I cannot say enough amazing things about the Henry Loves Betty team! Over the last 3-4 years, we’ve utilized just about every service they offer- daycare, training, dog walks, grooming, boarding and social club (a genius feature). Our little corgi has been going toHenry Loves Betty since she was about a year old and she feels safe, is always exceedingly well cared for and I know they are sneaking in training sessions because she is so polite, responsive and social. We’ve moved 2 hours away and still try to bring our dog for grooming, boarding and daycare a few times a month. This team truly cares deeply for your pet and with our busy schedules we our so grateful that they are responsive and really work to help us manage our schedules without compromising quality of care for our fur baby.Social club has helped make Peach a braver pup and explore more! I love seeing her play in puddles, and become less adverse to water and rain because she’s had outdoor adventure fun with other dogs.Also, the community of pet parents and owners are so wonderful! Doggy birthdays, celebrating wins and just saying hi and asking about your pets when they see them. I can’t rave enough about the rest of the crew. Thank you so so so much

Aislinn has been grooming our mini goldendoodle since he’s been a puppy and always does a fantastic job! She really cares and is so patient. Would highly recommend!

Love this place. They really care for your pups and enrich them. Cannot recommend daycare enough and their grooming is perfection. Our puppy comes back from daycare more obedient and tired.

Our dog has never left a groom happier! We have a excitable and sometimes nervous Bernese Mountain Dog and Aislinn does a great job with him every time.

Ive trusted Aislinn to groom my two dogs for over two years. She handles them with love and care as if they were her own. They leave happy and clean, smelling yummy and adorned in a new bandana. I am able to drop them off at their appointment time and pick them up right after they are finished so I dont have to leave them all day.

Henry Loves Betty has been a lifesaver since getting my dog Keene as a puppy last March. I can’t imagine going through the potty training stage without the help of their puppy program and daily walks. Now that he’s a bit older, I love sending him to daycare or social club to help keep him entertained and well socialized. They always give such thorough updates and I love getting pictures of Keene while I’m at work.I was SO happy to hear when they started offering dog grooming. Being that Keene is a doodle, I knew I’d need to find a trustworthy and reliable groomer for him to see regularly. Keene started first with a few puppy trims to get him comfortable with being groomed and handled, and then transitioned into getting full, adult cuts. My favorite thing about their grooming is that it’s only Aislinn and your dog there when they’re getting groomed. This not only allows for less distractions that could overwhelmed an uncomfortable dog, but means that Aislinn’s full attention is on your dog. Keene and I have both had such positive experiences with her grooming—with him being so excited to see her and “hangout”, and me always being impressed with how great he looks after.Overall, the whole staff is phenomenal at HLB! They are all so knowledgeable and truly treat your dog with so much love. If you’re considering using any of HLB’s services, I highly recommend—you will not be disappointed!!

Nothing but wonderful praise for Paula and the loving care and attention she always gives to Zoey when she’s boarding! I used to worry about Zoey being stuck in a kennel for days on end with no exercise, love and attention. Not anymore! I get photos and updates every day and in every picture, my pup is smiling and living her best life! Hands down, THE BEST PLACE for boarding! Thank you Paula ❤️

This is the best doggy daycare place ever. We love the owner and all the staff so much. They truly treat all the pups with love and care, and go above and beyond on everything! The daycare facility is always well kept and clean. Our dog loves going to daycare so much that when we are going towards the direction of Troy she starts being impatient. They post videos and photos of the pack playing almost daily on their Instagram story which is super cute and amazing.They also offer boarding service thats very reasonably priced. We were worried about boarding our dog at first because she had bad experiences with boarding before, but she absolutely loves boarding with HLB. Paula would even pick up our dog to board and drop her off which is super convenient for us. We receive daily updates and photos of her as well.Weve recommended Henry loves Betty to many people because this is a truly wonderful place for dogs to hang out with each other.

We bring our dog all the way from Saratoga to get groomed by Aislinn. No matter the condition of his hair, she always has him looking perfect and exactly the way we want it every single time, all in a very timely manner! I will never bring my dog anywhere else as long as I live around here and she is still grooming! The shop is in a perfect location. Although being in the heart of Troy, there is never any issue with parking. There are plenty of places to eat, relax, shop, etc all in walking distance while your dog is getting groomed. If you’re in need of a groomer, especially if they are some sort of doodle, this is the spot!

We recently moved to Troy and needed drop-in service for our cats. Henry Loves Betty is the best local choice for us. The prices are about the same as private sitters, but the service is more professional. Its also reassuring to know that if a sitter has an emergency and cant make it, they will find someone who can. The sitter was excellent. We received an update with photos every visit. I will use them again.

We travel from Clifton Park to have our two frenchies groomed by Aislinn. One of our pups has skin allergies and uses a medicated shampoo and she has allowed us to bring it for grooming appts. She is so great with them and they always love going to see her! Plus, they look so cute when they come home in their new bandanas.

