Lux Quality Dog Grooming

They’re amazing. My dog always comes smelling so good and not like wet dog. They take pictures of your baby and send you it. Their communication is out of this world. This is the only grooming place where he is excited to go to. In regards of the quality of the Grooming 🐶 it’s amazing.

Amazing work. My husky, Kai, doesn’t shed for months after being groomed here. I have tried a million groomers in the area and this is the only place that de-sheds him properly. They were even working with him so he gets more comfortable getting his nails trimmed. Sadly I moved out of state but when I travel back to NY Lux Quality Dog Grooming will definitely be one of my stops. Thank you to all the wonderful groomers there that have always provided the best service, you will be greatly missed by Kai and myself🙏🫶

Wish I can add pictures to this post . First of all, from the moment you walk in you smell cigarettes , HORRIBLE experience . Spare your dogs please. Took my Aussiedoodle here and they cut his paw BADLY and blamed it on my dog moving. There was blood everywhere when I got home. Then I noticed a big slash on his CHEST TOO. Blood all over my floors my poor baby I cried . They didn’t even tell me about the one on his chest which was bigger. I have no idea how this place has more than 1 star on google

Fantastic groomers! could not be more appreciative of their work, this is now going to be my go to place for getting my dog groomed.For reference I went to 2 other places prior to coming to Lux, at both the other places I got charged a lot more and did get the results I was seeking.

Robert and his staff groom my two golden retrievers ( age 4 and age 5 ). What an amazing job they do. The dogs always come home looking ( and smelling ) so good ! You can see he really loves the animals he grooms. We highly recommend Robert and his staff.

I have a mini goldendoodle and they did a great job!! As anyone w a doodle knows it can be hard to get that perfect cut but they really did exactly what i asked for! Such a friendly staff too :) definitely recommend!

I am very pleased with this place. In the past years Ive taking my Yorkie I have been extremely pleased. My Yorkie has since passed and Ive started taking my new Pup. I love the fact that they follow up with reminders via post cards, and guinely seem to care about the hygiene of their customers. A big bonus (for me) is: if you call last minute but early enough in the morning within reason they have ALWAYS accepted my Pups as walk-ins. In 5 yrs I cant ever remember them turning us away. One more bonus- this has been the only place Ive taken my dogs to where they continue to smell of fresh and clean up to 2 weeks after grooming. -Satisfied customer that will continue my loyalty to this place-

Ribertos 5 star service can only be given if the customer communicated his grooming desires. He is a Craftsman who takes great pride in his work. My advice to c customers who care about there pets sit a couple of minutes with him and dont just hand him the leash. He is a fine gentlemen. Peter Pagiakis

Could not have asked for a better grooming service than what this place has to offer. Robert and his staff are so kind and knowledgeable. None of the unnecessary frills, just great service. No wonder theyve been in business so long. My little shih tzu, Lela has been a bit of a tough groom, (Sorry Robert!) but they have always done nothing but an amazing job. Thank you guys. Cant recommend this place enough!

False advertisingThey announce them self as an experienced, professional handlers, but when I called a nasty guy answer the phone and asked me how old was my dog and if the has behavior problems, when I told him he gets a little bit stress out when he is being grooming but I will administer a prescribed tranquilizer to the dog, so, right away in a very mean way.. he told me to go somewhere else they wont take dogs with behavior problems and they pass on a dog like that. So I guess they do not have experience at all, and I do not know how they call themselves specialist in training when they can handle an stress out dog. So DO NOT waste your time even calling this nasty people, ..I asked myself .. if they tread people so nasty by phone you just imagine how they treat the poor animals … do no even want to know..Just ask that question to yourself before you bring your pooch there.. watch out for these people…

Owner and employee are always friendly. Very good with the animals. They do a nice job grooming and can usually get the pet in the day that you call. Remembers me and my pet each time.

Poor quality and not worth the price. My dog had a horrible uneven cut. He smelled funny and probably from the cheap shampoo. My dog looked like he had a smirk when I picked him up. Really???? They just rushed the grooming.

This.place is alful..they burned. My dog. I have photos, but I sent them to people who will look into this dirty,smelling.dump!.the smell.of smoking is alful!..the dogs inhal this ..and what does.his bording look like anyone know.?????Id like to close him down.,he deserves. It. Hes never called me to see how my poor little 5 pound. Maltese. Is doing. He had to go to the vets,and. The vet had to.put him on cortisone. They did my cats nails. Great job and fast. She even came back smelling delicious when I didnt have her groomed.

After waiting for a return call was brushed off & distracted by a personal issue - not a professional response - also could not accommodate a frightened rescue dog, exhibited no compassion what so ever. 3 stars is a stretch...

I always take my yorkie Christian and shih-tzu Butter there. They do a really good job and it shows.
