Took my 4 year old ALL WHITE husky here for the first time and he came out looking brand new!!! Casper has severe anxiety when being in a new place but these folks took such great care of him. If you are looking for an amazing groomer Yopets is the place to be! Even the receptionist was super helpful!! We will 100% be back. Thank you for everything.

I absolutely LOVED this place! I had called over the phone and first spoke with Julie. She was super informative, friendly and eased me with her own personal story of her cute puppy as well. This was going to be my dogs first time at the groomers and she just turned one so I was super nervous but it all went away. Morning of her appointment (Paul) had taken care of us and was super fast with everything and very detail oriented. Took in my concerns and made her the prettiest girl ever. This place is super friendly, caring and overall 5 stars! Thank you guys again from her mom, dad and Clove!!

They do a great job and our dogs are always fine and happy when I pick them up! That’s a sign of people who are gentle and kind. Also never had any ear issues as I have three ShihTzus. Great groomers and people! Always make my pets at ease and they are so calm after getting groomed unlike at other places! Wonderful place!!

We are so so happy for everything that Julie and Paul made! We took out rescued Golden Retriever from China and they did an AMAZING JOB! We called the day before and made an appointment and I sent his vaccination prior to the appointment and it was super easy! Julie was super nice over the phone and even better in person! Amor looks absolutely fantastic! They did his ears, his paw pads, trimmed his nails and even shaved around his peepee! I got a brand new pup! They took very good care of him, even filled out his poop bags! I was nervous he was going to be nervous, but he was calm and loving! He did got car sick and threw up on our way back, but they did such a great job that I just wiped him very well and he was new again ahhaha thank you so much guys, I hope I see you soon!

The best of the best! The only place I take my super fluffy Australian shepherd and Yo Pets always does an excellent job! The stuff is very friendly and professional. My dog looks like the cutest stuffed animal after haha. And those treats … mmmm duck hearts, cod skin yummm!!!

I take my dog Lucy here who’s a cavapoo for grooming she is a little bit of a nervous dog but they are so great with her and very patient with her. They always do such a great job with her hair cut as well. I highly recommend.

Beware. Pricing is off the charts. They charged $140 for my 11lb Silkie. First I was told $90. When I was in their shop, I was told that is the starting price. Here are before and after photos. My dog had tangles but no matting (one mat the size of a quarter under her leg). No reason to shave unless you do not want to work for your ridiculous price. My pup has never been shaved down like this.

I love supporting small and local businesses and Yopets did not disappoint! I was looking for a place to get my bichonpoo puppy Theo his first groom and when I found Yopets I was so excited because I grew up and lived in the area. The staff was so friendly and they even gave us a free gift! Paul is amazing and was very knowledgeable and even gave me some tips on how to maintain my puppy’s fur! It was Theo’s first groom so Paul made sure he was comfortable and had a good experience. He came out so cute and smelled soo good, even after a few days!! I can’t wait to bring him here on a regular basis!

We have taken our dog to this place many times and everything always went well. But last week was different, they left soap and water in his ear, we had to take him to the vet where they confirmed his infection caused by soap and water! They agreed to pay our bill which is more than fair. Today my husband went to pick up the money and they told him that if we want to take our dog again we have to take him to the vet first to make sure he is okay. For real??? They caused the infection, my dog ​​was fine. And they also said we should bring him to a different place. Of course !! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

My foster dog (now adopted) Sugar was in a very bad condition and YoPets did an amazing job!! Honestly so happy with the end result!! Thank you guys! You are the best!

We came in for Yoshis first groom and I am happy to have found Yopets pet spa. The staff were friendly and kind and they worked with my puppy at his pace especially it was first. They were giving me updates thru text so I need not to worry about my pet. They even gave us freebies. The place was clean & they sell cute stuff too. My puppy left looking & smelling fresh. Brought my pup here (4 month lab) to get a bath/nail trim and de-shedding for the first time. The staff was so kind and very informative. Especially Julie, who kept us informed the whole time and sent us updates to know when to pick up our dog.When I finally went to pick up my pup- he was so happy that he didnt want to leave. My dog smelled so nice, and they even gave him a cute bandana. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to care for their dogs grooming needs.I will be retuning soon :) Thank you!

