Bedford Greenwich Animal Hospital is wonderful. When I arrive and when I leave I feel like my dog is their favorite patient but in truth, most people probably leave feeling the same way. My dogs, past and present actually like going there. The staff, many who have been there for a long time, are loving, kind and always seem happy to welcome my animal children. Over the years I have had several dogs and pets, some with health issues and others who have reached the end of their lives. During these difficult times Doctors Coppola and Nappa could not have been more compassionate and supportive. They are knowledgeable, competent and loving physicians who have clearly demonstrated their expertise in the field of veterinary medicine. I would highly recommend this practice to any pet owner looking to establish a lifelong relationship with an excellent veterinarian practice.

Best vet experience ever -- felt like I was in an episode of All Creatures Great and Small. Such a caring group of people. Funny, kind and looked after our fur babies so professionally. What a relief to know our pets have Dr. Nappa and his team as their caregivers.

Our dogs have received superb care at Bedford Greenwich Animal Hospital. Whether our pet was treated for cancer or a simple itchy ear the results have been positive. Amy and Ben are tender and playful with the animals and truly make them feel comfortable. Ive moved since first using BGAH, but I willingly travel the hour it takes to get there because I know my current dog gets the best care possible.

It is a very personal office and I always feel like everyone there loves my dogs. One of our guys has to have monthly allergy shots, in addition to well visits, so we are there quite often, and we are always treated promptly.

I have been going to Bedford Greenwich since 2005 when I got a new puppy. 1 year later we got another puppy and a couple years later 2 cats. I always appreciated their personalized and thorough approach. Even during Covid they provided loving care to me and my dogs as they became old puppies. Sadly both dogs passed in the last couple years. We moved to NYC and have since gotten a new puppy. Since we no longer lived in the area I tried another vet closer to where we live. The impersonal and pushy care I received at 2 other vets had me driving back to Bedford Greenwich. I was pleased to find the same caring and personalized care. Happy to drive further any day for Bedford Greenwich.

I love the doctors and staff at Bedford Greenwich Animal Hospital. They are so kind, caring and smart when it comes to taking care of your fur babies. My little one had some trouble and both Dr. Nappa and Dr. Coppola were wonderful and diagnosed what was wrong and now under their care, she doing great!!

The entire staff is very professional, welcoming, warm, friendly and animal lovers to the max!!! My Rhodesian Ridgeback Nehla LOVED going to BGAH, she couldnt get out of the car fast enough. When my sweet Nehla passed away in 2017, the compassion, concern and love shown by everyone at BGAH is something I will never forget. They are the absolute best!!!

Super friendly and thoughtful doctors. Supportive staff. I feel our beloved golden retriever River is in great hands! Found their services to be reasonably priced and it’s easy to get an appointment. They are on time, and very responsive when we need help in a pinch. Couldn’t be happier with them and their services, including grooming!

All I had done was called requesting an appointment, and they were extremely rude. I hate when businesses are never understanding or helpful.

I have had excellent experiences with care for my two cats. They have been seen for one emergency and also for annual checkups, vaccines, and once for dental care. Always thorough, kind and gentle care— for all of us. When my cat had the emergency, (he was injured by a stray), they took such good care of him, and he bounced right back. They were so good at keeping me posted on his status while he stayed with them for monitoring, I felt comfortable and confident leaving him overnight. Wonderful team from the front desk to the Vet!

Dr. Coppola has been the primary vet for our 13 year old and 8 year year old labradors since they were puppies. She is professional, knowledgeable, caring and thorough. She has been thoughtful and an effective communicator as she has cared for our dogs over the years. We have been very satisfied with Bedford Greenwich Animal Hospital and would recommend the practice.

Dr. Coppola and Dr. Nappa actually make the vet a place where my dogs want to go! I’ve never seen my older dog actually want to be in an exam room and then not want to leave! It’s super easy to have medication refilled and picked up, I love that we can now text with the office for appointments, and I know my dogs are truly cared about. I drive by at least four other vets on my way to BGAH, but it’s worth it to drive a little more to know my pups are receiving such exceptional care.

Bedford Greenwich Animal Hospital is the only place I would take my pets. Dr. Coppola and Dr. Nappa are absolutely wonderful and very kind and caring. The staff is great. My pets love coming here and they always receive top notch care.

Bedford Greenwich Animal Hospital was highly recommended to me by our dogs trainer. While I certainly agree that the vets are truly wonderful, I’m shocked by the recent behaviour on a call with a lady named Lisa. She was incredibly rude and unaccommodating. The tone and lack of willingness to help was quite disappointing to say the least. I called 10 other vets in the area for help and they all mentioned they were surprised I couldn’t have my own vet help me out on short notice. I will not be returning here.

I cannot say enough great things about BGAH! They care for all 4 of our dogs, and the staff is incredible! From Dr Amy to Wendy at the front desk! Handling skills are top notch and I am always informed of steps and procedures. This will be our family vet for all pets to come!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Kingsboro. In pandemic times, the staff has to get your pet in the parking lot and us humans are not allowed into the building. The doctor came out and spent time explaining everything to me after examining my cat -- she was wonderful!

They always take great care of our 2 dogs concerns. They follow up, I trust their surgery and I like that they are conservative with drugs. Also they do not have too many doctors so you get consistency.

This animal hospital is by far the best in the area. Dr. Coppola and Dr. Nappa are amazing veterinarians. They always address my questions and concerns the first time around and the staff is very attentive to the care of our dogs. Not to mention the receptionists Lisa and Wendy are always so friendly when we come in. Also the grooming is excellent and my dogs feel very safe and comfortable here. The hospital was very professional and caring when I brought my puppy in to be spayed. (Initially I had tried a different/cheaper place but that place seemed disorganized and I didnt trust them to do the procedure).

We love Bedford Greenwich Animal Hospital. We moved and tried a vet local to us and decided it was well worth the drive to go back to Bedford Greenwich. Theyre great with our nervous dog, and so knowledgeable. Hands down the best vet weve used.

These people are criminals! They charge your credit card without telling you the cost. I have had multiple emails sent to them throughout the years we have been with them and now I have had enough. Watch out! They take hundreds of dollars from you and give you things you dont need without telling you the costs involved. I will not recommend unless you want a giant credit card bill. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves charging people ridiculous amounts of money especially during the pandemic.
