Horrible groomers, you tell them to do one thing they do what ever they feel like. Took my dog here will never again. One of the times I took him there, he was there for 5hrs waiting to be cut and then it was horrible.

Horrible groomers…I bring my dog for a scheduled appt. I get there and because he had a small patch of hair that was matted they told me they could not groom him. Do not use the groomers at this site.

My experience who was not good just wasting my money

Should really be a zero!! Customer service is at an all time 0.Asked a girl for help, she gave me a half answer & turned her attention to a white customer instead!!! WOW!!!Will not be coming back here!!

Take forever to respond a call, call 7 times and nothing.And my dog had an appointment at 10am and until 4pm was there without a call and I know they don’t give food or water every time.Worst petco

Manager didnt want to match price that was posted on merchandise. Manager very rude. So I returned dog food. Never before this happened to me. It was my favorite store.