Couldn’t speak higher of Henry Loves Betty! I used them for their dog walking service and they were so professional and reliable. My pup was also very happy, and it was great to receive and little write up and photos after every walk. The price was also extremely reasonable! I would highly recommend using them for any of your dog needs!

Paula and all of the walkers are amazing. We have added a foster dog to our pack and they were incredibly excited for us. They were very accommodating. My husband and I love our daily pictures and update. The dogs are always well taken care of. Paws are cleaned. Water is refilled. Dogs are loved.We saw one of our dog walkers at the Farmer’s Market and she came over yelling our Emma’s name. We have never seen a bigger smile on our girls face. It was evident that our walker and our pup had formed a special bond.Recently we have had one of our pups have major surgery. After hours, Paula (the owner), made it a point to come to our home to discuss post-op care. She went over the meds and physical therapy routine with us. She is going above and beyond in order for us to get through this crisis.We can’t thank all of those at Henry Loves Betty enough for all they do for our dogs and our piece of mind.

Paula and her HLB crew are not only trustworthy but they provide a wonderful and safe place for my pup! They specialize is doggy day care, dog walks, and boarding. Paula has been such a blessing during this COVID-19 pandemic providing additional love and exercise to my dog as I have had to work longer and additional days as an essential worker. I am beyond grateful to have her and her business during these times and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Would HIGHLY recommend their top-notch services!

Paula has taken great care of our dogs over the years and she has even picked them up and dropped them off when we have had emergencies. We dont feel guilty at all going on vacation without our pups because we feel like they get a vacation too at her place! I cant recommend her enough.

I wanted to like this place but prices are all over the place for grooming, very inconsistent, and poor communication. very disorganized and a waste of time.

My family and I highly recommend Henry Loves Betty for your doggie-related needs! HLB worked with our puppy, Otto, for over a year, taking him on walks, hikes, offering him unique opportunities to socialize with many different dogs, and offering him one-on-one training. Our Otto absolutely loved his time with HLBs staff and other pups, and he grew so much, from a wild puppy to a well-socialized, well-behaved dog. One of the best features of HLB is that they leave detailed messages with photos after every visit; their app is very user-friendly and makes for an easy experience. We would know exactly who Otto hung out with and what he did for the day. Thank you, HLB!

My dog goes to day care here, shes a shy dog but they take really good care of her. Its always a small group of dogs (they cap it around ten I believe) and all the dogs tend towards the smaller end (less than 50 pounds or so). They also do not kennel the dogs, they have pretty much free reign between the inside and outside areas. If you have a small to medium sized dog who would benefit from dog day care I think this is probably the best one in the area. Also very accessible if you live in downtown Troy.

I brought my 5-month old Shiba Inu here for his daycare trial today. He’s normally pretty timid around strange dogs and people, so I figured he’d get some good socialization here. When he arrived he hid under a bench in the backyard, but within an hour was running around with the rest of the dogs! Even just today his difference in confidence is significantly increased; I am so glad he had fun! He rarely shows interest in new people (typical shibe) but he was very interested in Paula and Katrina right away. I think he sensed they were dog people! Contract was simple with no weird rules or extra charges like at chain daycares like Petsmart. Senketsu learned a lot today from all the other friendly dogs. Definitely will be bringing him back as often as my graduate school budget allows!

Such a cute place and its always filled with animals, which I love. The handmade collars we got for our cats are so cute (they include little bow ties!) and the service here is so friendly and helpful.

The woman who runs the shop is so sweet. I even follow her on ig! She has a great selection of products for dogs, I just got my dog a new Martingale collar from here a couple of weeks ago!

We have used HLB for doggy daycare and dog walking, Paula and her staff are the best! Her selection of toys and goods in the store are top of the line, its easy to spoil your dog in there!

Small but nice pet store. Went for the Troy Night Out event and they put a bar in the back for it. Dogs played on and off leash. Fenced in back yard. Owners? or workers the were there that night were very friendly! great time!

I wish I had known about this place before I signed my lease. There are times when the yapping and barking go on for over an hour at a time, and its every day. They seem to settle a bit in the afternoon, but I cant imagine putting my own dog in such surroundings. I will be moving when my lease is up.

I absolutely love leaving my dog with them. Loved like he’s their own and always back happy. And now they do grooming. Wow!

I have one dog and he is like my baby. Henry Loves Betty has been walking him for about 8+ years and his walks ALWAYS go well! I am always nervous about leaving him with others, but he has always been well cared for by Henry Loves Betty staff. I always recommend them to anyone looking for good pet care. Plus its a Local Business! The picture below was taken while he was on his walk. I get pictures like this from every walk! His smile says it all!

I have been lucky to have the support of the crew of HLB since I adopted my sweet Logan in 2017. They have always treated him like the special boy he is and given him lots of love and fun. When I have gone away without Logan I have felt completely at ease knowing he is more than well taken care of. His daycare days were the engagement and exercise he needed - wiping him by nighttime. Can’t say enough good things.
