Pampered Pooch Grooming Salon

We took our two puppies there at the last minute before Christmas and she got us in and she did a wonderful job. The dogs came home cute as a button and happy as can be.

It might be a good place but Ill never know. Mostly because nobody there knows how to pick up a phone and return phone calls so that you can make an appointment. Ive called a few times over the past 3 weeks and still not one return phone call. Ive taken my dogs elsewhere to get groomed. This place is a waste of time

After moving to the Hudson Valley from Seattle, we feared our Aussiedoodles first grooming appointment, but we are THRILLED by the cut, and they were faster and a better deal! Everyone here was courteous and a joy to work with. Our new favorite groomer EVER!

We use Pooch HQ for both grooming and boarding. They do a great job with cleaning up my pup and clipping her nails (which I can’t do). She is very comfortable going and staying there. The staff treat her like she is one of their own. Highly recommend Pooch HQ.

Kept trying to call to make an appointment, the voice mail says they are accepting new clients; left a voice mail on a Monday, waited until Friday to try and call them back. Now the voicemail is full and I can’t leave another message. Not a good way to be “accepting new clients”

The best. Simply the best . No one else could cut our dogs nails. Our dog loves being groomed now. They always do a perfect job and our dog is safe and happy too.

Kera is the best groomer around. My Booboo Just loves her. And now she has my great grand fur baby Ghost also to groom. She does a wonderful job and they always come home looking adorable and perfect.
