The day I got into this store I felt totally in love with the puppies there, choosing the most adorable, cute and cheerful teacup chihuahua Ive ever seen. My little one came with vaccines, microchip and NYC dog license of Health Department. She’s been healthy, happy and playful since the day I bought her. The owner was extremely helpful by answering all my doubts and questions about my new little one. I could notice He and his staff are very attentive, cordial, helpful with customers and are always attentive to needs of the puppies as well. I could also see that the store is clean, neat and organized, they are constantly mopping floors and keeping everything in order by cleaning the cages and the exhibition area. I don’t have any complaint. In addition they have a large and variety stock such as healthy food, toys, beds, clothes, accessories, etc. I can highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a healthy and lovely puppie to brighten up their lives. I’m so happy and grateful since “Lola” came into my life. Thank you “Teacup Pup Corporation” !!

Cute puppies. They all look healthy and seem friendly. I never interacted with the owner personally. Hes only interested in buying customers. So dont bother talking to him unless you want to buy a puppy. The store could use a major renovation. Its not very clean

I bought 2 puppies from here. A jack Russel in 2016 and yesterday I bought a Shih Tzu poodle. Very nice owner and the dogs are healthy and great

We visited this place just once and fell in love with this dog but I can assure it’s not a very clean place. We saw other dogs that looks depressed or maybe sick. My dog smells and has feces around his fur even after being bathed. He also has an ear infection at the time. I just wished they pay more attention in they’re health care. I just don’t think being in business for years are enough to say they care for the animals.

This is definitely not a fake review. I Google to send info to a friend and seen all these reviews. I must say I did buy a dog from here in 2016, red poodle named Hershey. He got sick 3 weeks later. I took him to the vet and there were issues that caused me to put him to sleep. After speaking to the owner I was promised a similar dog was being delivered 2 weeks later. Two weeks later I was waiting outside the store before it opened and I received my new mini poodle. Today she is 6yrs old with no health issues. Bottom line, in any store that sells animals there’s no guarantee. It’s like having kids…..you just never know. Some problems don’t arise until months to years. What I loved the most was Mark, the owner, felt my fear and pain from day 1…..as promised , according to contract I was offered my money back but I preferred to get another dog. There’s no way good health can be a guarantee. Not even in humans. I do believe you must do your research. If a certain place has a history of selling sick animals continuously then your guard should be up.Must add, sometimes puppies are bought or adopted from anyplace and become sick. Don’t let this deter you from buying from this shop. I have one coworker I sent here and over the last 2 years she’s bought 2 Yorkies. She’s going out of her mind now because needs a trainer but overall she loves them and they are healthy dogs.

Please be aware when you purchase from this store! I bought a puppy from them a few months ago and she was sold and advertised to us as completely vaccinated and the only thing she would need is her booster shot at 4 months old. I just went to make her booster appt and our vet informed us that she was in fact vaccinated way too early and now we have to start them over COMPLETELY. I do not mind paying for her to be healthy, but I wanted to speak with the store manager to see if we could be accommodated considered her price that we are currently paying includes her being fully vaccinated. I called to explain to the manager, i believe his name is Benjamin, the Situation very calmly, respectfully AND UNDERSTANDING. He acknowledged and AGREED that she was vaccinated too early, but then proceeded to cut me off every time I spoke and was very defensive. He kept saying that “fully vaccinated means she wasn’t due at the time” but if he wouldve actually listened to me, he would understand that we were informed that she actually was due for all of her vaccines because none of the vaccinations she received even worked because they were done way too early (before 6 weeks. Meaning my puppy hasn’t been protected from anything the entire time we’ve had her and we’ve had no idea. I understand things happen, I just wanted to see if I could be accommodated. As soon as i asked for him to stop interrupting me so I could possibly explain correctly, he proceeded to YELL, and I’m not exaggerating, at me through the phone saying “we’re just going in circles!!! what do you want me to do maam?!?!”. It was completely unprofessional and extremely disrespectful and I don’t appreciate it considering i love my dog and every other benefit that has been provided to us by them. I would’ve been happy with just a discount on the next grooming appointment or even a small discount on just our next payment because of our increased vet bill, and that is what I was met with! Do not expect to be met with respect if you have any issues down the line, because if this is how they react to this, i can only imagine how they react if a puppy were to go home sick. I am extremely disappointed.

