Mutts Mansion - Dog Grooming, Day Care, Boarding

We were going to Denver for 3 weeks and we have a 203lb Bull Mastiff. We always left our dogs with our vet but he was too big. I called a place I used along time ago and he told me the best place to call was Mutt Mansions. Well, he wasnt wrong. They are incredible. Kingston (dogs name) does not like any dog or small animal and becomes very agressive. They made all the arrangements to make him comfortable by putting sheets up on his cage so he didnt see the other dogs.. They also let him play outside alone for exercise and not to be bothered by the other dogsThey kept us posted and sent us numerous pictures. Whenever we called they never rushed us off the phone. They loved him because he is such a mush. He came back to us happy and rested. They also do grooming there so everything was done. The price was excellent and competitive but the care was 10 star. I have rescued 10 dogs and now this is.the only place I will groom and board my dog. Exceptional.

This was my first time using Mutts Mansion to board my 2 dogs and they did not disappoint! My dogs were well taken care of. I will definitely leave them here again! Mutts Mansion made me feel like part of the family! Karen made me feel so welcomed, and I felt less anxious about leaving my dogs! Her team is incredible!

I was only able to use them once for an overnight boarding stay, but my dog seemed very happy after visiting them. He usually wants to be left alone but made a friend there. Sadly, my dog passed away from cancer a couple weeks after boarding there. I opened their app to remove his profile but saw a photo of him I hadnt seen before. The staff was kind enough to send me photos of his stay after asking for a higher resolution version of the photo they had on their app (there was no way to save the photo from the app to my phone, but they emailed it). We are looking into getting another dog in the near future, and will be using Mutts Mansion again for the next family member. Thanks for taking care of him.

Do not bring your dog to this place. My dog was there for a meet and greet, I saw him enter the room on their streaming video he was fine with the other dogs and then within 10 minutes, the woman in the room picked up my dog and appeared to put him in a crate right under where the camera was. For an hour I did not see my dog back in the room so I called. The woman who answered the phone proceeds to tell me she was just going to call that my dog did not pass the meet and greet. The reason she said is my dog snapped at another dog entering the room, which of course was out of the view of the camera. If this happened within the first 10 minutes why did they leave my dog in a crate for an hour? Do not bring your dog to this place they are horrible and should not be in charge of caring for precious dogs.

This is NO Mansion! Upon visiting the dungeon-like facility, the fowl dog odor in the facility was overwhelming, and the noise of barking dogs was second to none. I was shown several large dog cages inside what looked like a random low ceiling storage room with a curtain on the door. The room had little natural light and one giant cage even had a beautiful grey great dane locked up in it! There were no creature comforts for the dogs to be seen, the dogs just lay on the bare floor inside their crates. The outside area was unkept with just scraggly grass at best but mostly just dirt with a dozy teenager with the unruly dogs, who looked like he had just rolled out of bed! There was only one staff member on site (asside from the kid outside), and I was told this is a place for mostly anti-social dogs. Nothing beautiful or significantly caring about this place. It is dispicable that this place even exists and that dog owners support it.

We left our 17 week old puppy for a week . We have not used a kennel for our pets in 30 yrs. We were so relaxed from the moment we went to mutts mansion. They showed us the outside play area and the kennels inside. It was very clean . We got updates and pictures of our little guy. The staff is wonderful! thankyou so much for your genuine love ❤️. Duke will definitely be back.

Karen and the team at Mutts Mansion are incredible! We left our two german shepherds there for a week and during that time one got sick and they called a vet and took care of everything for me. It was so nice to know my dogs were really in the hands of people who care and love dogs. And then I got sick and had to pick them up late and Karen and team were so accomodating. I cant recommend them enough. The absolute best. Thank you so much team!!

I’ve boarded my dog Biscuit elsewhere and he was absolutely miserable when I picked him up. So I was very nervous finding a new place to leave him… but I’m so glad I chose Mutts Mansion he was the happiest I’ve ever seen him when I picked him up. The staff is incredibly kind, told me all about what dogs he made friends with when I picked him up, and couldn’t stop talking about what a great dog he is, which made me so happy because I got complaints about my dog at the last place he was boarded. Then a few days after I picked him up I got this sweet note with pictures in the mail. I highly highly recommend them, it’s the only place I feel comfortable leaving my dog.

I rescued my puppy from care.of.dc in Wappingers Fall but I need an immediate 3 nights boarding for my new puppy . Mutts Mansion was very accommodating for such a last minute request and she absolutely loved her stay and staff was very kind and helpful and also very easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend their services and boarding to everyone!

I boarded my very scared rescue dog for the 1st time ever at Mutts Mansion. I was nervous for him to be terrified, but when I returned to pick him up, he was following Alisha around like her new best friend. He absolutely loved it there. They took wonderful care of him & made him feel safe & happy. Highly recommend to all!

