Michelle (dog groomer) is the sweetest ever. My dog Milly had serious anxiety going to our first groomer and now she runs to Michelle when we have an appointment. We are always so happy and comfortable dropping Milly off. Highly recommend Hayley’s.

The staff at Hayley’s is friendly and courteous. However, the quality of their grooming is inconsistent and this last time was beyond unsatisfactory. We have brought our pup here for grooming on multiple occasions, with varying results. While some visits were acceptable, our most recent experience was completely unacceptable.This most recent grooming session, which unfortunately was right before Christmas, resulted in an extremely poor haircut for our baby. It looks as though they just took a buzzer and went straight in across her entire face and body. The grooming was so poorly done that it has negatively affected her behavior for several days afterward. Shes appeared visibly sad and uncomfortable, often hiding from us, which we believe was due to the excessive hair removal.Additionally, we noticed several cuts along the inside of our baby’s leg from the groomer. This experience has significantly diminished our trust in their services. Everyone that’s seen our pup after the grooming session has asked us what happened to her? Why we would have done such a thing to her. People were even confused as to if it was the same pup.Given the inconsistency in quality and the traumatic outcome of our last visit, we have decided not to return to Hayley’s . The well-being and comfort of our baby are is top priorities, and we cannot risk subjecting her to such a negative experience again.

The most incredible grooming my Great Pyrenees Patches ever received. Very friendly staff added to my dogs pampered grooming experience. I would certainly recommend Hayleys Day Spa to any dog owner who cares about their pup! Thank you Margaret.

Negative stars if that’s possible.Here are the facts:1. I made a same day appt at Hayley’s Day Spa on Friday, Oct 11th at 3pm. I was told to return in 2 1/2 hours or so.2. At 5pm I get a message that my dog was ready for pick-up. I get there by 520 or so.3. I get there and my dog is acting erratically and crying totally out of character Margaret tells me that my dog was kicked on his ankle. Theresa would be no charge to take him to the vet. We rush to Bond Vet hoping they would take me because they close at 6pm or 7pm.4. Vet examines the injury I pointed out and says its the like a kid skinning their knee badly. No play, a cone and no day care for about 2 weeks could be longer5. We get home and I am feeding my pet his dinner he is still crying a lot and I see blood on his paw. (See pic). I send Margret a text (see pic)6. I have Airvet available through work I do I video call with a vet and she said to take him to a vet immediately. That sort of cut is very painful.7. We go to Bond Vet in the morning the vet shaves his paw so we can get a good view of the injury. I sent the pic the vet took to Margaret she says that’s not my dog. She asked for a pic of the entire dog. Which I sent and I walked over with the vet bills. The vet informed me that something was in the wound a powder of some sort8. I naturally was upset she wouldn’t open the store door to let me in they have a buzzer system. I received the a text from her (see pic)9. Ever wonder why you cannot watch even a second of the grooming process? Look around at all of the kids too young to be certified groomers.10. They are running a grooming school out of their business call Madison Grooming School. Are they telling customers that kids are learning and their pets are being used as teaching tools?11. She attempted to call the police on me when I told her groomer had a heavy hand and possibly hurt the dog and her knowledge. I did curse at one point because I couldn’t believe the nerve and the audacity.12. Fast forward to Monday, Oct 14th our follow-up and bandage removal. Thankfully no pus but restrictions remain and another follow up required in 3-5 days.13. I drop off the other bill now bill 3 she again didn’t answer the door.14. Two other neighborhood store owners stood 15 feet away at my request to see what happens I shared my story with them.15. Now it’s Saturday, Oct 19th for our 4th vet visit. I drop off the bill she comes out and take the bill.16. I walk back after a minute and knock again asking if the bills have been submitted to their insurance her husband Bertin steps out this time. No apologies nothing and simply says okay.17. A few hours later I get the following text message (see pic).18. I don’t want to see another pet get hurt by this unprofessional establishment.

Our first visit with our puppy Ramira at Hayley’s Day Spa was fantastic!!! Ramira is a 5 month old Berne doodle and her hair was pretty long… when we picked her up she looked so so adorable and she was very calm. Everyone at the spa is lovely, so courteous, and helpful. We were never worried and knew in our hearts that our puppy girl was in good hands. We are so happy to support a local small business in our neighborhood. Thank you so much… if you’re looking for a groomer we highly recommend Hayley’s Day Spa.

Best groomer in town! We wouldn’t dream of taking our boy Felix anywhere else for grooming. And the shampoo they use smells incredible! And they were so great working with him being as he can get a tad anxious around new people/situations. 11/10 would recommend!

They did such a beautiful job on my 5 month old puppy. He is a handful, and is pretty hyper, so the fact that they were able to accomplish the work with such detail, says it all!! He looks amazing!! Love having them right in my neighborhood, such a great team!! And we were obsessed with whatever soap or scent they used!! So good!!

The staff at Hayley’s is so friendly and kind. My Coco loves to come here for her regular grooming she gets super excited as soon as we walk through the door. They are extremely patient and understanding to your pups needs and she always comes back smelling so amazing for weeks! Prices are also great here. You will not regret it! 100% recommend.

Wow!!!! I’ve been going to so many groomers in the past 20 years. This place is really one of a kind. The staff is super nice and welcoming. Place is very clean. First time in her 4 years, my baby Lily got the perfect hairstyle because they really listen to you. I LOVE this place.

I have a 8 month old (feisty) labradoodle and Hayleys was, by far, the best grooming experience I’ve had in 13+ years of being a dog owner. I took my puppy, who had never been groomed, and they were fantastic with him (and he’s not easy). Because he was so matted they worked on him for 5 hours and brushed the matts out before cutting his hair - no shaving! I feel so fortunate this place is so close by. I had a goldendoodle for 12+ years and tried groomer after groomer and none could be compared to Hayley’s. They are the best!!! I’ll never go anywhere else for my dog - nobody should!

