Wiggles Pet Resort

We chose Wiggles to take care of our dog during an extended Christmas vacation. It was his first time boarding anywhere and I was very nervous as to how he would do. The team was highly communicative and he had a great time. I highly recommend them. The pet care manager Kate is wonderful!

Everyone at wiggles was so kind and caring of my dog Kiko during his stay. All the staff are very helpful and friendly, and facilities look very clean. I will definitely be bringing Kiko back in the future

Wiggles is the most perfect pet training, playtime and boarding, whom not only provided the care I searched for, but truly gave my Puppy a home away from home. Wiggles is actually a pet vacay for Sheebie, she came back calm and so happy, she wanted to stay a little longer! Our experience has been top notch and I highly recommend WIGGLES PET RESORT. A place that supports all needs for doggies!!! It is a Happy place!

We brought our new pup, Lucy to wiggles for the first time today for a puppy social. She had a time of her life! She came home happy and exhausted. I definitely plan to bring her back. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Thank you for all you do in caring for Pepper! He is always so happy to stay at wiggles and in great spirits when picked up. The staff is friendly and affectionate with the dogs and Im always greeted with a smile. I never feel like I need to worry leaving pepper in wiggles care! I highly recommend them!

I wanted to share my positive experience with Wiggles Pet Resort. I have been taking my Labrador retriever there for boarding, training and grooming, and have always been impressed with the level of care and attention they provide. My dog always returns home happy and relaxed with her tail wagging. I highly recommend Wiggles to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet care facility.

Before leaving your pet here please read this:First I’d like to say the staff was very friendly and my dog (Matlock) was happy and healthy when we picked him up, which is why I’m leaving them 2 stars.Our dog can be aggressive towards other dogs. So when considering a place to leave him while going on vacation we shopped around. Wiggles said they handle dog aggressive dogs and assured us he would be by himself or only playing with people. We did a test run. Reminded them to keep him away from other dogs and it went great.Our 10 day vacation comes up. We drop him off, again, remind them not to let him around other dogs (we also gave them a paper with bold letters saying MATLOCK IS DOG AGGRESSIVE and a muzzle in case it wasn’t possible). During our vacation out of the US we are sent pictures of him playing with another dog where you can tell he is attempting to become dominant and started showing signs of aggressive play. (I will attach the email that came from a manger). So we call tell them not to do that (again) as he attacked other dogs and can be unpredictable. We show up to pick him up, talk to a different manager who is very nice but we are charged our full amount $900 for a service we did not receive. They also put another dog at risk by allowing him to play with ours.I do not wish to include names because I don’t want anyone to get in trouble as they are very nice there and they did apologize however,I just feel the potential customers should be aware of this before allowing your dog to stay here. Had I known they would have disregarded our specific instruction we would have had him stay elsewhere. We are just glad no one got hurt.

Wiggle was fabulous. From the cleanliness of the facility to the efficient operation! The extremely knowledgeable and professional staff was very much appreciated. My 5 month young rescue puppy Lunarossa had a great time at her meet and greet running around with her new friend, a Whippet named Bowie!!!We’re going to enroll her in classes and possibly overnight stays.We’ll definitely recommend you to all our pet parent friends and acquaintances!!! Wiggles is a fantastic place - staff is extra friendly and they take amazing care of the pups and they always come back happy and healthy. I have full peace of mind while away on vacation and the daily updates with photo are a great touch.

Absolutely amazing. While I was hesitant to drop off my 3.5 month old fur baby for 2 weeks for training, the photos, phone calls and videos eased my mind and I felt connected to him the entire time. Not only did he come home with better manners, he was socialized with other dogs and people. It warmed my heart to see how much fun he was having at Wiggles. I am so impressed with the results, the trainers, the staff and the facility that I have decided to put him in the day care program 3 days a week and board him there when we go on vacation. Without hesitation I would highly recommend Wiggles. A truly amazing experience.

Wiggles is the best! The staff is friendly and very professional. One of the things I appreciate about Wiggles is their willingness to resolve or work through any difficulty you may encounter during a visit. Our family got a personal call from the owner, who did everything reasonable to ensure that we were satisfied. They actually care for your pets as if its their own and they treat the pet parents like family too.After a visit to Wiggles my dog always has an extra pep in his step.I highly recommend Wiggles Pet Resort!!

Took Cannoli for his first puppy socialization class and the staff was great! Cannoli was very happy and tired when he came out. The staff even showed us him having fun and playing with another puppy! It was a great experience for both me and my dog!