My baby with paws is very nervous, I had the worst experience and I decided not to take him anywhere else to get his hair cut, until we found YoPets, they are the best. The service they provided to my Teddy was the best, they had a lot of care for him. Patience because my baby is anxious and was very afraid, but they spoke to him with affection, thank you for the service and above all, thank you for your love!Highly recommend

I brought my lil guy Loki and big guy Lucky for groom..: Paul and his team is amazing.They guided me on all the vaccines, make sure my little pooch was ready with all his shots for his grooming. I was super nervous but the vibe, the comfort of the dogs being in a clean environment made it much easier. Both Loki and Lucky had an amazing time and look great and got free gifts!!! thank you for everything!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!! By far, exceeded my expectations. My 4 year old Siberian Husky has the worst groomer anxiety after having had a bad experience at another local groomer. I had a hard time finding a place I felt could comfortable with and that could handle her. The staff at YoPets went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and were patient and loving. I am so grateful to have come across this place. If you are looking for kind groomers who really care about the wellness of your pets run over to YoPets!!!

This is literally The worst $140 I spent I was trying to save a few bucks by taking my dog here but I won’t do that again. I will always take my dog to pup studio in Manhattan for the extra 40 bucks is $180 is worth it, these people were so lazy they did not try to save his fur they cut him down so low that you can see his bones he does not like his haircut he’s been depressed. He looks in the mirror and he barks. He does not like the way he looks. He’s been acting different since he’s been here. I would not take my dog here I would go to pup studio. It’s worth the money

We took our puppy here for her first puppy cut and the staff were very pleasant and kind. We planned on continuing business with them. For our puppy’s second cut, we specifically requested a full groom. She had long fur that was difficult to brush and would get wet when she used the bathroom or drank water. When we picked her up we discovered they gave her a second puppy cut, not what we asked for, and charged us full price. Their reasoning, that she wasn’t ready for a full groom since she was still young and not used to the experience.

I get my dog bathed here, she always smells great. They include the trim her nails, & trim the fur around her privates to keep her clean. This place is so nice, & so accommodating. They treat my baby Opal great. They also always send her off with a toy, and doggy bags. Highly recommend.

I took my 1 year old labradoodle here for his first ever groom and I can already tell you this will be his permanent groomer. The environment was super cool, music was amazing, the place looked very well organized and admiring. He got a bath, dried, nail trimmed, ears were cleaned and a very nice cut. The place was very affordable, probably the cheapest place you’ll find around the area. My pup suffers from extreme anxiety but I can tell he was very comfortable at this spot. The staff were super friendly and kind and the groomer was very professional and did an outstanding job at his work. I totally recommend this place for getting your pup of any size, breed, and hair for groom related services. If there was a 10 stars I would give it to them.

My dog has a severe case of seasonal allergies therefor requires extra care when grooming. The team at yopets made sure that my Siberian Husky was well taken care of. My dog can be very anxious when being groomed. David ( the groomer ) even sat on the floor with my dog to make him feel extremely welcomed since it was his first time there. When I went to pick up Caleb , he did not look fatigued ( he can be very difficult to groom. Many groomers gave up on him and did not want him back ) he looked perfect!!!! His attitude coming out was as happy as a dog can be. Thank you so much Yopet. We Will definitely be coming back!

We are so happy with YoPets. They treat our Pippa Middleton so well and always make her look clean. It’s a great neighborhood groomer and it’s in a great location! She is always excited to go to the groomer and always happy when she comes home! They’re very responsive to specific instructions and I’m very appreciative for their work! Highly recommended

They did an incredible job with my dog! After being less than thrilled from the last trim we got at a large chain store, we decided to try Yopets since it was a local shop. The staff was super nice and the location was convenient, a lot of places around to wait and grab a coffee or a bite. We did a trim, nails and a bath.The service was incredibly fast and when we got back my dog was just having fun with the staff. She looked amazing and Ive never seen her in such a good mood after a bath. I highly recommend this place, really could not be happier

Yopets just doesn’t miss!!! My dog finally was able to get the first official groom after several puppy grooms having a rescue dog with severe anxiety and traumatized from loud noises this grooming salon has become a safe haven for Kai who runs to Yopets happy to see his groomer .I first found them when I saw the rescue I adopted my dog from posted them knowing they help various rescue dogs made me feel at ease knowing they knew exactly how to work with dogs of all temperaments. Kai has gained a groomer for life and I leave my dog here knowing that the experience will be nothing short of great the starting grooms were hard for my dog but they made it work and the improvement is beyond amazing. Today kai left feeling good and looking great Thank-you for all you guys do.P.S loving the thanksgiving bandanas!!

