My two Welsh Terriers were excellently groomed by Cassandra. She had me drop off one then the other for grooming which made sense to me. She cared about how my boys adapted to her salon by letting them walk around and get used to her. She absolutely knows what she is doing and is a true professional. If you care about how your dog is treated while being groomed take them to Cassandra.

Here is the before & after of my mini (maybe medium LOL) goldendoodle. Cassandra grooms my pup and she is so so sweet to him. He gets skiddish and nervous at other dogs barking but she is patient with him. If that means we wait a little longer then that’s okay. I actually love this spot so much that I drive from 40 minutes away and hang around town for a few hours while he gets groomed. The staff here tries to make a connection with you, unlike my last groomer who didn’t really care to even look in my direction when I dropped my baby off. Cassandra is a serious perfectionist with 12+ years of experience. I highly recommend. It puts me at ease knowing that they keep my pet comfortable to the best of their ability and that is key above all else. Based on my experience, you will be able to form a trusting relationship here!

We had to find a new groomer for our large, loveable, and uncooperative pooch, Peach, and Tails R Wagon took her in! It was easy to get an appointment and Peach came home looking and smelling beautiful, with the paw-dicure she desperately needed. Weve found our new doggy spa and will recommend Tails R Wagon to anyone with a pup big or small.

I’ve used many groomers over the years and I just really like this place. They are nice, prices are reasonable and although they are extremely busy, they are patient with trying to book an appointment for your schedule. They call back, understand if people have to reschedule their appointments and most of all give a great cut to my golden doodle Chico, who has more hair than any other dog I’ve owned!I’m very pleased that I found this place and have no complaints whatsoever!

Love this place!! Everyone there is great and caring. Especially Cassandra, who clips my dogs nails!! No one could ever do it as he was so afraid and would try to bite!! This girl did it without drugs!!! We love her!!!

The best Grooming shop around! Everyone in the shop really does a fantastic job! Nicki and Jackie are who I use personally and they are AMAZING, I cant say enough good things about them! Everyone else in the shop is great too & you can tell everyone there really cares about the dogs and its not just a job. I have recommended this shop more times then I can count and EVERYONE is always so happy they went! From just a bath and nails, to a specialized cut for your pup this shop will not leave you disappointed!

I just took my 15 year old dog here. He can be difficult. They did such a great job. I was so happy. I also my my cockapoo who is 10. She looked like a show dog when I saw her. Very nice place. I’m so lucky to have found them and it’s right near my home. Thank you to Cassandra and Rachel.

My dog had not gotten groomed since he was adopted so I was a first time client and they did amazing! They are reasonably priced and so kind and welcoming. Never going anywhere else!

We’re relatively new in the neighborhood. The first groomer we went to was a bust. Tails R Wagon was our second try, and they did a great job. We are definitely coming back!

They do a great job! My dog hates to be groomed, but he always gets a great haircut and is not a nervous wreck when I pick him up.

My dog is extremely skittish and can be often timid around other dogs but he has zero problems coming here. The workers take great measures to make sure dogs or all different sizes don’t get into any trouble. He doesn’t require grooming so I can’t speak on that, but every time he comes home he looks and smells great. There was a minor incident once where his nail was clipped too short, however he hates getting his nails trimmed so I wouldn’t blame the workers one bit as he can be extremely difficult. We’ve been taking him here since he was a puppy. We bring him when he needs a bath and nail trim and they always find time to squeeze him in and take their time. Great prices and VERY friendly staff.