Best experience I’ve ever had. I’ve had many pets before but this was my first time actually walking in and picking out a pup. Mark was extremely patient with me and super honest. He insisted I hold any pup I was interested in and made me feel very much welcomed. He guided me through the application process and also gave me many complementary pup products (The good kind). In the hours I was there trying to make a decision and getting to know this one specific toy poodle, he showed much love to all the puppies, constantly cleaning them, so it was hard keeping a conversation with him in and out lol. Over all, I actually had a great time there. Just being surrounded by joy and love. The puppies there are so healthy. My pup was happy when I first laid eyes on him and he is continuously happy in his new home. Thank you Mark !

Very very shady store. They claim their dogs do not come from puppy kills, yet they ship them all the way from the Midwest states known for puppy mill breeding (also making them safe from inspection from NYC residents). Our dog had all the signs of being from a puppy mill; he came with kennel cough and had every parasite possible. It took us over a year and over a thousand dollars of vet bills to get rid of all the health issues. Its funny that they provide you with a referral to a Vet (THEIR vet). We went to their Vet who said these symptoms were normal in puppies. They are not. We went to a legitimate Vet and they said we should open up a complaint against the store as the dog was not for for sale!! They said we had the option of returning our puppy but at that point we had already fallen in love with him; there was no way we were going to leave him there again. When I took him back to the store he was terrified, I dont know what they do to their dogs. The owner will try to tell you everything is done right but I personally know 5 owners who can testify to having the same problem. Youre basically paying an inflated price to rescue a dog at this store. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN what theyre doing is not right!

I came here out of curiosity to buy a dog. If you’re not buying a dog, they treat you like complete garbage. Very disrespectful and make you feel obligated to buy a dog from them. The dogs in there look scared and i advised the store owner that the one i was interested in was scared. I told them maybe not today and I got treated like complete garbage. I have never felt so disrespected ever in my life. If you don’t plan to buy a dog, don’t come here not even to look because you will be disappointed especially on the living condition these puppies are in. Just look at the rest of the comments and tell for yourself. I will not be coming back here and give them my business. Absolutely 0 customer service. When i told him i wasn’t interested, he told me “Yeah, I thought so.”

The place smells a bit its not bad and its understandable. Its a lot of puppies and kittens. I bought a puppy who is a designer breed. He is a Maltipoo. I named him Boo. The man was very helpful with him and explained us how to take care of him and feed him. The only problem is that when we got home he was coughing a lot. The vet said he had a cold. I also noticed a puppy that was hacking and coughing a lot. I just hope that the puppies there dont have kennel cough. I though mine did although it was just a cold. I ended up paying 55 for his medication. He has gotten better though. Rate 3 stars because you can tell they try the best to take care of them. Food is great and they dont look sick. They look very active. I just wish the cages for the small pups were bigger for them. Besides that, the guy who helped us was very nice and kind. I would recommend them but say to make sure the puppy isnt coughing or anything.

The good reviews on here are definitely fake. ive been meaning to leave a review for awhile now. our puppy came home with my sister and almost died four days later. we believe we purchased a sick puppy who came from a mill. store wasnt clean either. this shop is abusive to animals keeping all sick dogs together on top of each other in filthy conditions. DO. BETTER.

Just stopping by to say thank you to this store for the best doggy ever! We purchased our teddy bear ( Oliver ) there 5 years ago and are extremely happy with him. To this day we have had no problems at all. He is healthy, energetic and soooooo loving. Could not have asked for a better experience. We have moved to Florida with him or we would definitely be back for another. Thank you all so very much.