I had ankle surgery earlier this year and live in a building with no elevator plus no help so getting out was REALLY HARD. My dog really needed to get groomed and then I remembered that Paul, which I had met at a dog run a while back had opened a shop. I managed to get out one day and hobbled over there on crutches with my dog (small/med). I hoped that Paul would do me a favor and groom my dog without an appointment after explaining my situation.WRONG! I was turned away and told to make an appointment.I cant tell you how their service is but I can say is that do not count on them to go out of their way at all. NOT PROFESSIONAL or compassionate.GO ELSEWHERE like I did> Response to response from ownerAs you said, even IF we wanted to help so you admit you didnt care to. Then you go on trying to deflect by turning it on me by saying my dog didnt have his vaccines. My dog HAS his vaccines and youd know if you even had considered being compassionate in trying to help me out. You continue to deflect by saying that I should have had the foresight to call. Im alone, 4th floor walk-up, just had surgery, and getting out was almost impossible for me at the time. Under normal circumstances of course I make appointments. You are the one that failed in helping someone in desperate need. Own that.

Yopets did such a great job with my Asher. Asher was anxious at first but they took such good care. Great trim, and they used non-allergenic shampoo to meet his special skin needs. Will definitely be back!

🥰 When Sparky got home he looked sooo happy and he smelled so good! Wagging his tail, shiny coat, a cute bandana! Everything just perfect.👍Teeth, nails, ears, butt 😂 John is now his one only groomer. Sparky just loves him and John is really good at what he does! I finally found a place where I know Ill be happy taking my baby for a bath and some pampering! Picking Sparky up and dropping him off was super convenient for me today so thank you very much for doing that John, that was awesome.👌A lot of places dont offer that service. Oh! We were looking for new groomer and we found Yopets which was super close to our apt. Everyone is super friendly and gave us great service. We will continue to have a reoccurring appointment every 2 months.

They did such a great job it was his first time getting groomed but they made me feel safe on leaving him there and on our way out we got a bag full of toys which he really loved :) and as you can see he’s very happy after leaving

Stay away!!! tried to schedule appointment for my dog pinky and was told by guy working here that he doesnt require vaccines!!!! said only rabies is important yikes do your research people who knows what other illegal stuff they do!!!!!!!!!!

Yopets knows how to treat dogs. They are always patient with my old boy since he hates being groomed and having his nails cut.

Brought my dog here for a groom/nail trim and they did a great job! My dog hates getting his nails trimmed but they were able to get it done. I always get nervous leaving him at the groomers but they were quick and called me about 20 mins before they were finished to come pick him up. The staff are all kind and you can tell they love dogs - especially Julie who is super sweet!Thank you again and looking forward to coming back!

Paul was amazing with my baby boy Astro! His haircut and the time spent on him & the services were amazing and so thorough. Julie was very lovely with introducing our 6 month old Astro to the grooming process. Paul handled Astro with care and made him feel very comfortable with his first groom. It’s a lovely local pet grooming salon, and I definitely recommend stopping by for a consultation.

While the staff at the pet store were friendly and nice, I found the groomers expertise lacking when it came to certain pets. Despite showing them a picture and explaining in detail how much fur to trim on my Pomeranian to prevent overheating, the result didnt meet expectations. The cut looked acceptable under the stores lighting, but upon closer inspection at home, it was clear they had taken off more than necessary. My dad, who usually handles the grooming appointments, was quite upset about both the quality of the cut and the price they charge. Normally, he pays between $80-88 for a full grooming session, but they charged $160 for our Pom. I went to this store because of good rating but now reading most of the comment, it seems like it is due to the friendly service.