We boarded our dog there and it couldn’t have been more wonderful!! The staff was amazing and so attentive to all of Cocoa’s needs. We got updates via text with pictures! There were always plenty of people there to help out with things and they paid attention to every single detail. Cocoa came back after our trip happy and healthy. I recommend wiggles to anyone looking for a doggy day care or boarding without reservation. They are AMAZING!!

Wiggles is the best for grooming! My dog hates bath time but he will let the groomers at Wiggles do their job. He always comes out looking and smelling so nice. I never have a problem getting an appointment and they are so friendly and welcoming. We will be customers of Wiggles for a long time!

I have used Wiggles several times for long-term overnight care and my two dogs come home healthy and happy. I have looked at other places but because one of my pups can be a bit difficult with other dogs, Im more comfortable with the fact they have solo rooms with amenities. I dont worry that theyll get into a scuffle with someone else and thats a big relief.

We took our 4 month old puppy for his first grooming service at Wiggles. Not only did he look absolutely adorable post groom, but we were so comfortable with how professional the staff were. They walked us through everything pre and post groom and were so sweet. We will be taking Tucker to board here in a few weeks and are looking forward to it!

Incredible staff. I have never seen my dog kiss a groomer before but I watched it happen here when I picked him up. Sandra and Emily did a simply spectacular job and my dog clearly agreed.

It is bittersweet writing this. My wife and I moved to Carmel and we were looking to find a doggy daycare that we felt 100% comfortable leaving our dog at.We tried a few places in the area and he enjoyed them, but he would come out dehydrated. They were also overcrowded as they do not take appointments; it was just a free for all.We then came across Wiggles. They were everything that we were looking for. Our dog Ruger has so much fun there! He plays all day and comes out exhausted, but not dehydrated. They take appointments so there isnt an over abundance of dogs on a given day. My dog had a behavioral issue with jumping. Apparently our 90 pound coonhound thinks hes a wild cat. At Wiggles they addressed it with us, and we appreciate that they worked with us on it the best we all could.On Halloween they dressed him up as a sloth and on his last day they took a picture with a nice message that theyd miss him. We truly felt they care about him. The staff is amazing. EVERY single one of them is phenomenal.We are hoping to find a day care down in Westchester that we feel safe with as much as we did at Wiggles. I was worried as my dogs have never been at doggie daycare and I wasnt sure how they would be with other dogs. Well I was put at ease as soon as I got there. Everyone was friendly and caring and my pups were pooped when we got home!

This was recommended to me and I now highly recommend. My 1 yr old golden retriever stayed for a little over a week and had the time of his life! The staff is great and loved getting a report card and picture of him every few days!

The play experience for our puppy was outstanding. The staff were friendly and responsive to my dog’s needs. We will definitely be using Wiggles in the future.

Disappointing experience. Our dog spent months alone in a room because of his “behavioral problems” ( first time anyone has said that) we were told he would get “small group play” with other dogs similar to him but we came to find out that only happened once in the course of 6 months and the rest of the time he was alone in a room with someone coming to bring him to the bathroom every now and then and maybe play with him. I asked for a reevaluation so he can go back to the large group, and instead of just telling me no, or giving me other options, they avoiding doing it for weeks and continued to isolate him. With the amount of money this place cost and how much they claim to love dogs, we were disappointed with their lack of honesty. Our dog is much happier elsewhere :)

I took my dog Dushi there last week for a 4 hour trial/assessment and I was so pleased when I picked him up. They said he did great! He was exhausted when we got home. He is going tomorrow for his first full day and although I’m a nervous mom, I’m confident that he is in good hands. Everyone that I’ve talked to there (whether on the phone or in person) was so pleasant. It was a great experience for both me and Dushi. Looking forward to seeing how he does tomorrow!

Our Jake spent one week at Wiggles - first time he was away from us. The report cards and pics we received made us feel so happy knowing Jake adjusted well. We are very impressed with Wiggles and will definitely leave Jake again. The staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable.

Brought my Ellie for a full groom and for their Saint Patrick’s Day party and she LOVES it there. The best place around to bring your pup. Special shoutout to Erin as well she’s the best!

This was my first experience with boarding, since my fur babies are only six months. The staff was very hospitable when I first arrived to drop my boys off. They sent me a daily report card with a photo, letting me know they were doing okay and making friends (literally naming the friends they made 🙂)I will definitely be a return customer, my boys looked happy when I arrived to pick them up. You could tell from their interactions with the staff, they were treated well.Thank you Wiggles

My dog Brooklyn loves this place. He whines the minute we turn down the road. He stayed with them for 11 days in July and they took good care of him. He gets to play with his friends. Their prices are a bit steep , but nothing is too good for my baby.

