Joe is awesome. Our dog is 12, deaf, blind and has multiple health issues. He treated him as if he was his own. His hair cut was truely well done. After trying so many others in this area, we finally have a responsible and caring groomer. Thanks Joe

I love doggie dooz, I have been going for 9 years now. I started going because I lived around the block. Nails, and baths for my pup. She is now passed. I now live in west islip and take my new pup for the same. Keep small businesses going. Joe is has been great with both my girls.

If I could give Zero stars I totally would!! Beware of DOGGIE DOOZ In lindenhurst!!! I am beyond disgusted and upset! I took my dog for the first time to Doogie Dooz in Lindenhurst being my groomer was closed. Joey the owner cut my dog behind the ear/neck area. It’s a deep gash! He didn’t even bother to call me the second it happened. He told me he put glue on it when I picked him up at first I didn’t see that it was opened until I got home! It was deep! I immediately called my vet had to take my dog in as an emergency! They had to use surgical glue and put a cone on my dog, if this doesn’t hold he will need to be put out and get stitches. I had to pick up my dog by 4:30 being I had a 5pm dentist apt and Joey even said oh you can leave Romeo here and pick him up later. Really leave my dog there with a gash/hole in his neck!? I should have been called the moment it happened being it was so deep! WTH I will never go back there I am beyond disgusted. And I sent my husband back to get my 80$ that I spent!! Beware of this place!!!

I brought in my Golden Retriever in for a bath and he has a lot of anxiety. Joe, the owner of Doggie Dooz did a fabulous job with him! He is such a soft spoken and gentle man that I knew my boy was in great hands and he would have someone calm and patient. Brought me comfort that he wasn’t going to be in a nutty place and thrown in a crate. Joe took his time with him and he came out looking beautiful! This is the place to go for a wonderful experience and have the comfort that your pup is being taken care of in the process.

First time for my dog to be groomed,. I could not be more pleased with the patience and understanding he was given!. A great job Joey did with my fur baby!. He looks better then ever, great experience all around. Thank you !

For many years now, we have been having our “poochies” groomed at this wonderful, fun loving dog grooming parlor! Our own doggies have crossed over the Rainbow Bridge now, but our daughter brings our adorable 2 Shih Tzu GrandPuppies to stay with us and I take them there for a wonderful “SPA DAY”, and they come back looking JUST BEAUTIFUL 🐶🐶! Love the owners, JOEY and MICHELLE, and especially the wonderful, loving, grooming they do. 💖🐶🐶💝

I have been using doggy dooz for over 4 years this place is beyond amazing. The owner is a stand up guy and is very meticulous and actually loves these animals and treats them like his own. My dog Delilah absolutely loves him and loves going there when I ask her you want to go for a day of beauty she goes crazy and jumps up to kiss my face when I get there she sprints to him and is so happy to see him. We love this place and will never use another groomer he is really top notch best of the best 5 stats he never disappoints!!!

Have you ever gone a groomer and they sort of behave its just a job? Not so with Uncle Joey--it seems to be his vocation. Now I know why he gets great reviews...my furbaby and I will be back@

The best in town is right! Clean, friendly, and always asking what the customer wants. I have taken my Bella to many groomers in the past three years and Doggie Dooz is the only groomer in town that I feel comfortable with! Their open plan parlor allows you to see your beloved pet being given the royal treatment and Mitchell knows all the names:) From the start you know its more than a business this couple has a passion for what they do. Im so happy you came to Lindy!

Joe the groomer cut my dogs neck with his razor it got infected and he told me to put Neosporin on it and it would heal up. I took the dog to the vet and $104 later my dog had antibiotics and antibiotic spray because thats how infected it was. He cut my Maltese so short you wouldnt know her breed. Very unhappy with this place will never go back again. He has many negative reviews on different sites that I never even bothered to check out first impressions are wonderful when you walk in but after you deal with them youll see the difference. Im not vindictive Im being honest this is not the first time Ive been there.

Terrible! Didnt expect that. Very nice and kind woman met us in that place, so I trusted her my puppy. Im very sad about it. His husband did really bad job. I understand that my Yorkie is hyper but if its his job he must to know how to do it the best. And place really mess and smells bad. It was my first time here and 100% the last one. Not recommend to anyone. P.S. Can send pictures of my dogs haircut🙈😩😫

The groomer put a huge gash in my dog lucky. He had to go to the vet and get medication because it was infected from dirty clippers. Very unsanitary. I asked for a refund and reimbursement of the vet bill and the owner declined !!! Took this business to small claims court and won my judgement. The owner never even showed up in court !! Beware before taking your pets here. They do not do anything to remedy a situation if they mess up on a grooming. Im now going to have the sheriff get involved to collect on my judgement. If you choose to use this unsanitary place, I hope your dog dont end up how mine did. Beware !!!!!!!

The one star reviews are ridiculous. They are very nice and professional. I have 4 dogs and they all get great haircuts every two months and my pug gets a lion tail style. Very cuuyte

Awesome! I have a 145 pound Great Dane and she was treated very well, came out looking like a million bucks and very happy. Highly recommend.

Ive been to numerous groomers all doing terrible job until I found doggie dooz, nice people, nice haircuts to all 3 of my dogs. Plus the price is reasonable.

I Love Them. They treat your furry family as their own furry Family. That is so very important. They are Great and Love Your Dogs as much as you do. 💙

OMG!! HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 11:00 AM AND THEY NEVER SHOWED. THEN CALLED ME AT 12:30 TO TELL ME THEY DECIDED TO COME TO WORK LATE AND DIDNT HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER WITH THEM.. Basically, My time isnt important and they knew they had an appointment but they didnt care.

JOE IS THE BEST!! He’s so great with getting my 3 babies in when we need!!! Joe gives them the best washes and the BEST schnauzer cuts!! We absolutely love everything about doggy dooz!!! Would highly recommend to anyone !!!

Its the best groomers ever! Husband n wife team r very accommodating n lovely people! The do wonderfully w my two furbabies! Especially w my older 16 yr old who they take their time with. N my nippy 11 yr old who has health issues also! They also do my daughters dog, n when my mom had a dog they did him too! They r wonderful people! U cant go wrong!

Not deserving even one star. Took my beautiful girl to be groomed, removal a few knots but maintain her beautiful medium length hair, she has short tail but had long hair on it. Got back my girl with skin showing and a tail that has no hair on it. I was very clear the hair needed to remain long on her tail. Dog is very depressed now and Im very upset because there is nothing to help her feel better, my way to feel better is to let people know about the damage that with time will correct its self. If you choose to use them please remember to stay with your dog to supervisor grooming which is something I did not do this time.😤😭😡

Super accommodating, professional, and a true pleasure to do business with. We have 3 Lhasa Apsos that have been clients of Doggie Dooz for about three years. In fact, our male understands Joe as Uncle Joey when we have to get him into the car for his grooming appointment, and gets super excited!!!.Michelle and Joey are the best, youll never be disappointed.Update:Just thought I would add this into my review.Recently, we visited an emergency animal hospital on the south shore of Long Island. When the veterinary eye doctor examined our Shaggys for cataracts, she immediately complimented on how beautifully detailed the grooming was around his eyes and face!! Couldnt be a better compliment than coming from a veterinarian!!
