toy that didnt hold up in seconds after taking the tag off and they helped me out right away as soon as I walked in the store. Everyone is always super friendly and pleasant and great with your pets if they are with you on your visit. This is our one stop pet shop. Thank you!!!

I feel like all pet stores are on the expensive side. But they have good sales and coupons offered at times. I love that its local and that the staff is ALWAYS very friendly and helpful. Theres real animal lovers working there. Im always asked if I need help and they always find what I need or are able to make suggestions for alternatives.

Great pet store to run in and run out when youre on the go for your furry loved one. While the selection isnt the largest youve ever seen, this is your average joe pet store with some low and some high prices. You wont get overwhelmed looking for items here - although, you might not find the exact item youre looking for too. They do carry your everyday products which is a HUGE help when you are in need and on your way home from work. The staff is friendly and its generally clean. Plus, they always are hosting and posting about small community events which is a pleasant thing to see!Its nice for a small chain and Id send anyone there over the larger centers or boutiques.

I have been bringing my puppy here since they opened. We visit about twice a month, and the staff is amazing! Theyve rememberd my puppys name since day one, always helped us, and their groomer is phenomenal. Not to mention all the great extra services that they have such as: $15 microchiping, affordable doggy dental care, and the best high quality dog food prices Ive ever found. I love the staff, the store is clean, everyone is excellent, and I feel bad that the lady who posted below me had such a bad experience. (Although, based on the other people that are happy with their visit, Im assuming that lady was just having a bad day. Dont let her bad review ruin your outlook on this pet store.)

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and organized isles of pet supplies. They offer additional services such as pet cleaning and grooming. Adoption clinics set up in store a few times a month. We receive coupons for additional savings either through email or in the mail.

Nice store, and close to my house. They had my cats food. However, I was followed around the store by an employee who was trying to be helpful,.... in every isle I went in. Obviously keeping an eye on me. I bought the food and left, but none likes to feel like that. Ill be going back to pet smart from now on.

The inside is kept cleanly and staff are always super kind. They sell reptiles, birds, fish, rodents, and even host cat adoptions. You can find a wide variety of pet foods, toys, and enclosure decor, along with medical needs and equipment. They offer lots of specially decorated dog treats in the from of the store, and offer grooming services and a self-serve dog wash.

You are most welcome. We totally enjoyed our experience there, so much so we came back the next day, to get another ( our 12th tank) haha. Thank you to Karen, your supervisor and the other girls na.e sadly escapes me , she was awesome and there on Saturday as well. And there was a 3rd girl as well. We were satisfied with everything both day. You have great staff.

AMAZING customer service!!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They support local charitable organizations, and they have a great selection for all your pets needs. Sometimes a little pricey, but it tends to be the perfect balance between crazy overpriced boutique stores, and the cheap big box stores like PetsMart.

Fantastic selection of dog and cat products (especially high end foods), always fully stocked and neatly organized, and clean. Live aquatics leave much to be desired. Looks like they dont keep an exotics specialist hired to keep things running smoothly. Come for your basics, not for your rare exotic products.

The staff is always so helpful and nice when shopping at the store. I get my dogs groomed monthly and it’s always a good experience. However a newer groomer Jordan exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond for me. My Saint BernardHATES his feet touched and it’s extremely difficult to cut his nails so often it doesn’t get done which is no fault of the groomers. Jordan suggested that we try a high reward treat while I was giving it to him while he cut his nails. IT WORKED! This has been something I’ve struggled with for a long time and for someone to help me come up with a solution is truly a miracle! I am so thankful and appreciative of his willingness to suggest and try a different approach. I am forever grateful!

Went in to get my dog groomed a few weeks ago. It was a full service groom so when I was told 2 hours for a Maltese it didn’t seem like too long. I waited around the area. Noticed while I was in the store that they would put my dog away in a kennel if someone came in for a walk in service. Groomer was rude. Why bother having an appointment if they’re just going to take walk ins during it. The rest of the staff was very friendly, but I don’t recommend going for grooming.

The employees here are always so helpful. We do drive up orders regularly and they bring everything right to our trunk. We recently had our dog groomed and they did a fantastic job as well.

Staff was wonderful with VERY nervous dog first time here. We will come back! Jordan especially took care of our fur-baby and even hugged him goodbye and the young ladies at the cash register fussed over him and gave him treats!