My dog is not from here but I bring him in for grooming with Uncle Harry. My Jack has been coming here for a few years and Uncle Harry always gives him a good cut, hes quick, hes friendly and hes never had an accidental cut (which ive heard of happening in other places). Im more for rescuing and adopting but the puppies here are cute. If the puppies were maintained cleaner, the place a little more spruced up and offered some healthy dog food and treats for purchase i think people would appreciate it more.

I purchased my dog here 2 years ago. My dog has been sick from the moment we brought him home. We knew this but wanted to give him the proper health care and love the moment we saw him. He was sold at a discount most likely because he was a reject and getting too old at the store.Most of the dogs here are sick. Even if not visible they will be because they are a teacups. The way teacups are breeded is awful. I was young, naive and stupid at the time but please do not support a business that encourages sales of puppy mill breeded teacups. These dogs will suffer without the proper care they need. They cost alot of money in health care.The amount of money I have spent thus far on my puppy purchased from this store will blow your mind. Just this year alone, we will be spending almost $16,000.00 on his prescription food, surgery for shunt, post operative care and other emergency visits to the vet.Please think carefully before you purchase a dog. They are not just cute cuddly pals. They will be your baby. Babies cost money.Besides the sick dogs, the people who work at the store was very kind so I will give a star for that.

Loved my first dog so much that I came back and got a second one 😂 Hard adjustment at first but now they’re buddies :’)I bought my baby here in January 2021. Mark was really nice and patient with me and my bf. (Rocket) has brought so much love and happiness into our lives. He is a happy little guy and is very VERY affectionate lol Very in love with my handsome pup!

In my honest opinion, I think this place is great. I got my shar-pei from here. She was perfectly healthy besides an ear infection and her entropian eyes which she needs surgery to fix, which isnt really surprising as that is common in the breed. My vet didnt take her shots because it wasnt signed by a vet but besides that, she was perfectly healthy. She did stay the size that we were told she was gonna stay. I think think this place is great. I named her hazel. Shes quiet and very friendly. She breathes perfectly and is doing amazing.The dogs in the cages can use more space and the place can upgrade to be better but the puppies look healthy in general besides one or two puppies coughing, which is inevitable. Its understandable that coughing will always be there in caged areas. So besides that, its great.

Unfortunately when I brought my puppy home... he became ill, kennel cough, respiratory issues and a ulcer in his left eye , which Was taken care of ASAP! I didn’t get a reasonable deal at Teacup Pup Corp. Expensive is an understatement considering it was unbeknownst to me about all the health issues. Tons $$$ in medical bills, at this point I fell in love with my furry child. So I didn’t bother raising a stink. Fast forward years later, he still has a little health issue and his eye sight is not the greatest , makes me sad , but it’s my child I’ll go to the moon and back for him. The owner should be clear with disclosing the health of the puppies.

Dave is awesome! He always gives my little fur ball the best grooming. I have gone there 4 times so far, and I have been very happy with the service thus far.

Went to this place today out of curiosity, it broke my heart the condition these puppies were in. The cages were filthy, old, rusty, and cluttered. One puppy was so scared he ran to the back of the cage. Only makes me wonder what do they do to these poor creatures and where do they get them from. Someone should have them investigated. The place also wreaked. 15 years of business means absolutely nothing when there’s no decency for the animals inside the establishment. Disgusting.

Utterly phenomenal service. They microchip, neuter, register, groom, including future vet visit discounts and anything you can think of for your pup. Experienced workers and owner help to no no end . Couldnt have asked for a better experience getting a new member to our family.

Have a 10 year old chihuahua from there and a almost 2 year old Siamese cat. Great service and great addition to our family. We have always come back in to visit and they have always been very friendly to us and our pup. We want another one but we have to many pets, thank you Mark for a decade of love with our pets.

