Great car/dog wash connected to a laundromat in Wappingers next to Outback Restaurant. It is always busy but they full service attendants are very nice and explain the different washes/packages they provide. They have unlimited packages which the kid covered in detail. You do not feel obligated as he says take out pamphlet and think it over. Their salad bar is limited now. And I miss the ladies who vacuumed and cleaned your windows. There are plenty of exterior vacuums now as they have remodeled. They also have a self-service car wash in the rear. Which is great too. The only negative lately, is all the teenagers have decided to make this their new hangout at night. The parking lot is FULL w kids playing music and showing off their cars. I couldn’t get a bay because they park inside of the bays to hang out. I think the owner has caught wind because I’ve noticed new signage trying to deter them from hanging out. Anyway great car wash.

Car wash only lasted a couple minutes. I don’t feel like my car was taken care of enough. My car does look a lot better but there are still some spots that haven’t come out. The attendants were nice though

I’ve been a foam and wash customer for nearly ten years now, and I’m extremely disappointed with the results of their new so-called ‘automated prep’ system. I washed my car for the first time since they reopened today, and I went through the exact same experience as I did with their Shell location a few months back. The car no longer gets rinsed and the rear no longer gets wiped down before being sent through. Apparently that made a huge difference, or maybe it’s something else they did with the configuration in the tunnel itself, however, my car doesn’t come out clean. The back of the car, the rims and all the windows are still dirty. You can see exactly where the brushes made contact and where they didn’t. This was NEVER AN ISSUE BEFORE THEY CLOSED. It’s also not an issue at their Newburgh location, since they haven’t messed it up yet. I went through this same experience at their Shell location before, I spoke to the manager there who was very apologetic, he gave me a coupon and the customer service number to call. I spoke to someone on the phone who was also friendly and apologized, however he said I’d receive a phone call from a general manager, which I never received. After giving them another chance today in Wappingers and going through the same experience, I didn’t bother talking to the employees. What good is a coupon if the problem isn’t solved? I’d still like to receive that phone call and see if the issues can be identified and fixed, or I’ll be going out of my way to wash elsewhere. Paying $12-$25 for a car wash which doesn’t clean the car is an absolute waste in today’s economy.UPDATE: After contacting customer service again upon request, I spoke to the VP of F&W, Paul. He was very nice and seemed eager to fix the issue. He explained that the new wash has something called ‘side blasters’ which may be what the car needs to come out completely clean. He insists that it’s more necessary for cars that aren’t washed on a regular basis, and that the new system works great for people washing constantly. (I usually only wash twice a month tops) I haven’t tried this out yet, I prefer to continue utilizing locations such as Newburgh where I know my car comes out clean. Paul mentioned that all locations will eventually have the new system, so I’ll give Wappingers another try soon and will share the results. Hopefully they’ll be good!

Love how it cleans my car and not left with too much to dry. Smells great!! The donation towels are awesome too. Very large size to dry with. The towels helped local battered women. Awesome cause for only $4.

I am a Vietnam veteran and my son and I have a trained and registered service dog as well as emotional support dog because of shell shock. They rudely kicked my son and I out of the laundromat stating they don’t allow dogs. When my son stated she was one the girl rudely said “we don’t allow emotional support dogs” my son told her she’s a registered service dog, up to date with every shot, has all papers registered by the state and they kicked us out! I want this rectified or will take this further

Mike and the Staff at this location do an awesome job. The wash itself does a great job too. The only carwash around to go to. Gotta keep the ride salt free during these harsh NY winters. So stop on in and get your car sparkly. I recommend the unlimited just stop in every time you drive by a wash. Keep up the good work.

Came on a busy Sunday in March to wash the salt off. Wow! it was slammed. Lines forming waiting to use the self-serve bays. Never saw that before. Looks like everybody had the same idea as me. Great to see the business hopping! Means spring is coming.I feel this is the best Foam N Wash location. Unlimited wash deals. Self service vacuums and car wash. The machines always work and are well kept after. Check it out.

