We have been customers of this establishment for over a year, and I can sincerely express my satisfaction with the quality of work and dedication demonstrated by this shop. Our dog can occasionally present challenges, as he is not trained and requires the use of a diaper. However, the staff has excelled in managing issues such as stains and knots, while also keeping us informed about any pertinent details that we may miss. Additionally, Camilo has developed a significant level of comfort with both the staff and the environment while being here.

I have been taking Otto to Richard and Alex for almost a year now and they are amazing with him. Otto is a rescue and has bad seperation anxiety so I don’t trust him with just anyone! He always looks so adorable when he leaves and he even gives them kisses! I’m so glad I found them, it’s such an enjoyable experience, they really do put the animals first and it shows by the work but also because I was referred by someone who uses them and I have referred people to them who I know have also referred. You know it’s a great place when the animals love it as do the people! I cannot recommend them enough!

I wanted to wait before I reviewed this place to make sure my experience was consistent. I have been taking my Cavapoo August here for over a year and I have to say since the first day Richard has delivered on his grooming and expertise. He is a spunky, lively person who enjoys chatting with his customers and telling jokes all the time. Every grooming is an experience here! I have a Cavapoo and if you do too you know they have a very specific styling of their hair and not everyone knows what to do with it, Richard does thankfully! Above all, my pup loves going here and will climb over the gate to get pets from him. I know my pup is happy and well taken care of when I leave him. Truly a fabulous service and a caring experience. Ive recommended him to my friends and family, so much so that my best friend has been bringing her Labradoodle here as well all the way from the city and yes it is worth it. If you want someone that will take their time, dedication, and pour their love into your pup this is where you need to bring them.

The grooming services with my fur baby here is exceptional. From the moment we walk in, we are greeted with warm smiles, jokes and a friendly atmosphere. Richard and Alex truly goes above and beyond to ensure both me and my fur baby feel comfortable and cared for. Richard is incredibly skilled and patient and makes my ShihTzu look great and feel calm and happy throughout the entire process. Not only does Richard provide top-notch grooming services, but he offers valuable advice on maintaining my dogs coat and overall health without even asking. Its clear that they genuinely care about the well-being of the pets in their care. I highly recommend Richard to any pet owner looking for a grooming service that treats their customers and their dogs with great care.

The best pet grooming salon i have taken my dog to. Richard and his son Alex are very professional and caring towards my dog. They make him feel comfortable with his surroundings before they start the grooming process, and that makes me good because I know that they will take good care of him. They are very patient and considerate when it comes to handling animals. I enjoy bringing my dog here because they take their time to make sure everything goes well. Unlike other places that put a lot of dogs in a play pin or in cages and leave them in there all day until its their turn to get groomed, Richard and Alex work as a team to get your dog in and out without stressing or causing any discomfort to them. I used to take my dog to other places till I found Professional Pet Grooming Salon, and Ill never take him anywhere else but here. If you want your dog to look good and be treated well, this is the place go. Richard and Alex are the best in the business.

Amazing ! I love Richard and Alex ! They are both amazing so patient and caring, I’ve been to other locations that have definitely traumatized my dog, after going to Richard i would never go anywhere else again. He was so patient with my puppy and helped me train her to be comfortable being groomed. He took his time and didn’t stress her out. He’s just amazing and the most thoughtful human I know ! 10 out of 10 recommend !

Richard is absolutely incredible! We have had nothing but amazing experiences ever since we started to bring our dog here. He is patient, kind, hilarious and is extremely gentle & understanding with every single pet that I have seen him work with! He has exceptional costumer service and even discounted one of our grooming sessions to about $20 one time! Our dog loves him! He does an incredible job on him every single time.

In order to be a professional groomer, you first have to actually love animals and have compassion for them. Id rather give zero stars.The owner is rude and completely disregards the animals rights and needs.He plays Loud music for the dogs to be scared, he yells at them and doesnt give water breaks. Hes an aggressive individual. At first he fools the client into thinking hes good and trustworthy. After the second appointment, he shows his true colors. Very rude and unprofessional human being. His pricing is sporadic, he charges what he feels like and kicks people out in a rude nasty way. This guy is looking for problems. The worst person Ive come across.GO TO DOGMA NYC FOR REAL PROFESSIONAL GROOMING!P.s dont even think about deleting this review because you know its a fact!

Since finding Rich at professional griomers I have not gone anywhere else. Hes a master at his craft, and my dog loves him. Im sure yours will too. Prices are reasonable and bettet than most ive seen in the market. I wont use any one else for Miles....EVER

I have had Cairn Terriers for years and this guy does the best grooming job.I highly recommend him.
