I truly love and appreciate EVERYONE at CAC. They treat my cat as their own. Cordelia has a few issues and I bring her there a few times a week. They are so understanding. My cat can be a bit of a handful and we are always welcomed. I would not have Cordy go anywhere else!
Amazing, attentive and answer al question as possible for my new puppy oreo. The plan they offer is a little pricey but it covers everything you need, shots, spade and exams .
Very satisfied! Everyone was professional, empathetic and reliable! The vet spent a significant time with me and my cat Charlie, asked appropriate questions, gave me thorough rationale for differential diagnosis. I felt heard and appointed his time and attention!
Great overall experience, office is very clean. My dog was so comfortable in this environment and staff made her feel at home. They were very thorough in checking her, ruling everything out. Prices are not too bad. They also offer pet insurance very affordable, definitely recommend this place. They show love to each pet that is in their care.
Nice clinic. For the most part the staff was nice. I was turned off by one of the members but it’s whatever. For the most part everything was ok. Why the 1 star rating you ask? The Care Plan I’m on is a scam! Why am I paying $115 dollars a month for a year of hypothetical services for a perfectly healthy puppy who is now up to date on all of his vacations?! My last visit with was in April and I paid the clinic for May and June without having even been in the office. And I will continue to do so until February of next year! I had a medical emergency on Monday. I call in for help and the clinic told me to find an urgent care. So…..what am I paying $115 a month for again? Make it make sense!!Any good experience I had at this clinic is negated by the fact that they would even offer such a disrespectful plan to pet parents KNOWING that it makes no sense!!You are basically robing me of my hard earned money and have been gaslighting me about it from day 1. I called the hospital manager and nothing. There was a note he was supposed to follow up and he didn’t. I follow up and he’s conveniently not there. They have me playing musical chairs with phone calls between the hospital and the Care Club Support hotline and not one person can tell me why I have to pay this money for the rest of the year with not having to come in for any reasons. You all should be ashamed!!!! 😡
My dog escaped, while I was at the pool with my granddaughters. When I got home they were closed. But I went on there Facebook page and sure enough my dogs picture was posted. Help find his family people shared and I was able to be at peace that night until I could pick him up in the morning. Sabache and I had a happy ending.Thank you
I had the best experience here. After struggling to get care for my dog at the ER, County Animal Clinic managed to squeeze me in. Dr. Maggiolo was able to explain the what needed to be done, and was also able to give a price estimate. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you!
Good place to take your pet. Has enough staff to get you a quick appointment. However, you need to watch out for fleas. My dog went for an appointment and came out with a few fleas. I feel they should check the dogs they keep in the back and clean the surrounding area. The prices are not for the faint of heart.
They are not the cheapest but what vet is? Regarding cost: I had a round of tests needed and vaccines that I needed to catch up on. I needed a thorough quote communicated so that I could decide which to do and which not to do. I was very adamant I need to know the exact cost of everything. They got all the codes prepared and gave me a number up front itemized and thats what it ended up being. I have brought my older cat Frost as well as little Leo here the last 2 years and theyve also always been professional and friendly and punctual as well. They have never strayed from any of those adjectives. I see other customers as well that always seem happy and Ive never seen any customer upset or concerned. Its none of my business but one does notice those things. Thank you all for taking such good care of my kitties!
Everyone at this place is super friendly and caring. Every time I bring my cat here the doctor is really good at asking questions as well as explaining things. I don’t feel rushed and they take their time with your animal. They are also very gentle and loving towards the pets!! Thank you VCA!
I have been bringing all my pets to this location for more than 10+ years, those who are writing bad reviews because of your lack of comprehension, WE ARE still in a pandemic is beyond me! The hospital has always been caring with my pets as well as friends and relatives pets. I recommend them all the time.
Nice clean facility. The staff are really nice and helpful. I took my newly adopted kitten for a check up and first booster and the visit went smoothly and I didnt have to wait long at all. They even trimmed my kittens claws. I would definitely recommend this animal clinic and will be returning there in the future.
Been going to VCA over 10 plus years with my dog. Zeke is the superstar of the whole place. Thanks Zeke. He gets back to you and is patient and awesome. Dr. Kim was amazing and we miss her. Dr. Emmott has been taking over for us and is good as well. The rest of the other Staff as well are awesome as well. Front Staff works very hard and never misses a beat. I see reviews of money being spent. Unfortunately yes pets cost money and they dont have insurance like humans. Its not VCAs fault.Thank you VCA.