In my opinion, foam and wash is the best car wash around. That being said, on this visit and several others, their equipment would not read. The RFID on the car so the attendant wanted to change the RFID label. In an attempt to remove the old RFID label with his razor blade scraper, he gouged my inspection sticker and subsequently broke his razor blade sending a shard into the car. I finally had to tell him to stop that I would remove the old one A simple task turned potentially dangerous. Perhaps its time for remedial razor blade training

Been a member for years with 2 cars. Sometimes staff fails to properly prep my vehicle upon entry causing me to rewash. I would probably hate my job to so can’t argue to much.

I’ve been here a few times, and the overall experience has been okay. Went for a car wash yesterday at around 9am, and only the automatic side was open. I spent $20 on a wash that only lasted a few minutes, and my car wasn’t even close to clean. The automatic side does not do a good job of cleaning your car, and is a total waste of money. I had to take it to another wash to get my car even remotely clean.

If you pay for unlimited wash they will not prewash your car or spray bug begone. They were told not to do it to unlimited customers because people are having there cars washed every day. This is from the employees working in Fishkill

I had a great first experience at Woodman’s. I had my car cleaned inside and out and was on the road in 20 minutes. The car looks new again.

Attendant as you pull into the car wash does absolutely nothing unlike before they used to spray the front of your car and wash the back with a brush. Very disappointed.

Good do it yourself car wash. The staff are friendly. They have several stalls outside the drive through where you can dry, vacuum and detail your car. Today, there were a lot of people with the same idea as me and my wife. It was a beautiful day to be outside wading your car!

Not as good as Fishkill. No manual pre-prep, no tailgate brush, and a piss poor job done on wheel rims. About 50% of brake dust remained. EDIT AFTER BUSINESS RESPONSE: Worry not gang - no need to make it right. F&W is still the best game in Dutchess. Just brush the tailgates of SUVs (in the summer too!), they get dirtiest.. and maybe consider better tire brushes for brake dust. I still wont go anywhere else

These guys are amazing! Their Customer Service is second to none. Always helpful all the years we’ve been coming here. My husband left his Apple Watch a few days ago and they were so courteous to hold it for us until we were able to pick it up. special shout out to Mike! Highly recommend they’re wonderful

Ive been a patron for 10 years. The customer service is friendly. Although, once in a while some of my clothes go missing. The car wash is great. There are iptions for self wash or full service.

Very rarely do I experience a manager or employee in a business that exceeds my expectations. The manager Xavier in this location is definitely that exception. I had a issue with a wash. I don’t have the unlimited wash because I wash my vehicle sometimes late at night. I do get the books of rain X which I think are a great value and offer a great wash. From the moment I went in with the issue Xavier was very understanding. Listen to well. And got me a single better wash than what I started with. It is because of managers like this that I will continue to have foam and wash Myo Massage car wash of choice. Thank you foam and wash for having such a outstanding Manager!

Its a car wash, I really like the vacuums they have and cleaner that you can place your car mats in for free.The attendant who collects the money or puts your credit card in the machine, which you could do yourself, is a little bit of a nuisance with trying to push the monthly plans.

I love coming here because it is a good carwash, but I’m tired of the harassment of becoming a member, I literally have to go through mental gymnastics in order to convince the employee that I do not want the membership just a one time wash..It’s a very aggressive selling tactic to wait on the machine that I am trying pay for when I don’t want to speak to anyone in the first place.It’s very off putting and I’m no longer wanting to come here

Had my car washed today. The gentlemen at the register Elliot was super nice and gave some good information about the membership. I didn’t get it he wasn’t pushy…very personable. Anyway got the most expensive wash, my car still has bugs and bird droppings on it. Not super upset but I knew my car needed a good wash and that is why I paid for the better wash

Dog Wash place is awesome. My dog got sprayed by a Skunk and a friend told me there is a self service dog wash at this place. I tried it out and wow, how awesome is this place. Tearless shampoo, oatmeal shampoo, de-skunk, tick/lice shampoo, something else I cant remember, rinse, blow dry, heated blow dry, and vacuum. I will say the vacuum seemed way to weak but everything else was good pressure.And the pricing was very good.