Maggi had her first trip to Hayley’s Day Spa today and I would highly recommend their services! Maggi was not very cooperative during the grooming process but they were still able to get everything done and handled her visit so professionally. Maggi came out looking amazing and a couple people even stopped me to compliment how great she looks on the walk home. Thank you and look forward to returning!

First time coming to Hayley’s and it was a great experience.We wanted our Cavapoo to have a low trim but not lose his fluff and the groomer Robyn did an amazing job.He’s tall was matted but they were able to style it without giving it the “rat tail” look.The store also communicated any follow up grooming questions by calling and sent a text giving a heads up that our dog would be ready in 25 minutes.Also liked how we were able to say bye when leaving because of some of the grooming tables were visible from the front desk.Would definitely go back again.

My 4yo dog Shrimp always comes back happy and looking great! I love that it is an open space so you can see exactly whats going on. We love Hayleys: great addition to FH, and Margaret is a gem.

I took my dog to Hayley’s for the first time today and couldn’t be more pleased. First of all the staff is so nice! I am a crazy dog mom and usually am nervous trying out new places but Hayley’s staff made it so nice. My dog who usually hates the groomer was happy to be there! They allowed me to email a photo over of what I wanted him to look like and they did it perfectly! I am so excited to have found a good, clean and nice dog grooming place for my pup. I highly recommend them!!!! Thank you for taking such good care of Grayson!!

Very pleased with the services we received! Our Frenchie puppy has never looked (or smelled) better. The technicians were thorough and clearly explained all aspects of the grooming process. Very well priced too. Highly recommend Hayley’s for any and all grooming needs!

Phenomenal work! Took my Shiba Inu here for the first time (and his first time ever with a professional groomer) and was sparkling clean, smelled so amazing and his coat was extra shiny! Definitely coming back. Going to book another appointment for his 8th birthday next month. Highly recommend

I took Rocky there for a grooming session for the first time and it went amazing. Rocky is a golden doodle so it did take a bit of time but he came out so happy and looking just like we wanted! We will for sure be back for his future grooming!! :)

I took my dog to get groomed. She is a husky. There were so nice and patient.They did such a good job on her.They called me as soon as she was ready. When I got there Chloe was waiting patiently in an enclosed section. Chloe doesnt like the kennel for long . But it was nice that they respected my wishes.I highly recommended.My dog is going back

A few month ago I decided to try Hayleys Day Spa for my dog. The time, effort and care that the staff at HDS put in to grooming Rosie was above and beyond. The session was took longer than originally expected, but that was because they were being gentle and thorough with an older dog. There was never a sense of rush like Ive experienced at some other places. HDS truly feels like a spa experience for my dog versus a grooming business.So happy, Im booking another appointment now.

So happy that I found Hayleys! The staff is lovely and I felt good knowing that I was leaving my fur baby in the hands of dog lovers who get it, especially with it being her first time. I returned to my excited pup flaunting her glow up, all trimmed, bathed and smelling fresh. Great grooming experience and results!

My dog acts like getting a haircut is the end of the world for her. They took their time with her and made sure I was happy with the haircut. She came back so soft and smelling delicious! Hayleys Day Spa was able to get us in within a week of us contacting them for an appointment. The spa is so clean for having dogs in it all day.

Not very professional. First they didnt call me back after I left two messages, then they didnt confirm the appt after I sent them vaccine records, then they couldnt finish my dogs hair cut even though I told them she can bit when you touch her face. Shes been going to pooches LIC for 14 years and never had a problem. I was hoping to find a closer place but will stick with Pooches as you can book online and they text confirm your appt.

I took my two King Charles Cavaliers to Hayley’s for the first time today… I’ve tried other places in the past… The grooming was absolutely exceptional. And I do not trust my dogs just anywhere… I mean, absolutely phenomenal grooming. I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer.

I bring my 141lb Newfoundland, Olive, here for her groomings & theyve been great. Grooming a Newfy is no easy task, but she always comes out smelling & looking fantastic.

As you can tell, my dog looks fabulous! There are many things I like about this grooming service!From the first interaction, I saw the professionalism and care they demonstrated. Their registration process for a new dogs was thorough and that made me feel at ease. When I first got there, I noticed that all the dogs were groomed out in the open. I also was able to see the back area where the crates were. Everyone was very friendly and patient, which is very important to me! The prices are lower than some places that Ive been to, and thats what originally drew me to this place.

They do a good job but it’s one of those places where regardless of how well groomed you keep your dog, they’ll find something to complain about. Makes for an awkward experience.

Made an appointment for a dog grooming on Friday at 2pm. Its nice that they have an online reservation system including checking in dog health records and choosing the type of grooming. Once we were there for dropoff, they confirmed everything and offered other services as needed. Later received a text that he was ready at 4 for pickup, many pounds of hair lighter. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Thank you!

It’s in a dog friendly neighborhood. Service is good. I wish they would fully bush my dog. There are still knots when I pick him up.

Wanted to ask for a quote so I knocked on the door. Not one person tried to give me a sign of waiting and instead looked at me and then looked away. EVEN THE CUSTOMER NOTICED ME! and they just ignored it.Horrible service!

I very much highlighted to clean and shave only the sanitary area of my corgi and do not shave anything else and they didn’t clean up his sanitary area at all. There were missed dirt spots still left on his belly area when I picked him up. I left a good tip since I saw they cut his behind area very nicely but later find out the one thing I needed from a professional groomer wasn’t done.
