I took my two King Charles Cavaliers in for grooming today. Camille at the front desk, the groomers and owner Margaret exceeds all expectations. I’ve taken them here before but to the location on Austin Street. This time I took them to their other location on 71st in Forest Hills, Just across from Shake shack.Both locations are absolutely immaculate and professionally run. They care for your dog as if they’re family. Such kind, attentive and professional attention is given.Highly recommended!!!!!

I’ve been taking my Cavalier to Hayley’s since they opened! I have yet to be unsatisfied. Margret is super accommodating, and always make sure to confirm how I want her groomed.we’ve even moved out of the neighborhood and still bring her in.

The best! Dog leave happy and owner just as much! Michelle and Jessica are fantastic groomers. Margaret’s business is a local gem.

They should state they do not deal with matted hair issues!Took my little one to get groomed and there reaction was exaggerated claiming she also had other skin issues when she didnt!If youre dealing with matted hair issues look elsewhere!

I love Hayley’s. We’ve had a few not so great experiences at other places. So much so that I was grooming my dog myself for a long time. After finding Hayley’s I’ll never go back to grooming myself. The groomers are incredible and the front desk staff make me feel like my dog is their number one priority despite juggling a bunch of other tasks. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Love this spot! They take such good care of my pup and he always comes back so clean and smelling delicious. Only thing to note is that the staff acts a lot friendlier when the owners are around as opposed to when they are not!

I took my pup Pacer to Hayley’s second location here, having been a fan of the original spot at Ascan Avenue. The space is inviting, and Margaret and Gabby were friendly at the front door. Pacer’s grooming appointment lasted for about three hours, and I think he looks handsome after his treatment. He smells great too. Thanks to the team at Hayley’s!