This place rocks! so many options. I vacuum my car then wash it myself. Theres a lot of space and it can get super busy depending on when you go. Ive been through the car wash itself. Its good but I prefer to wash it on my own.

This place is great. Vacuums, microfiber towels. Clean and well maintained. They even have a special lane for the unlimited car wash subscriptions. The staff are always going above and beyond to maintain and take care my familys cars. I do use my car for business. I always get compliments on how well detailed it looks.

Each product has its own smell, which always smells amazing. Price could drop a bit, but other than that, I always love coming here.

I just used the dog wash station. There is always fur all over the place. I usually carry my own shampoo for then PUP, but they have it there. I wish the patrons would do better in keeping the stations clean and remove all the fur that is left behind.

Took off the rear wiper blade on my wife’s Outback! Only time in my life a car wash has done so. Staff is friendly, priced competitively for the area I guess, the drying aspect of the car was leaves something to be desired. Not a bad backup location, but it’s not my first choice.

This place is constantly improving and we have watched it expand for nearly a decade. While Im a bit sad that their detailing center is gone, I understand the appeal of the touch free wash. The latest enhancements, the automated order system is very intuitive and user friendly. The staff at the car wash and the laundry are fantastic and highly professional. The charity events and coupon book deals are a nice touch, too. I cannot recommend Foam and Wash enough as they are far and away the best business of their class in the area.

Initially I did touch less but it didnt come out clean, so I went through the regular side for free and it came out nice. I did the ceramic I would use this one as oppose to there foam and wash on route 9 the manager is a POS my car was damaged and he refused to do anything about it then called me a liar when it was clear as day in the video.

I’m usually very happy with this laundromat but today I used the big dryer for 40 minutes and at the end it was ice cold. The worker made excuses that it takes time for the dryer to warm up. I used another dryer and spent more money and more time. I said to the worker I really should get a refund and she’s said did you start the dryer yet otherwise forget it. She was literally almost next to me and she knew I started the dryer. Very rude worker

Good car wash. I have the monthly plan which I think is a great value. Sometimes I think the tire polish is running low on material and doesn’t do a great job, so that’s a little disappointing, however with an unlimited pass I can just go through again. Problem solved.

I’ve been using Foam and Wash for not only my vehicles needs but for the laundry service. Until recently I was very happy with the service and the ladies that worked there. The ladies that were there, Sherrie, Nicole, and another lady that now works in the South Rd location have always been friendly and professional. Since they have left, service has been sub-par at best. To start, no longer do I get my laundry the same day. Now it’s 48 hrs. Also, my laundry isn’t folded properly and my clothes done smell clean. They don’t wash with the detergents I give them and I get clothes back looking faded and whites not white at all. The new help needs proper training. Great facility! Substandard help.

Full service is the best; I rate full service at 5 star; however touch free leaves the car with streaks and surface dirt. Tried this service for the first time on May 2, 2020. Spent $10 and had to wipe more than half of my car with a cloth. Dirt and debris came off my car. The car was not very dirty prior to the wash. While touch free does not leave swirl marks, be prepared to work at cleaning your car after passing through touch free.

Love it. I can do my laundry and wash my car at the same time. Nice and clean. Some of the attendees are very sweet where just a few of the same bunch have bad attitudes. It is still a friendly place.

Having access to several car washes along my commute is great to knock the salt off. Great staff.

Love the options here. I wish there was a closer one with the option to self wash cars. Nevertheless, it is always a great place to get out and wash your car. Plenty if space and machines.