Very friendly staff, excellent care, have even received beautiful condolences when my pets have passed away. Dr. Maggiolo explains everything very clearly. Highly recommend. I have been taking my pets there for the past 30+ years.
Dr. Emott took such good care of my kitten. AKA “The problem child”. My kitten reopened his incision and they saw him right away and were so kind and helpful. They kept me sane because it has been a lot of drama with this fur-baby. I highly recommend them! Also, Zeke and Massimo, always so kind and so helpful. Just nice kind helpful people that care!! Great staff! Highly recommend :)
This place is horrible. They are all about the money. When I first made the appointment they gave me a coupon for a free examination. I was pleased but not fooled had a feeling there was a catch. they told me to bring a sample of my cats feces. I did. After they diagnosed her with a touch of an over active thyroid, they charged me $75 to look at her stool. Just to examine it. I thought that would have been part of the full examination. they did lab work I had to pay for that. so what was the free examination part. I guess taking her out of the carrier and putting her on the table. Needless to say they told me she didnt need the medication at the time, if her weight loss continued and her eating habits didnt change then they would. So happily she went back to the cat she used to be eating her food and weight loss stopped. so a year later my cat died this past Thursday April 9, 2015 the doctor at the Emergency Pet Room, knew right off hand what was wrong with her. and it was too late to save her. All due to that County Animal Clinic not treating her health issue. Especially in a senior cat. So I guess it was a case of neglect the problem we make more money off of treating it. So dont do it if you love your pet.
I was really impressed super friendly staff. Doctor Emott was great very transparent about costs and options. Very knowledgable, took the time to discuss follow up and provide reading material. I highly recommend as you can tell they really care about animals. I observed in the waiting room other patients coming in and you can tell they have been using this clinic for a while. That speaks volumes.
I have been taking my animals to this clinic for 5 years and have no complaints. I am very distressed to hear about the accidents with cat carriers, etc. There really is no excuse for that and that is why I am only giving 4 stars. But overall, I have really appreciated the vets at this clinic. They are compassionate, understanding, and I believe have the pets interests at heart. I have recommended this clinic to several friends who also have had positive experiences. Dr. P and Zeke... you are good guys.
First visit = Very great experience !Massimo front desk is very friendly, makes you feel welcome once you step inside. The doctor (sadly I have forgotten her name) was suuuuuppperrrr nice, very informative I did not feel not once second that it was all for the money and I can not wait to come again.Thank you so much guys!
Its conveniently located and will take walk ins but very expensive and not very nurturing or compassionate. However the the receptionist Maximus is awesome and tries so hard to help you out and accommodate your request. If he ever left I think Id go elsewhere . ..let me know your opinion if you ever try it. Id appreciate it.
Great experience and great service the staff makes you feel that they care as much as your pet as much as you do which is comforting👍
The best of veterinary medical aid may be found at VCA services at Tuckahoe Road intersection of Central Park Avenue in Yonkers.Dont forget to bring your active credit card because one doesnt regularly carry that amount of cash!
I highly recommend VCA County Animal Clinic to anyone looking for veterinary services for their pets. Our cat Milo was patient here for more than a decade until his passing earlier this month. The veterinarians, technicians, and support staff are excellent professionals who always made us feel at home and comfortable with every visit. Massimo, Zeke, and the rest of the client services team were organized, effective, and always a pleasure to deal with. We will never forget the vital support and care that they provided to our pet at the end of his life, including dealing with our panicked phone calls and frequent questions in a patient, kind, and caring manner.I specifically want to single out the amazing work of Dr. Angelo Maggiolo, who was our cats primary caregiver. His extensive knowledge and experience were on display throughout our time with him, which always made us confident in the care that we were receiving. Most importantly, he was always transparent and direct with us about options and courses of treatment and gave us all the information we needed to make informed decisions, often speaking to us late in the evening after a busy day to address our concerns.VCA County Animal Clinic is an excellent organization that you can count on to deliver top-quality care for your pets. I would not hesitate to use their services in the future should the need arise.
This is my Vet and Ive been very happy with the level of service I get here. They are part of the Veterinarian College of America (VCA) with one of the best hospitals, Animal Specialty Hospital. All working together. Its a great way to deliver care in my opinion. A few minor flaws... remind me about vaccines after Ive already gotten them, minor things off that nature.Follow up. They now, because of going out of their way to help with a certain case have more than earned 5 Stars
Honestly it is a little pricey, HOWEVER they absolutly work with you! My Dog was very ill and I was there every week and the Dr. only charged me a small fee everytime I went. The staff is amazing! They know exactly who you are and show complete love to all the animals. Sad to hear about the complaints.