This was our first time boarding our dog for a week (and boarding here) and I cannot express how grateful we are for the staff at Mutts Mansion! They accommodated our timid pup and made him feel so welcome and part of their family. They even sent us pics of him playing with his new friends! What a relief knowing that our pup was in such great hands while we were so far from him. It was a special surprise when we picked him up and he had a bath! 😀Highly recommend Mutts Mansion and would definitely send our pup there again!

I’ve been using mutts mansion a little over a year now and I have to say they are the best daycare/ groomers/ boarding facility for dogs. The staff is super friendly and trustworthy and my dog is always excited when we pull into the parking lot. I just did an overnight stay and had them groom my husky and they did an excellent job at deshedding her and she is definitely exhausted from playing all day there. Best money I’ve spent on my pet has been here.

Our dog Milo is a regular at daycare! Cant say enough good things about the daycare and staff. Everyone in the world should be as kind as the people here! They even made me a Mothers Day present from my dog. Milo is so happy when we pull into daycare he runs out to play! Thank you mutts mansion for taking such amazing care of our fur baby! I wish I could give more stars! we are so grateful Milo gets the exercise he needs while playing with the others dogs! Weve socialized him since he was a puppy and weve tried other daycares and dog parks but feel safest here because they have great accommodations!

I brought my GS here when my usual person cancelled at the last minute. It was the best thing that could have happened. She is very anxious and nervous around other dogs, so I was worried about bringing her somewhere new. They made me feel very comfortable in leaving her. They let me know how she was doing and even sent me a picture while I was away. When I picked her up, she was happy and content. It was obvious how well she was cared for. Normally, she would come home with her ears back, acting very nervous and stick to me for days, but not this time. She came home acting like her usual self. I cannot express how grateful I am to Mutts Mansion for not only taking her at literally the last minute but also taking such good care of her and making sure she was comfortable and content. I will continue to use them in the future. If you need to leave your fur baby, this is definitely the place to be!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. We boarded our 1 year old bernedoodle here twice and each time the staff was amazing. They really care for the pets as if they were their own. They made sure she ate well, was comfortable, had plenty of playtime etc. We could tell she was happy and in good hands. We also had her groomed there and they did a wonderful job.

My 2 pups were so well looked after! We will be using them again.

I have a senior rescue chihuahua who gets anxious at times, especially now that he seems to be losing his sight and hearing. We tried out the day care for a few hours and he seemed to like it! I say so because when I picked him up, he actually turned around in the parking lot and started walking back toward the building. :) Also, as requested, they were accommodating to his older age and gave him a chance to rest inside as well as spend time outside with other small dogs. We will definitely return. Thank you for taking such good care of my Little!

I have brought my dog there as a puppy for half day play time and bring him once a month for grooming . The staff is so nice and caring . I will use them for boarding when I need to .

They are nice, friendly and very helpful with your pets. They care for your animal. We got pictures during our dogs stay and he appeared happy. We had him cleaned also the day before we picked him up.

I adopted my little terrier from CARE a few months ago and thought Id give them a grooming try. WONDERFUL!!!! They asked me what I wanted, listened and then did it. Trifecta! he came out adorable with a sewn bandana. I am pleased and will return. I like that they do 1 dog at a time so there is no stress.

2nd time using them. Great place and great prices for what you get. While bording, the furry ones have access to a fenced in yard to run and play all day. When it is time to sleep, they are indorrs (temp controlled for weather) and not sleeping on a concrete slab with drafts. They dont charge to give medication or one on one affection time. There is alway plenty of water provided and fed according to owners instructions. If the dogs are dog friendly they get to interact with other dogs during play time.Being a rescue shelter they are well trained to care for and watch over your furry loved ones while away. I will continue to always use them.

My two golden retrievers were beautifully shampooed and got the best paw trim I’ve seen. So glad to have found mutts mansion. Highly recommend.

Our Rosie loves it there! So do we! The place is always clean and the people are so friendly and caring! Having a groomer there is great and very convenient!

They took my baby girl last minute for day care and prices are beyond reasonable.Disappointed that they told me to have my 18 week old puppy spayed before they could take her again. Recommending/mandating spaying for puppies under 6 months was disappointing.

They are very caring and flexible. The rates are very good. Karen and her staff are very knowledgeable and nice....I love this place.

We brought out puppy Royce to Mutts Mansion to try out daycare. We wanted it for socialization and in case we ever need to board. My son and I were so nervous.I cannot say enough good about our experience. When we picked up our pup we heard all about his playing adventures and they sent us videos. My boy had such a good time and did so good. Mine and my sons nerves quickly turned to happy and relief.Thank you so much!

I boarded my dog with Mutts Mansion for a week. Remy received great care during his stay. The people here really care about the dogs. They did a great job taking care of my dog and we will definitely use them again in the future. A++ Highly recommended.