Aside from the rude tall blonde girl who works at the laundromat who has absolutely zero social skills and rolls her eyes and has an attitude for asking a question or needing help with a broken machine this is the perfect place to stop to wash your dog car and clothes . One rude employee won’t send my business away but it does make the experience a little unpleasant.

Need your car washed this is a good place - but its mostly automated and they dont honor their re-wash anymore. I wasnt happy with my wash and was told to go back in line and pay again.Ill wash it at the self serve next time...even though they seem to own all those too, lol. Maybe Ill break out the bucket and sponge at home - thatll save me a bundle since I was washing 3 cars there at least once a week sometimes every other week.

Quick Service. Decent car wash. Recommend monthly subscription for unlimited washes. Really comes in handy and saves money to get dirt and salt out of your car. A small price to pay for maintaining my wheels!

This is like the all-in-one grown-up version of an amusement park. The laundry facilities are easy to use and you dont have to carry coins around with you. Unlike most places, they load your card with funds and you use your cards for all the services (Wish it was one card, but each different service, dog wash, car, and laundry are separate). The sun room is so comfortable and there are plenty of places to relax and wait for the laundry One star off for the temperature of the dog wash. Even the cooler temp is TOO WARM for a dog. Dog wash temps should be in the 80s (low 80s for big dogs, mid 80s for small dogs) These temps are well into the 90s and higher last time I was there. Lets not COOK peoples dogs, okay?

Always good. Great facility in Wappingers Falls! Big, modern and have the latest in automated car washing! Its one of the things I love about living in the area as a car freak! I also support local businesses because I have one in Wappingers too!

I like to use the automated no touch to help prevent scratching the paint. Its especially great in the winter with all the salt coming ng off the cars and road. Ive also used their dog wash with good success. I have an 80lb sheepdog mix and the high tubs make it much easier for me to get him bathed.

I really like that one of the workers came out to greet us with instructions on what their Car Wash had to offer. He answered all our questions with a smile. He even told me if I didnt like the wash, theyd allow me to redo it.Thats what I call, Great Customer Service...I shall return.

I never heard of washing machines charging one price if you use cold water and another price for warm and hot water. Also instead of setting the time on the dryer, you have to keep reinserting the card you have to buy. Why do they make it complicated? Semi top off

Automated, touchless, open 24 hours a day, reasonable inexpensive. I don’t ask for more from a car wash. There’s also bays to clean off your car/truck yourself including a larger bay for bigger trucks.

Why pay $25 for one car wash?? Get the monthly and pay less than $40 and wash your car EVERYDAY! Its a no brainer. Always nicely clean. Excellent job Every time.

My father and I went to this car wash as it was on the way to one of our many errand stops. We couldnt go through the soft cloth wash where the two people spray the car so we had to go through the touch free. The dryer in the touch free is broken. My father drives a large vehicle. When we let the employees know, one of them gave us a microfiber towel to dry the car and the other guy didnt know what to do at all. My father was very angry and I was also very upset. Never have I ever been through a car wash where the dryer didnt work. And people around who went through dealt with it. That should not be the case. It needs to be fixed. But I will not be going back.

I was very satisfied with the car wash. I experienced a little technical difficulty with the vaccum and the attendant reimbursed me. My car sparkled when I left.

Francine, is one of the hardest workers I’ve seen in a long time . I appreciate the service Francine provides for my family and I. We noticed every time we are doing our laundry Francine goes above and beyond, even when we drop off 40 pounds of laundry, Francine contacts us earlier then what was scheduled for pick up when she can . Convenient place in the neighborhood to go wash your car, but the Vacuums are old and sometimes barley work, and its time that Foam & Wash upgrades its system with the volume of customer that this business has...We hope that youre Listening Foam & Wash...