3 years ago I brought my cat lLady . She saw a doctor there who diagnosed her with kidney cancer. He was cold and very unfriendly. My vet had retired then so I didn’t have a vet. I had to euthanize her and this was the worst experience because the vet made a mistake and didn’t give her the injection for her to sleep before doing the iv so I heard her screams.. and to this day that memory stayed with me. I had also asked the dc to give some meds for her to be relaxed when I had to take her to be euthanized .He did , but instead of making her relaxed it made her anxious!!! I don’t recommend this place at all!!! I was left with with a horrible memory that still bothers me and worst My Lady suffered when I did everything so she would not on her last day alive!
This animal clinic has been around for the longest time on Central Avenue and has catered to animals as best they can. I have 1st hand experience here stemming back some 40 years ago. Also, Ive had friends that have worked here and can attest to the love and care that are given to animals. Our animals are important to us. Veterinarians, animal doctors and their assistants are special people because they devote their lives to animals. No animal hospital is perfect but those animal caretakers who devote their lives to helping our helpless, loving friends, is very key to our happiness and the well being of Gods creations. With regard to your pets, always ask questions. Best wishes animal lovers.
Great service! I have had several dogs, and Ive taken them here for everything: check ups, cleanings, boarding, and more. Just brought my dog in for possible tick removal. No tick; no charge!
I swear if ever Dr office had someone like Massimo working there it would be a Blessing..my husband and I have been coming here for the last 12 years and honestly its all because of Massimo,we just had to put to sleep our baby and again Massimo was a Blessing to us , what an amazing guy!! We cant thank u enough for all ur support and understanding towards our pain, not just now but for the last 12 years!!
I have been taking my cat, Lady to this clinic for the last several years! The waiting area staff and the doctors are always so nice and welcoming!
Absolute rip-offs! We took our dog to get examined for an infection and they charged us almost $500 in fees -$285 for blood test alone! While we were asked if we want to do the blood test, the fees werent disclosed and same was done when he was given a shot of antibiotics for $80 and we were never told about getting him the pills as it would probably be cheaper option. Ive never been somewhere where prices arent discussed with clients prior to billing them!
Had I known this place was “curbside pickup” I would never have thought of being my cat for their first time visit let alone them giving me paperwork in return to me just dropping off my cat. #1 this is an animal we are talking about. Would you leave your child with a stranger at a doctors appointment and them telling you to wait for them in the car. My god who the hell are these people. They are trash acting like this is Starbucks curbside pickup!
They are legitimately thieves and will change quoted prices on you and are just there to rip you off. We brought our cat there last summer and they overcharged us for a stay and all these tests that they might not have even done. Then they performed oral surgery on the cat (which apparently was just for the money) and quoted us one price and charged us another when we arrived. We just had to put our cat down and the new vet we took him to said that he has had cancer for quite a while and it would have absolutely been seen at the previous appointments. So not only did they overcharge me, perform unnecessary surgical procedures on the cat, and either lie about doing the tests or lie about the findings...they let the poor cat live for a year in pain just so they could line their pockets. County Animal Clinic is a terrible place. It is my opinion that the doctor Sarah Gangadin is either a thief or incompetent and this place will do everything they can to just get your money with no actual care for the animal. They charged me 2600$ and didnt even diagnose something they should have found which would have saved us a lot of money and my cat a lot of pain. Save yourself the time and money.
Great vet! Took my dog to another vet who cut my dog’s nails too short which caused bleeding, when I brought her here they were very good at explainging everything, I didn’t know where the bleeding was coming from and they instantly realized it was from her nails being cut too short. Thank you for such great service!
I recently adopted a dog and wanted to get him neutered. I made an appointment with VCA for a pre-op checkup, even though I had provided paperwork that stated he was healthy and good for the procedure. The doctor examined my dog and brought him to the back room to get some blood work done before scheduling for his operation. In most cases, dont they usually do the blood work in front of you..? Anyways..during the pre-op, the doctor stated that my dog had a condition where one of his testicles was retained, but that he was still able to go on with the procedure. I made the appointment and was given a quote of $450, which was also confirmed by the vet.The day comes where I have to drop my dog off. One of the staff members brings me a run down of the procedure and tells me it would cost $562+ because of the retained testicle. I told the staff that I was given a quote of $450 and he stated that they were not able to do the procedure for that amount. He basically told me to pay up or go somewhere else. I shouldve gone somewhere else, but chose to stay, mainly because I wanted the procedure done.Im writing this review because I felt it was unprofessional of the staff to quote me a price knowing the condition of my dog and then changing the price at the last minute. VCA is in the service of saving animals and making it affordable for all.Ill know for next time to find a place that cares about a dogs well being and not so much about collecting money. What a shame, VCA.Update: manager called me the day of the procedure and apologized for the miscommunication. Refunded me the extra cost. Thank you much Elissa. You are an excellent example of superb customer service.
