Trusted Mobile Dog Grooming Services - Groomit Yonkers

We had a good experience with grooming, but that was one time. The second time we were to use this company, they cancelled on us 5 minutes before the appointment for no reason. They said they wouldn’t do anything for us related to the inconvenience except “block that specific groomer.” Zero customer service. $200+ for a grooming appointment doesn’t buy you much with this company. I’d suggest you find another one.

Do not recommend! They do not communicate about the extra fees they charge. The groomer charged a $30 handling fee for my friendly golden retriever. I was told by all past groomers he is the best and easiest dog to groom. After I brought my dog into the house, i noticed a mistake on his leg. I understand mistakes happen, but nothing was communicated to me about this or what went wrong in the van. They tried to correct the issue by adding a credit to my account. Please refund me the $30 fee. Also please note they charge a fee for using credit card as a payment too.

Tried to use this service twice. Both times, the groomer canceled the appointment, but the worst thing was the second time when they canel it half an hour before.Highly not recommended!!!!