My mother Just got the cutest puppy from here. He came neutered, microchiped, dewormed, and had his first set of vaccines. They also gave us a good amount of food as well as some toys for him. Which was great! We brought him home and noticed that he was a little sneezy and coughing. We thought made it was a reaction to the new environment. But to make sure we took him to the vet two days later of getting him. to find out he has kennel cough. I know that it isn’t a serious condition but It’s kinda upsetting to pay a good chunk of change and the puppy not be perfectly healthy.Update he was misdiagnosed and has pneumonia.It’s better to adopt.

I bought my dog (who aside from his extensive medical problems is amazing) there in 2010 with the owners promise that he was from a reputable breeder. He was actually from one of the largest puppy mills in Nebraska. He came home with kennel cough, which went away with a vet visit and some medication. Then at around 4-5 months old I noticed that he had difficulty walking. He limped all the time sometimes yelping in pain, he didnt want to run or play because the pain was too great. I took him to a few orthopedic specialty vets, for opinions. The vets all said he was an orthopedic mess. My dog had congenital genetic defects in his legs- a product of being a puppy mill puppy. He needed a surgery that cost upwards of 10k to fix his legs otherwise he eventually wouldnt be able to walk at all. I went back to the store and told the owner all this. When I asked him why he lied to me about my dog being from a breeder when he was really from a puppy mill he went on and on about how his father had diabetes and he needed to stay in business. He gave me my money back for the initial purchase price of the dog but didnt offer to pay for any of the surgery. He suggested I got to his vet who if you look up the reviews the guy has killed more animals than helped them.In short I paid for the surgery myself, I love my dog and I would never give him back or just put him down. If I had the extra cash at the time I would have sued but I chose to pay for the surgery for my dog instead. A month ago my dog needed another major surgery for IVDD after a herniated disc caused paralysis in his hind end. This surgery was upwards of 8k, The surgeon said that once again his genetic and congenital defects were the cause of the IVDD. At four years old my dog cannot run and jump like other dogs but he is walking again thanks to neurosurgery and extensive Physical Therapy. He has an amazing personality and is a fighter. All of his health issues are due to being a puppy mill puppy. Buyer Beware! No reputable breeder would sell their dogs to a petshop! You are directly funding puppy mills.

We fell in love with a puppy and decided to get him. The guy at the place said he had all his vaccines and was healthy. The only problem with the puppy would be that he just had a little cut from another dog biting him. during the first few days we noticed he had diaherra, kept throwing up, and kept biting himself. When we took him to a vet the vet told us that he in fact DID NOT have all his vaccinations and that his diaherra and throwing up could be the result of a disease he may have. He also had ring worm. We love the puppy so much and I cant believe that the man at this shop lied about so many things. Do NOT trust this place.

As soon as my mom and i walked in the store we were hit with a stench so strong my mom wanted 2 leave. We saw prices 800 dollars and up. The puppies looked sad but there was one puppy all black who looke so cute. Yorkie. He was so small. And cute. 2 stars

I asked about the puppies parents of the puppies and he told me they are perfect condition( HE DIDNT SHOW ANY PROOF OF IT). I asked him about if he has a picture or video that show the conditiones of the puppies were in ( HE DIDNT).we buy a puppie we have the right to know of the condtions of their mom puppies. he said we have more15 years doing this,but he forgot mención that they have many reviews about unhealthy puppies and some die.He only care about the money!

This place is a sham. I fell in love with a mixed breed designer puppy who was in such bad condition in the store ( has poop all over him and they wouldnt even clean him when I told them). they lied about his age, when I got paperwork he was actually older than they said he was. too late, I wanted him anyway- even if it was just to rescue him from these disgusting people. right now he has diabetes which is a lifelong problem and expensive to boot- but he is my baby. I wish they would just shut down this store and have these horrible people pay back the customers they have duped .NO STARS

If It was possible to give this place -5 stars I would. Very unprofessional staff, very unfriendly, very rude and unhelpful. We came with a legitimate purpose of getting a puppy. The girl was too busy with her phone to answer questions or aide in anyway shape or from. If I were you please dont waste your time or effort of stepping foot in this place. I am really sorry I did. There are many other places where your money and time will be valued and this establishment should no longer be in business.