Great service! My cat was seen quickly and given medication for his eyes. Price was awesome spent less than I thought!! Will definetely be going again!!!!
Love this place - always on time, very pleasant, clean, odorless.Dr. Young is very gentle and patient. I have been going here for 5 years, after using a lot of other vets in the area. VCA gets a 2 thumbs up from me
Very nice and clean animal hospital. Professional staff. Dr. Maggiollo is great.
Super friendly staff and very good doctors. I always feel confident bringing our pets in, and they were so nice when we had to have our cat put to sleep.
They have no Available Emergency Appointments and the receptionist was so snotty. But my money spent I happily spend it at the vets in Manhattanwhere they take good care of your pets and dont charge you an arm and a leg.
Ive been bringing my two sister cats here for over 10 years. Dr. Maggiolo is the best!
Great service. Our boy Tommy gave us a bit of a scare but yonkers animal clinic did a great job and Tommy walked out good as new. Great Drs here.
My dog had diabetes never told me. I kept taking him cause I couldnt understand what was wrong they kept taking my money and nothing. Finally my little dog went blind took him to a specialist to operate him for his sight. The saddest day in my life they told me his diabetes was too advance torl treat and so he was put to sleep. They are horrible money hungry people and dont care about animals.
While they obviously know who is coming from their appointment list, they remember things like nicknames and its a family like atmosphere. When people like what they do and truly care about your aniimals it shows.
Very helpful and supportive. Million thanks to the most respectful and professional staff.
This place is really unprofessional and very rush rush kinda of service!!! I don’t recommend to take your beautiful fur babies into this establishment because they really don’t care about anything at all
They were so caring to Cheese. Very honest and not money hungry. They trimmed his nails for free. Recommend this place without a doubt!
Excellent experience. The whole staff was very nice and helpful. They really care about the animals.
They treated my baby excellent love this place
This clinic is good for my sons cat. But Ill stay with Amory Dog and Cat clinic. They are the best and their prices are affordable for me.
Amazing staff great vet techs and the doctors actually spend time with you. We love Dr Emmot
I will never take my boys anywhere else. They are kind, knowledgeable, and always do whats best for your pet and your financial situation.
They are really kind and took care of my pet amazingly. They became my permenant vet after going to multiple others trying to find the right one.
The vets are some of the most compassionate and sincere animal doctors I have ever met. They were our family vet for both our dogs.
Very punctual. Very attentive staff. I can tell they take care of my pet with love and care.
This place is the best. I love the way they treat my pets. From doctors to technicians to front desk!!!
Quick service with an appointment. Bring quarters for the meters. There are treats for the animals while waiting. There was service with a smile. And the staff was friendly.
Took my puppy Shiba inu there for the first time for a check up/vaccine & they loved my puppy and were very respectful and kind.
The doctors and staff are great and you can tell are in the Vet. field because of their love for animals. My beagle named Jax is one of there regulars and he is treated like a prince. it can be pricey (but what Vet isnt) I highly recommend this place
Expensive but affective. Nice staff.
I visited this location with my kitten several months ago and was pleased with the service. They worked with me with the price.
Great team!! Best care my pets have received ever.
Very pet friendly, my cane corso was very comfortable as well as myself. Friendly knowledgeable staff *****
Loved the vet. She was sweet and helpful. Very kind staff
You never WANT to take your pet to the vet. But they are always professional and kind.
Quick and easy to make appointment, friendly and attentive staff, quality and affordable care. Glad I found them!
I took my boy here when he fell down the stairs. I was probably more distraught than he was lol but the staff here helped us tremendously.
Ive been here a couple of times for my cat. Shes an actual scaredy cat & its not easy getting her to travel. My first experience was SO BAD bc the vet was rude/angry/frustrated. I avoided the place entirely. 2nd guy was ok, in & out. No bad vibe, professional. Helped her with her issue & thats the main thing. My most recent visit was with Dr. Ken Nicholson & he was so far the best & the only one I want to see from now on. He was thorough, gentle, informative and actually cared about the little nugget. His assistant was also very gentle and considerate with her.
