Petco Grooming

Staff was super friendly and helpful when we dropped off our dog off. When we received her back she seemed ready to go home and a little fearful. When we called to speak to them about how she did they didn’t remember our dogs even though we were in a few minutes earlier.

The woman who clipped my pups nails was so gentle and kind and attentive to my nervous little dog. It definitely puts both my nerves and my pups nerves at great ease to be treated so well and taken such great care of! Thank you so much-- I wish I got her name! She is truly the best!

Great customer service! They even called to reschedule because of an impending snowstorm. This was the first grooming visit for my dog and he came out super fluffy, happy, and smelling wonderful! They did a great job on his nails too.

Jules was really great. She went above and beyond for Tonka.. he has really dry screen and she offered to do additional services to help soothe.. she was amazing. She also assisted with getting his next appointment set for up for next month for his birthday.

Danielle is fantastic. My dog is a difficult client but Danielle manages to give him the best haircuts. She is simply amazing, and extremely skilled at her job.

All the groomers are fantastic with Roxie! My dog get so excited to go see them all. She comes back beautifully groomed and the price is great for all they are doing & with such great quality.

The first time I took my dog here she looked perfect and I could tell the good work they put in, so I decided to bring her again today and I can that they just put water on her face (no shampoo or anything) because it is still dirty (and they didn’t even dry her out) I also added the shed release and they didn’t even brushed her out, there’s hair everywhere. A disaster.

My dog absolutely love going to Joanne, she loves and adores my boys like they are her own. We go just for her!

The groomer Jessica was very friendly, knowledgeable and most of all approached my dogs in a friendly way & also asked how I wanted my dogs to be groomed.and I told her how I wanted them to look and she said ok not a problem .After I picked up my dogs she asked me if I liked the way they looked and I said yes, my dogs looked great. Thanks again Jessica.

Danielle was very friendly and helpful on grooming suggestions for our yorkie. My dogs grooming was quick and nicely done. I would def go back when Danielle is available. Thanks!

Danielle is a wonderful person, and groomer!! She knows how to handle the animals with love and compassion. My cat is happy and relaxed when we get home from grooming.

Weve been customers of Petco Grooming since getting our dog, and theyve done excellent work. Now that Prince is much older, he still seems to be very comfortable with the staff!

We stopped by to see if we could get our dog’s nails clipped and they fit him right in. They did a great job. We will be back.

WE love Jules !!! Our dog Hemingway always gets so much love and attention and a perfect grooming experience. We one time to him to the Patchogue location and they hurt him cutting his nails....

So sad, been using this grooming petco for years but they shaved off his mole on his belly and he got two cuts from how rough they shaved himm. Try a different petco

I am very satisfied with the work the groomers did for my pet. He looked so well groomed and was very happy. I had a bad experience with a groomer that gave my dog his first groom and he was badly hurt from it and traumatized and i appreciate the time and patience they took to make my dog look exceptional.
