VIPets has been a wonderful addition to the Whitestone neighborhood. My dog Oliver is a 4 year old 75lb Sheepadoodle and loves it there. Every staff member has been extremely caring and loving towards Oliver. Not only does Oliver come out with an amazing haircut and bath but the environment itself is always very clean and organized. There has not been a time that I have dropped Oliver off that he wasn’t excited to be there. I definitely recommend this place to all!!

“Gizmo” loves coming there for baths and haircuts. He comes out looking adorable & smelling wonderfully for days! They cut the hair the perfect length that you want. Gizmo can see & I don’t have to try to trim on my own for at least 2 months. This saved me money and time. Thankyou VIP!

We use to love this location. I had even recommended it to my coworkers who are dog owners. However, they changed owners and all new staff. My friend had a bad experience with her dog recently that traumatized him with this new staff. Luckily, we tracked down the old groomer our dogs were use to. Just be aware that it’s not the same people there and treatment won’t be the same as from previous reviews have mentioned. Some people forget that our dogs are our little babies and we know when they aren’t treated with kindness. And the owners always know that something happened even if we aren’t there.

I absolutely loved this place! The service was fantastic, and they took such great care of my dog during the grooming. Ill definitely be coming back. Thank you!

I wanted to share how I loved the grooming my four pups received! Lola, Teddy, Molly & Tessa looked great and smelled wonderful for more than two weeks omg 👍🏼This was a first time-last minute booking and although it took me hours to have them ready for pickup, I appreciated the team at VIpets taking my four dogs in, again it was a last minute booking so I completely understood. I brought in a 12yr 80-85lbs chocolate lab and a 8yr 110-115lbs new foundland today, and the experience was amazing. my dogs came home smelling fresh, the nails and the bottom of their paws were shiny and spotless, and the bath was prestigious , the amazing products they put on the pet, all the equipment they used to guarantee a nice quality time for the dog, no stress and everyone in there is so nice. definitely recommend any pet owner to come try this place out. i wish i could rate it more but overall i give this place a 10/10!

I took my Siberian kitten for his very first grooming at VIPers with Julians, and he came out exactly how I wanted him and smelling so good. Juliana and her team very very kind, gentle and patient with y screaming kitten. Juliana and her team are amazing.

I highly recommend V.I. Pets to anyone. After having had a couple of horror stories when it comes to grooming for my Pom, I decided to take a chance here as it was near me and brand new. I am so happy I did. The place is beautiful and clean, everyone I dealt with was wonderfully nice and friendly and best of all, my Pom looks amazing! Exactly how we wanted it done and best of all, my dog actually seemed happy. I will absolutely be a regular at V.I. Pets and Im so happy they are here.

Adriana was our last dog groomers for over 10 years. We lost contact with her and unfortunately our beloved dog passed back in 2020. We were so happy to find her again literally a week after we welcomed our new puppy home. She went for her first grooming appointment today and we were not disappointed!!! She came out looking beautiful and smelling amazing!! Defintiely give them a try. Friendly staff, clean facility, you wont be disappointed.

My dog is not the easiest dog to deal with; he’s sweet, but stubborn and strong. If he doesn’t want to do something he does. The care and patience they showed him was second to none. I really can’t say enough about how well they treated my pretty difficult dog and who good he looked when they were done.For the above reasons, I would recommend and am recommending them to every pet owner I know and all the ones I don’t. The care, patience and attention to detail is beyond five stars.I can’t thank them enough

Due to my work it was impossible to drop off my dog ​​Sasha, they offered me the pick up and drop off service at home again which I really liked, they picked her up on time, and when she returned home she arrived very happy, she had an extreme change And the best thing, zero anxiety which if it happened before since she is very nervous, I would definitely recommend them to everyone who needs this service.