I love how well maintained and attentive the staff and providers are just wish it wasnt soo pricey
Have taken my dogs here for 30 years. Massimo at the front desk is terrific
The stuff is great. I only wish they found out something for the money i paid for
Wonderful caring Doctors and staff. Highly recommend for your dog.
Only place Id take my pet in Westchester. Doc mag is the best.
Ive been taking my dog to VCA since he was a puppy, hes 5. Some vets were ok, one was great, and there is one vet in particular that should consider not working at that particular office. The best experience I had is with the vet that diagnosed my dogs arthritis. I Informed other vets of my dogs symptoms 2yrs prior . I visit the clinic, only when necessary,1x-2x a year, not one vet ever mentioned arthritis beforehand. Now unfortunately that vet is no longer there. When I made my most recent appointment , I canceled and took an open slot for the following day. When he opened the door. I realized I had chosen the vet with the most negative energy and demeanor. When you hear someone sigh in frustration, and have a look of disappointment, as if he is angered by the appointment, it makes you not ever want to come back.Im not sure where I should take my dog next , but I think today will be the last day he visits the clinic.I gave 2 stars because I have had positive experiences with some vets, and the front desk is usually pleasant.
They took great care of my fur baby in his time of need
I wouldn’t recommend this place at all they don’t care about your pet health, they just want your money and one of the vets is very rude.
Even with current restrictions, they were kind and efficient. Theyre also terrific vets!
I am a client for years always loved those vets
Always friendly and great medical care.
Everytime there is something wrong with your animal they send you to the emergency room on executive Blvd and they cost so much its unbelievable i think they get a kick back from them
Service is phenomenal! Couldnt have chosen a better service for our cat, Bagol.
RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE WHEN COMPARED WITH OTHER VETERINARIAN PRACTICES!! Find a different provider.
Good Peeple that care for your pet.
They charge extremely high prices. And dont do shots, nail clipping or blood tests in front of you!
Great vet care, very easy to make appointments and great staff!
Love this place. Staff is super friendly and is always able to help us.
Friendly staff and a better experience than that crazy expensive emergency place in the corporate park
Took great care of my pet. Did not wait long to see vet.
I see many people go there not bad everyone seems happy
They are fast and reasonably priced. Awesome staff!
Great veterinarians, staff & techs! However a very pricey!
Always attentive, always informative, pandemic curbside works well, under the circumstances. I love this place.
Best animal doctors. My cats love them
Extremely poor management of this place plus an under qualified vet to assist with your pet issues...save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
Fast service and they do a follow up call to see how your animal is doing
They are soooooo nice there !! Dr Perkins is wonderful!!
Excellent service to our babies! They’re a bit on the pricey side but worth every penny. They’re caring and loving!
The front of house staff is nice, but I have dealt with Dr. Nicholson twice and he is rude, cold, and inconsiderate. He basically tried forcing vaccines on my dog that were not necessary (comes across as money-grabby), and was passive aggressive about him not being neutered. Not a nice person. Very expensive, wont be back.
What a great Staff they are kind and go out of the way to be helpful
Ive been taking my dog there for several years. What I like is the staff has pretty much stayed the same which makes me feel comfortable especially during covid. They have curbside drop off so knowing shes in good hands without my being in there with her takes some stress off. Shes a nervous Nelly!
I’ve been seeing Dr Angelo Mangione for over thirty five years… before he joined the staff of County Animal Clinic, he was always wonderful I can’t say enough about this man. Today I sent a friend… thought he would be seeing Dr. Mangione. He was booked with a female Dr. who didn’t introduce herself and didn’t even have a comb to check for fleas and didn’t explain anything. My friend just got the kitty a few days ago and didn’t know her history. She was of no help and was more interested in giving us a financial summary. When I was approached by Massimo… the so called manager, I expressed my displeasure. He said I was rude and walked away without trying to make the situation better. I will miss Dr. Mangione for my new kitty. I will not return. They have changed and are very uncaring.
Horrible place. Dr. Emmett is a liar and does not seem to care about animals. Stay away!!!
I take both my dogs here for their regular veterinary care, they have evening and weekend non emergency hours which is quite helpful for me as I work and cant get there usually before 5:30. The vets have always been very kind and informative. Costs are not insane and they do offer options for different prices. I never feel forced to do expensive treatments or purchase the expensive foods. The only downfall to this place would be the lack of parking, if you live in the area you know its all metered parking and finding a spot is hard some times.