Thanks to PSP I have no reason to shop anywhere else for my dog. They have a great selection of dog food (Stella and Chewys is our go to!) and their prices are fantastic. I just picked up a Seresto collar for $20 less than Chewy.com. Absolute deal.On top of their prices, their employees are always a delight, from the cashiers to the groomers. Thanks for putting up with my shiba girl! Keep up the good work!

I mostly go for the self serve dog wash station. It well set up and absolutely worth it to me. Towels and soap are included. Its $10 a bath or 5 baths for a $25 punch card. The store has all the typical pet stuff.

Has the best people working there. They have the best prices and the store is the cleanest pet store I have ever been in. The manager Eddie nows about all the products and will tell what is best for your pet. I would tell everyone I know to go see him and his employees.

Not only does this place have a great selection of everything you could possibly need that is pet related, but the employees are amazing! They go out of their way to help you and help you find the best price for what youre looking for! This is my go-to pet store and always my recommended pet store. I especially love the fact that they have MULTIPLE pet shelters and pet support societies that you can choose to donate goods (or money) to right at the register with wish lists!

Great place. Had a great supply on products. Brought my dog for the first time he loved it n behaved great. Definitely my place for now on for all my pet products.

One of the groomers is great, one not so great. Unfortunately getting the not so great groomer twice (and unexpectedly one time dedpite booking specifically with the other) and getting cut by the razor twice has traumatized my dog and he now refuses to be groomed by either one and resists going into the store he previously loved.

Had my small dog groomed. Groomer seemed friendly. The cut was very uneven. There was a difference of one inch in the length of ears, the top of her head was all different lengths. I had to fix her when I got home. Space below her butt was right down to her skin. It looked like a runway. Looked terrible!! Also, she didnt smell nice at all !!!!! A waste of money. Wont be going back!!!!!

I just called them to see if they are still taking grooming appointments when we as all supposed to be in isolation. Yes they are. Their corporate headquarters apparently isn’t taking this seriously and only cares about money. They don’t care about their groomers or customers. Can’t support a place like this.

I have a Yorkshire Terrier and I hate buying harnesses for her but I came into the store one day and I found a figure 8 cat harness it has one connector and its got a little hook that you can kulish to and you can connect it up on her back or in her front and its easy connect in the middle of the night when youre tired. I bought all the rest they had in the store three blue and one black I hope they get more colors. I also bought a cute pink sweater and I bought her a cute little hat kind of like is a cross between an Elmer Fudd and a one of those little skater hats where they hang down over their ears and it has little strings hanging down in the ball on top and its red and black and red houndstooth and its got two little slots for her ears and its got these little buttons on the bottom of the string under her neck so you can tighten it and she cant make it come off. And the store has everything and Charlie really like the store she like to lick the fishes and she like to look at the I think it was a chinchilla and when she pottied somebody came and cleaned up very quickly the store is awesome and everybody is great.

Excellent curbside service. They said my order would be ready in under 2 hours and it was actually less than 1. They had everything I wanted in stock. I pulled up, called and they loaded me up in under 2 minutes.

Every time I come here I leave happy. Their prices are a little higher, but they have a wide selection of everything. The staff is always very friendly and courteous.

We came in for the pet self wash. It was great. Towels were provided, warm water and shampoo. The blow drier was neat too.

The sale price are only for people with a card. Some items came up as sale prices others did not. A price on 1 item I bought was 1/2 off but manager said no and didnt even go check sign. Very disappointed! Wont go back!

They used to take really poor care of the animals, but I think they got a new manager and its a little better now. animals are still in spaces that are way too small, but you cant expect much more from a pet store.

We are frequent customers at this location, and the staff here are great. There is always someone available and willing to help, and the store is always tidy. The only complaint is that they are often out of the parakeet food our birds eat as well as the cat food we use. (Must be popular)

I originally purchased this huge igloo litter box for a gift for someone which was beautiful as it should be for $45 but it turns out it wasn’t tall enough for the kitten. I took it upon myself to exchange the gift because I made the wrong purchase for the friend and got one with a receipt for $12 less that they loved way more and the Pet girls are always so helpful and friendly there and they have really good hours too … extremely convenient location right in the middle of all my favorite stores that always assists me in spending more money 🤭