We have been doing laundry here for five years, and having our cars washed longer that that. We have been here doing laundry for almost 2 hours now and it is boiling hot in here. I cant say we have experienced this before, and we are here several times a month. Its actually cooler outside! I asked if the air conditioning was broke, and was told no, that the hotter it is outside, the hotter it is in here. Yet, when w did laundry during the hottest part if this Summer, it was nice and Co in here. Makes no sense. We have to keep sitting down or go outside, just to catch our breathe. I love this location, it is ridiculous having to do laundry in a sauna today.

Got an interior detail on my car, they did a terrible job. They basically vacuumed and wiped the windows, but they did a crappy job with the carpet and seat shampooing. I know they shampooed it, but it was done very carelessly and the light stains in the carpet and seats were not removed AT ALL. It didnt look like a car should after a detail. I wasnt even surprised, as I watched the lady balance cleaning my car and tend to customers at the counter at the same time. If you want your car detailed, use Shine in Hopewell- theyre the best place around.Foam and wash car wash, though, is a great place for a regular exterior wash.

I have a membership with foam & wash and go to the 3 which are all along route 9. This is the one I prefer. Its a bit more out of my way but the workers really spray down and brush my car before I go through the wash. Which is much appreciated.

I took my truck to this location today to get it detailed. They told me they were going to buff out the truck to get out any scratches. When I showed up they told me that they had compounded it. I asked why the scratches were not removed and they said they could not get them out. I asked if they buffed it and they said no they compounded it. In turn they did not do the job they told me they were going to do and I didnt want to pay that portion of the service. The manager Mike told me if I did not pay for it I could not have my truck back. I also found out that they broke the grill and did not clean the jams on the tailgate. When I complained they said they were really busy today and did not have the time to devote to it. Be careful when you go here because they do not do what they say they are going to do and then threaten that you cant have your vehicle back. All of this for twenty dollars.They told me it would take five hours and it took eight and I wanted to get out of there because I was not happy. Again they said they were very busy and did not have the time.

XAVIER IN THE CAR WASH WAS BEYOND HELPFUL AND DILLIGENT IN HELPING ME GET ALL THE INFORMATION I NEEDED TO RECEIVE MY MEMBERSHIP BEST WORKER .

The tall lady with green hair at the laundry always distracted on her phone. No social skills and can’t do laundry properly.

Its okay. Not the best service. The windows were still streaked and the foaming was not so good. Nobody was there to do the finish job to make sure there was no streaking or any problems with the waxing. If you have no other place to go... Here you are.

The high water pressure broke my antenna on my BMW. I had almost no radio signal. When I got home I found the antenna missing. Im positive it was from this car wash as its the only stop I made at that time after a drift event. I dont know how to and I dont know anyone to teach me how to fix this myself, so now I have to spend hundreds of dollars and lots of time without my favorite car.

I wasnt able to wash anything there because almost all the machines are broken..nice lounge area an lots of things to do while your waiting for your laundry.. But theres only a couple working wash machines was so disappointed I couldnt do my laundry there..

Autoclean doesnt clean your car. I paid 30 dollars and my car came out dirty but Shiney dfrom the was foam. Do not waste you money!

I paid $20 for Hands-free Wash, it supposed to be the best service, however when I went home I checked the car around and there’s a lot spot with dirt, specially the tires. Honestly I feel bad, like throwing $20 the garbage for nothing

I actually use the wash & fold laundry service here and IT ROCKS. Dropping off laundry and coming back a couple days later to pick up clean, folded clothing from awesome friendly people is nothing short of wizardry. Color me enchanted, yo.

It does a decent job for the $10 one but doesnt dry it completely so make sure you bring a towel to do it yourself also tires dont get done ad well so if you want a better job done go for the most expensive one where you actually have people helping besides the machine... More worth it for the $$ then $10 for a 1/2 way washed car..

The tire shine coverage was great, however the washer did not completely clean the roof of my minivan, it was still dirty after leaving.

Good car wash, they use hot water i definitely recommend coming here to wash your vehicle.. and good laundry mat although they could do better with cleanliness of washers

Cant use 2 coupons at once. (Coupon doesnt state limited one per visit). Car was pretty clean. Self assist wheel cleaner seems to be having troubles.