The entire staff is always friendly, helpful and supportive. My dog is in good hands there. Have been going here with my dogs for the past 14 years, no problems at all.
Great first experience for my puppy.
Friendly staff and very attentive doctors.
Good ppl; great pet care!
I have four animals that have received great care! I never hesitate to bring them here!
Took care of my pet as if it was their own. Made it easy to get my pet seen and get him the medication he needed.
I trust the doctors and staff here. They are honest and treat you with respect. They treat my furbabies so well. Wont go anywhere else.
Great place, clean. Friendly staff. Massimo made our check in easy and plainless for our visit with our girl Madison.Dr. Kim was thorough and we really appreciated her taking the time to answer all our questions.
VCA Animal Hospital is absolutely wonderful to me and my 2 cats, I have been going there for quite a few years now and cannot think of a better place for you to take your 4 legged babies. Dr. Peta is our veterinarian and she has such a great personality and treats my boys like little princes, which they are! My little guy has had respiratory issues since I found him and Dr. Peta has been so vigilant on figuring out the best course of treatment for him and cares deeply when following up on his health. I am moving away next month and am truly sad I have to lose such a great place I can take my babies, they are my family and do not trust many with their care, Dr. Peta thankfully has some great vets to refer me to in my new state. So in closing, Dr. Peta and the staff at County Animal Clinic are AWESOME!!
So far me and my German Shepherd have had an excellent experience here. The staff are all kind and helpful.
Attention all pet owners DO NOT go here. Yonkers County Vet is a complete rip off and they are in it just for the money, Dr. Young lacks the true skills and care, he charges a fortune. I went here on Christmas day and he charge over 500 and could not resolve anything, and tried to send me to a different vet. He then charged around 300 for an x-ray. Nothing he did could resolve the issue.DO your self a favor; take a trip into the city to humane society or ASPCA to get the finest affordable care, where it’s way worth it!Warm regards.
Dr. Emott; will talk about what’s needed and doesn’t explain what each service costs. You only find out when you go out after he’s seen your pet that you’ll pay over 450$ . They need to explain costs. It’s called disclosure. It’s like he just tacks anything he can think of to bill you for. I paid my bill , I can afford it but it’s a matter of respect for your clients and their pets. My dog Harry has an ear infection, he prescribed antibiotics, then he puts in lab works for the ear ? What for? You already prescribed antibiotics. The lab was about 150$. I just rolled my eyes when I saw the bill. The rest of the staff was great, doctor Emott could be less condescending in his tone. I was relieved Harry got his meds. I’ll just go back to my old vet even though it may be further away. Good luck.
This was the WORST experience that Ive EVER had at an animal clinic! I took my puppy here for shots and the vet, Dr. Bradley Emott, was so rude and disrespectful! He talked down to me and over me during the entire time I spoke with him! He tried to pressure me into buying an extra plan for 1600 dollars when I already have dog insurance and told me that my insurance wouldnt cover anything that I needed. On top of that, I only asked to have all of the vaccines my dog needed to stay in a kennel and he didnt even do that right! He left out one of the most important shots, so now I have take him to another place to get the Distemper (DPP) vaccine! I would and will never visit this place again. 300 dollars for 3 shots!! Disrespected, pressured and didnt even get what I needed!! Terrible!!
My #1 place for Vet Care!
They truly care about your pets
Terrible customer service received from one of the vets! My family dog was taken here recently and the vet, Bradley Emott, treated my family poorly! My dog was taken in for shots but also received a complimentary dose of condescending demeanor from the vet. He barely let us get a word in and treated us as if we had no understanding of what was being said nor money to pay for anything. Also, he continued to pressure us about other services my dog may need and negated even considering to use our health insurance. The shots asked for were for those needed for traveling services (kennel/international requirements) however, when all was said and done, the shots given were not the ones needed! This place charged $300 for the visit and shots! This is the last time we will visit here!
Caring, professional. Exceptional service

🥹🥹🥹 I went to vaccinate my puppy and they are super hateful, two very unfriendly girls do not give information and treat you badly I just want to vaccinate my puppy, it is the closest place and I felt discriminated against, I am a trans girl and the Glbt flag caught my attention 🏳️ 🌈 what do they have, but they treated me the worst, I had years without feeling so little. How bad it is very unpleasant to see how they look at you and ignore you simply for wanting a service which will be paid for 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹
I would like to know if you have a payment plan because my cat is sick and I dont have much money, I need to know, thank you
