Dickens has been going to Happy Paws for over 3 years. At first it was just to make sure he was socialized - but now we send him a couple of days a week because he loves it so much. We trust Crystal with our pup! I was so impressed with her interview process not just checking on us but she took the time to introduce Dickens to the other doggies to make sure he fit in. He falls asleep in the car on the ride home because he plays so hard all day.
This is an Awesome daycare for my dog. It’s clean, friendly, and available for daycare and boarding to their clients. Crystal loves my dog as much I do and she takes great care of all dogs in her care.
Happy Paws is a business where you really feel taken care of. Crystal does a great job creating a fun space for our dogs while also keeping them safe. You can tell she really loves them and wants to learn the unique personalities of each dog. The multiple spaces/fenced areas are open, but can be closed to create different sections based on the needs of the dogs. Crystal also takes the time to communicate what she learned from your dog while caring for him or her. A real treasure in Troy! Im so glad we found Happy Paws!
This has been a fantastic place for our very energetic Puli puppy! We had a tough time getting him socialized around other dogs and people due to COVID and taking him to Happy Paws was the perfect solution.Hes not the most friendly dog in the world, definitely choosey in who he likes, and Crystal was extremely patient with him from the very beginning. She did a great job helping him make friends with the other dogs slowly without overwhelming him and making suggestions as to which days would be best for him based on who he seemed to get along with. She definitely pays close attention to the pups, their needs, and their personalities. She also sends videos and pictures of how hes doing which I absolutely LOVE.Her daily rates are surprisingly among the lowest in the area and the services she offers are top notch.
Awesome place for my pup, very clean and accommodating. The owner Crystal is fantastic, she cares so much for every dog and owner. Highly recommended
EDIT: I would just like to say that obviously Crystal Fortin, the owner, is getting defensive and gaslighting because I know what Im talking about. Neighbors used to throw poisoned meat over their fence because they were sick of the barking, and she never told any owners to look out incase their dog suddenly got sick. They would throw treats at the dogs to get them to quiet down, which only resulted in the dogs barking more. It’s one hot mess express. They hide dogs in kennels in the ghetto apartment they rent out, below the barbershop, when people are on site because they exceed the number of dogs they’re allowed to have on site.
My dog Pook has been going to happy paws for several years now and absolutely loves going to school. Hes met so many friends and as soon as he sees crystal his tail starts wagging. Every dog should go to happy paws
My dogs have been coming here for over 6 years. They love their canine friends, and I love knowing they are safe while they have fun playing.
This is one of the best places on the planet. My dog is so happy here!
Clearly aplace where your pup matters.