We just bought a dog yesterday, and she is the happiest and calmest little dog ever. She never barks or bites, and she is very healthy. we got a teacup yorkie and she is the best dog anyone can ask for

The dogs in this store are very dirty and the cages are beyond old. The dogs don’t even have beds to sleep on, they have newspaper. The dogs just seem so depressed, it hurts my heart. Even tho they’re animals, they should never be treated like this. ASPCA needs to be called on this store because this is just sad .

Bought my english bulldog from here 2 years ago. Yes the places looks alittle run down but my puppy has been a blessing with little issues that bullies are known to have. Im actually looking to a friend for Barricade so im going to stop by again to see if they have another bully.

Puppies stuck in small cages. They look sick and sad. Dont support people who treat animals like this. Theyre cute but imagine living everyday in a small change with ur nose sticking out just to have some space. Terrible.

This place tries to sell sick animals for extreme profits. How can you charge thousands of dollars for an albino animal, when they are horribly bred and have tremendous health issues?

My cousin bought a teacup Yorkie a year ago from the teacup pup pet store and she gave him to me!!! Max is soooo healthy and very energetic!! Thank u sooo much teacup pups for a healthy teacup Yorkie :)) we will be visiting ur store to say hiii and so u can see little max all grown up hehehehe

I read some of the reviews by others on here and I most say at first place seems to be very unapproachable however without reading any reviews I just walked in to the store and I saw great puppies the guy personal were very informative helpful I love the beagle pug I got from there

I came to buy dog three minutes into my visit the salesperson demanded me and my children to get out. I continued to look at the dogs and the she yelled to get out because she’s doesn’t get paid to stay late. She was more worried about finding her phone than attending the costumers. Bad service would not recommend this place to anyone

Horrible store! everytime i pass by the puppies are dirt, smell horrible, they dont treat the puppies properly, its hot inside but dont care about the puppies, smell to pee.IF IS LIKE OUTSIDE TO THE PUBLIC I DONT WANNA IMAGINE INSIDE!! HORRIBLE!

I got my sweet 3 month old french bulldog from here 2 weeks ago. Mark is great! He is the nicest and has the patience of an angel! He answered all of our questions, made us feel comfortable and took care of us! Hoping to add more pups to my family and will definitely go to him again for another puppy! All the dogs there look happy and healthy! Thank you!

Every time I walk by and look at the puppies in the window I’m tempted to buy one. But at the same time these dogs look dirty. The inside of the store doesn’t smell any better. Yes they poop and pee that’s why their cages should constantly be cleaned. On a few occasions I went in to see the dogs they had inside and in the corners of the cage on the wall were roaches. Some dead and some alive. I have no reason to lie about that either. How this establishment has been able to continue running its business is beyond me because it needs a lot of work.

The most horrible store I have ever been to. I took my baby puppy for grooming and not only did I get him back 4 hours later but he was so scared and tearing. He did not eat for 2 days including that night and looked so drowsy. I got so scared that I had to take him to the doctor and pay more money out of pocket. No customer service and no comfort at all.Would not recommend this place at all.

I have never had a problem with their grooming services. My dog is a pain, the first few times my dog was just a puppy so he was very difficult and the groomers was so understanding. Now that my dog is older hes a true character and he no longer is a pain. Its just the barking when I leave him. Other than this, the groomers hasnt made a mistake in my pups hair cut.

The smell is a bit too strong in the store, it does not bother me, but each time we walk in the store, my family want to leave quickly. I understand it is a store for animals, but it would do you some good to maybe have an air freshener. Sadly, they do not have a lot of animals to choose from than I thought they did. They have super cute cats, but there is one cat near the door they sometimes have who looks very upset, depressed, angry, and I am a bit worried about that. They have adorable kittens which I am dying to get, but the prices they have on their animals are a bit high. Staff was kind, had no problems with them.

The man who works at this place hates the dogs and this place absolutely supports puppy mills. They have no passion for caring for these young, dependent animals and I really hope this business gets shut down. I felt horrible when I left.