Great place to get your car washed. In and out within 5 min. Also just opened is the pet wash !!!! Vacumes , hot wax service with dry and shine. Dont like to go thru the automatic . You can hand wash there too.

I liked it better years ago, after a car wash you could pull up and they offered glass cleaner, and towels so you could clean the inside of your windshield AT NO COST

Brought in my brand new wrx to get washed asked if my rims were good to go told yes and came out with both drivers side rims ruined the manager did address it quickly sent me to someone to repair them for free but they were not as good as new and Im stuck with it mind u my car had 300 miles on it and the rims are 1200$ a pop but they did try there best to make it right just disappointed with there repair mah and they need to post signs and inform there employees on what vehicles should not go through there wash

Quick easy car wash, you pay with a credit card, cash or voucher, the guys brush the outside of your car then hook your car up to the chain, put your car in neutral & off you go thru the wash, you have to clean the inside of your car yourself, $8 for basic wash, they offer monthly rates as well, nice place polite understanding employees

The young men staffing the business were funny and courteous. They even gave me a red carnation for Valentines Day!

This car wash has always been reliable and efficient. Location is Always clean and neatly maintained.

They dont do the inside of your car.. You have to pay them to get the materials and do it yourself. They dont even dry your car when it comes out of the wash but you can buy towels from them and do it yourself. Im going back to brooklyn

Hand washing is always the best but who has the time so often. Hate driving a dirty car but foam and wash does the best job over any other car wash I have visited.

Very busy, nice staff, did a pretty good job, not all the dirt came off, went thru the touchless.. paid a lot but it just didnt clean all the way. It looked much better than when we went in.

I spent $20 on a full car wash and wax to have my car still covered in soap and the tires half sprayed with tire shine. Not worth the money.

Charge you more money than other places and do half the work. You have to pay extra to dry your vehicle with provided rags.

I like having the membership where I can get my car wash as many times but near the sideview mirrors always stays dirty and they always break the rear wiper

Went to the dog wash. Its expensive but it works and is simple to use. Everything you need is right there at the turn of a disk. Very convenient.

Tried to put 20 on a card. Charge went through but balance on cars showed a zero balance. The guy working couldnt help. Still out of the 20

The vacuums are easy to use. They have glass cleaner and all purpose cleaners available at no charge.

I wash my car and got the $20 deal which was like what I thought was a great deal and after I left the car wash and drove down the road I noticed that the Armor All was all over the side of my car instead of just on my wheels I rang the bell to see if I can get someone to come and assist me and giving me a new car wash and there was no one there I do not recommend this place

I love foam and wash I could have my car clean take my dogs there they have a room to bath your pup, also a laundry mat where you can launder your clothes. I like the unlimited car wash you can join and pay a small fee monthly but you get to wash your car as many times as you want.👍👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Touchless wash was ok. Left a lot of salt on the car. Ive had better results in the Poughkeepsie and Fishkill locations.

Doesnt have anyone to dry your vehicle, even though you getting full service wash, but great otherwise

What not to like, state of the art facility, got it all when it comes to your car wash needs, self serve bays, regular wash tunnel, and 24 wash port 2, you cant beat that, shoot the only thing they didnt have was food and drinks to serve,lol

ANY TIME I HAVE ISSUES CSR AT WAPPINGERS ARE VERY HELPFUL. HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH WASH CENTERS. HAD MY TRUCKS INTERIOR BAGE COLOR SHAMPOO AFTER WINTER AND I WAS SCHOCKED WITH EXCELLENT WORK DONE. IF YOU COMPLAINT THE PRO LEM IS WITHIN YOU.

Fast and easy wash. I was there early morning so there was no congestion. There are plenty of bays for hand washing as well.

They have reasonable unlimited monthly packages, and their staff is very helpful especially Chris.
