I attended 2 classes here and I was the only person there...class lasted 10 minutes which was 3x the time to get there. Not surprised I was the only person there. They are confused about the times of the class, the day of the class. They seem knowledgable but are unorganized and impersonal....seems like a place you need to know someone because they are not very nice. Person seem uninterested in my puppy and anxious for me to leave. Then told me I was late for a class when I was 5 minutes early...confused again about the time. I hate to disparage someone, but I was poorly treated here and was a complete waste of money and time.

Great place to train your dog. Lots of agility equipment. They have ample space to give you and your dog the room necessary to practice obedience skills. Im taking my second class with trainer Rick Pisani and I cant recommend him enough. The classes are small and follow social distancing guidelines. My Golden Retriever pup Teddy enjoys it as well.

We have been going to Suffolk Obedience Training club for over a year now. We started training our pup there when he was 3.5mo old and have been keeping to the weekly schedule. We’ve had an amazing experience working with Kathy and Kit, we learned about good dog/person etiquette and manners, and it helped create a bond between everyone involved. Thank you very much for all your effort! We highly recommend this club!

I have the highest esteem in all the SOTC trainers. They provide a clear understanding of the objectives. They are highly skilled with years of experience in dog training and sports. To this day, I continue our training with them.

The cost was $180 and it was over the course of roughly 8 classes. On the first day, there were a bunch of forms and one of the forms asked what we would like to get out of the program. I specified that I wanted to learn how to get my dog to stop jumping, and how to make him stop submitting to other dogs. The assistant instructor was nice and gave decent feed back from time to time, but the lead instructor gives HORRIBLE directions and does not explain herself very well at all. They never addressed the jumping issue or the submitting issue. Its essentially a course on how to make your dog sit, stay, lay down, stay laying down. This is, again, over the corse of 8 weeks or so. If youre okay with paying $180 to teach your dog how to sit and stay, then go for it. Otherwise, this place is not for you. You will not Learn anything nor will your dog.
