Terrible, I am extremely devastated seeing my dog like this after my son went there to picked up monovito around 4:00pm he didn’t realize he was like this I got home from work and I noticed he cannot open his eyes,I asked him what happened but of course they don’t pay attention to this not his fault , they took forever to take the dog outside to give it to him he called me while I was working at the airport multiple times to make the payment and until he paid they did not show him my dog , on top of that I was so disappointed not just with his cut they charged me $106 because he went there with long hair and they said a lot of knots and also it wasn’t like that but to make it easier they just cut everything at the end of the day I don’t care about this what I am very worry and concerned its about the situation of my dog, and I’m just trying to know what to do about this .. I have to go to the vet his eyes are red , I feel sorry for him and I don’t want anyone else to go there please, it’s don’t trust this place anymore happened today aug 29/24 the last 2 pics it is my dog before this.

I love this place , my toy poodle duey is well taken Care of 🙌🏻 we’ve been taking him here for 2 years and he loves it we moved to New Jersey but we always come back here when it’s time for his grooming. We had another dog and we brought it there for 8 years and honestly it’s the best . My dog love his groomer I highly recommend it 🙌🏻.

They did such a great job with my cat Patriot. Look how cute she is and they even gave her a bandana!! She never lets me put stuff on her so I’m happy she let them dothis! Definitely coming back here for her and my other cat in the future!

Walking in you get a wonderful greeting with their lovable animals hanging out. They know how to groom and know my dogs personality, which is important.. some days are longer than others waiting for him, but thats because they get busy. I would recommend taking your furbaby for a grooming. They also brush teeth.

I wasnt sure what to think after making the appointment for my cat in the last 2 days I noticed a rushy attitude from the lady over the phone and she was very more than just firm when it came to dropping my cat off and just going about my day until they call me back. I dont know how this business is here but they sound like a government worker over the phone very scary and after reading the reviews thankfully Im canceling my appointment for good theres no way my 16-year-old cat is going to sit in a cage for hours behind closed doors where I dont even have the right to observe whats going on. Cause they have a tendency to seek their owner. So what deal with it your supposed to be a professional and NEED US to make your living. I hate bad attitudes businesses

Good grooming service, but I don’t like my dog put in a cage for up to three hours. I talked to the groomer to avoid this, but she didn’t much care and was not accommodating at all. I’ve been a customer for year, but I felt my dog wasn’t appreciated.

Pet Spa’s groomers are skilled and know how to handle every dog. Additionally, Pet Spa’s prices are fair and they always service to the dog’s and customer’s needs. I always recommend Pet Spa to friends, family, neighbors, and strangers and will continue to because of their fantastic service.

Im never bringing my dog back, he came home scared and very nervous. The lady was very rude and acted as if she new what we were talking about. My pomskies haircut was done completely wrong and his nails werent done properly either. Dont come here.

I love this place it is lovely and I would recommend this place to everyone who owns a cat or dog. The pet spa owners are very friendly and their prices are very fair. It is not expensive and they have very great deals. Their service is quick and simple and all you have to do is drop off your pet and pick him or her up. I have been bringing my fur baby Milo here for over a year and I am completely thankful for their service, not only does my fur son look so handsome but he’s very happy when I pick him up. They do what I ask for and he looks just great! I love it here!!!! Def take your fur babies if you need something done right and with love 💕

This spa gave me the worst service and I was surprised ! I usually am pleased with the service but this time my dog came back not even trimmed properly. The most they did was wash her face, trimmed face, clipped nails and bows . The receptionist was extremely rude. Never again. I dont ever recommend anyone there. They got lazy asf.

Called to make an appointment and they tell me I can just walk in. And so I did at 3:10 and there like the latest we take a dog is 2pm. Then please inform your clients of this, especially when you tell them they can just walk in.Also last time I asked for them to just shave my dogs hair off, and they left all his hair disproportion, with little chunks of hair all over his body.

I brought my cat in. The main lady had an attitude. Really unprofessional. Did not want to work with your preferences. Price was decent. But never again. You don’t bring your pets to places like this.

Vets didnt even check my cat and didnt care for his comfort at all. They took my word on what I believed what was wrong with him without even checking. Sorry but Im not going back.
