Bath on Board Mobile Dog Grooming

Dennis is absolutely amazing. I just got a Great Dane puppy and wasn’t sure how to wash her and get her all cleaned up and I call Beth on board. And she helped me and understood my concerns and was super nice to me. When she came to my home she loved my puppy Shea and the wholeProcess was amazing and smooth. Shea smelled so good and looked nice and clean and great. I highly recommend this company!!! Thank you so much. Definitely will be using you again!!!

I scheduled a bath and cut for my 1 year oldBernedoodle as my usual groomer is unavailable for a few weeks. There was consistent communication with scheduling. They arrived on time. The appointment was about 2 hours.The cut came out great. My dog seemed to enjoy the experience.Nicole was friendly and nurturing with my overly excited dog.

I’m so grateful that I found Bath on Board after my Shih Tzu had a very traumatic experience with a local groomer that caused a few vet visits . I needed to find a groomer that is not rushed , not stressed, or overwhelmed, and can take the time to calm my dog . Not just put in a cage waiting to get groomed and rushing the job causing injury . Kate is wonderful , very warm and understands the the fear we have as pet owners . My dog was wagging his tail as he saw her on his second visit . She does not just take your dog to get started , she waits until she knows they are comfortable . So very thankful for such a professional and empathetic young lady.I will also add dealing with the owner Denise to make apts has been a pleasure as well. She had to change my apt time so the client before me did not feel rushed and that gives her employee enough time to complete her job with no stress to her or her clients. Customer service is clearly a priority just as much as the safety and comfort of your pet . The price is different from local groomers but I figured out how to budget it in . One less evening out is worth the protection of my beloved dog and my worry of his care .Thank you Bath on Board for peace of mind .

Wow! What an amazing experience:) Our dog looks absolutely beautiful and she instantly fell in love with Kate the groomer! You can tell how much pride this business takes in their fur customers along with the owners. This was by far the most convenient and best groom we could ever ask for. We extremely satisfied with their services. It’s important to note that the owner Denise was so friendly as well. She listened to my concerns before the appointment (me being a nervous dad) and she made me feel so calm and good about the process. Thank you all!

Excellent service. My dog loves when Nicole pulls up in her van. She gets so excited. My pup is dog aggressive so trying to take her to the groomer was stressful for her and for me. Nicole is fabulous with her. I cannot not rave about bath on board enough!

Loved the way my dog came out the 3x he was groomed here… However, if your dog is anxious this may not be the groomer for you. I’ll preface this by saying that my dog used to go to a salon for years but we recently made the switch to mobile due to scheduling conflicts. I was informed by the previous groomer that he is a little difficult but he was still groomed every month with no further complaints or recommendations.My dog’s 1st session with bath on board came and mid session I receive a text from Denise that my dog was very anxious, needed a muzzle & they were worried he would hurt himself (he has a leg condition) - Denise suggested “calming” medication… I’m a little taken back by this given that his previous groomer never recommended meds or needed to use a muzzle. Nonetheless, we bring him to the vet and receive meds for grooming purposes only which we tried for the first time during his 2nd session here…Unfortunately that dosage didn’t work. The vet did mention that medication can be trial & error so we tried a different way for his 3rd session (his 2nd time on meds) but this also didn’t work. I believe my dog is still adjusting to this new medication along with adjusting to a new groomer but unfortunately Denise let us know by the end of this session that they will not groom him anymore - I get it, everyone has the right to refuse service but I was disappointed with their patience… My dog (as well as us, his owners) are still adjusting to this new regimen & now we have to look for a new groomer with hopes that they will be a bit more patient and understanding. Like I said, they groom nicely but if you have an anxious dog or are newly trying to help your dog’s anxiety, then this may not be the groomer for you.

I have a very nervous 100 lb Golden retriever and they are wonderful with him and he always comes out looking amazing

I randomly found this company on Google, a week after someone recommended them on a Facebook post. I reached out and scheduled my pups groom. Nicole arrived on time and though my girl was nervous (I had to carry her outside, shes 45lbs)..Nicole said she did great! She did a great job, my girl still smells so good 5 days later even though its been raining since her grooming. I will be using them again, thank you!

We have owned dogs and have used groomers for many years and working with Bath on Board has been the best experience we’ve ever had on Long Island! Nicole is amazing with our dog. Not only does she leave him looking like he’s ready for a dog show but she is so kind, gentle and patient with him. Our pup is always excited to see her and shows no anxiety about his grooming experience (which he once did). We are SO happy we found Bath on Board!

Nicole does an amazing job with my two furbabies. I have a senior dog with arthritis and a younger dog with bad anxiety. She is so patient and wonderful with them. Denise is so understanding and accommodating when booking.

Nicole was amazing! She did both of my dogs (faster than at a shop) and they came out precious! My older dog is a bit fussy but absolutely loves Nicole! Would give 10 stars if I could.

Excellent service, Kate was my groomer and I couldn’t be happier with how well she was with my Remy. Never a lack of contact from either Denise or Kate, they were on time and as professional as it gets. I’ll definitely be using Bath on Board again for regular grooming of my pup

My shih tsu was groomed yesterday. Without all the ling story, do not bother with this mobile groomer. They lead you to beleive they care soooMuch about your dog they dint. I gave Nicole, only been grooming 8 years, a list as I did first time, mainly fir a good bath, a little demanding, I do his grooming, but needed ears plucked, she said he didnt need it, well over a month ago she didnt do it either! Important to the breed, then nails. Omg, cut 3 nails total on back feet? Hello?

They always do amazing work and live my pup (and me) happy. Very experienced, clean, convenient, and caring.

I’ve been using bath on board for a while now and working with Denise has been nothing but pleasurable and always accommodating.Nicole grooms my 3 very small yorkies and always does a fantastic job. She’s very patient with them and me. She also listens to any of my concerns with them.I have been in the mobile itself and it is always impeccable.Is it more expensive than going to a shop…YES, BUT worth EVERY penny and the peace of mind we get from knowing they are right there, not caged and not stressed.Highly recommend!!!

My little Bichon Frise , Lily is an anxious little girl, so we can only use mobile groomers. Lily has a leg condition that required surgery. Before the surgery we needed to get her groomed because itd be a while before she could be bathed again. Nichole did a great job, I told her to cut Lilys hair short, and Lily looked perfect. She even cut the hair shorter on her left leg where she was going to have her surgery. Lily was nice and short but still cute. Bath on board texted me to see how Lily was doing after her surgery, which was so nice that they thought of her, and then when bath time came around again, Nichole was so great, she used the sling to hold my Lily up on the table so she wouldnt have to stand. And she made my little girl so beautiful. Lily really likes Nichole, I can tell by the way Lily isnt so anxious when Nichole comes up to the door. Im very happy with bath on board.

We can’t thank you all enough! From scheduling, to our pups appointment today we have had nothing but a great experience. Our pup Tucker was groomed by Kate and she was so kind, patient and caring with him! He’s a nervous little guy and she put him right at ease. We already booked our next appointment due to this incredibly positive experience!