Its becoming more and more of an inconvenience to bring my pet to Wiggles - especially during the summer when vacationing. It feels like Wiggles is holding our pet hostage on Sundays.Wiggles could have a skeleton crew in place to allow customers to pick up their pets in the afternoon on Sundays, instead they force you pick up your pet on Monday so they can charge you an extra day and go late into work.

I brought my dog to Wiggles! What a positive experience!! All the employees were friendly, helpful and supportive. They treated my dog with love and care. All my questions were answered. . The facility is immaculate. The people working there are “top drawer !” I give Wiggles a 5 star plus rating! My dig did not want to leave. He was clearly happy and that meant the world to me!!!

I am so impressed with Wiggles. My puppy went to puppy socialization on Saturday. It is so important to me that my 4 month old puppy is socialized and exposed to other puppies. I would not have been able to provide this experience for my puppy, not to mention in a controlled environment! It is so generous of Wiggles to offer puppies this experience to learn and grow at no cost to the puppy parents! The staff is so kind and the whole experience was wonderful! In today’s world I rarely have the awesome experience that Wiggles provides!

Wiggles is the best! My labradoodle loves spending time there . It’s always well staffed and everyone is so nice and helpful. Whether it’s just a weekend or a full week my dog is well cared for and has a great time playing with the other doggies.

We love bringing our dog to Wiggles for visits. They have a superstar team of employees, and you can tell that they are all passionate about what they do. The place is spotless. A true dog haven. I have used them for boarding services and grooming services. I know others who have used them for training and doggie daycare. They do it all, and they do it well. Theres nowhere else Id rather bring my dog. They offer great packages for boarding. Even daily pics and treats while you are away! My dog absolutely loves Wiggles, and its clear to see why. From the moment i called, the receptionist was so kind and informative. It was very easy to book my reservation, and from the moment I walked in, just walking into smiling faces made the whole experience that much better I know my dog is in good hands.The manager was also so accommodating, sweet and knowledgeable, and she had a smile on her face the minute I walked in as well, just looked like a very happy place with happy staff.Super positive experience and I will be bringing dunkin back.

This resort is beautiful and clean. My German shepherd went for a meet and greet today and everyone he interacted with came out to speakTo me. They even had pictures of him playing! I am so happy to have found wiggles and look forward to a long happy relationship.

Theres a reason this place came highly recommended by a friend. Top tier service from top to bottom. My pup spent a week there during Spring Break and while Im sure he missed his humans at home, it seems he had a blast and made quite a few puppy pals during his stay. Picked him up and he was bathed and looked every bit of having spent a week being pampered. Im still not convinced I was the one that was on vacation and not him. Would not hesitate to return at anytime and will very likely come by for one (or more) of their socialization events. A++

I don’t know what I like more, that the front desk staff always knows my name or that the pet care staff always knows my pups name. He’s more excited to show up for daycare than to go home! Very nice small family atmosphere, would recommend. Kate is the absolute best!

Called to just see availability for our dates and their pricing for our pets stay. They took all my personal details and emergency contact and kept me on phone for almost 15 minutes before they could tell me if they have availability or not and what their pricing model is.Why do you need all my personal details just to give me availability and pricing? collecting data to probably sell it.Shady way to do business, wont recommend.

Wiggles Pet Resort is wonderful! We took our 10 month old puppy there for the first time last week. The facility is immaculate. The staff is friendly. They sent us a picture and report card every other day, which reassured us. He came home clean and happy. Would definitely recommend them.Our dog is now 2 years old. We always board him at Wiggles. He is well cared for. I love getting the pictures of him and the report card. This is the only facility we trust to care for our dog when were away.

This place could be amazing, if the prices werent all over the place for boarding. I only inquired, and the staff seemed very friendly but had to stop interest when I couldnt get a straight price on boarding.Price to Board: $59.95/ per night so they say....BUT you MUST PURCHASE a play package....this at the lowest is $19.95. So they play with your pup. Followed by an additional $1 warranty fee per day in case of anything. This is not including tax, upon asking what the total would be the representative couldnt tell me cause theyd have to complete the process, in order to fully advise. So let me just say that the actual price for boarding per night is: $80.90 (without tax) ....that is only if you dont want them to play with your pup more times in a day and without counting the additional $19.95 (to play) for the day of pick up. Hope this helps someone. I didnt actually board here so they could be great, just wish they said the price straight up.

My dog absolutely loves going to wiggles. The staff there love him so much and I can tell he’s so well taken care of whenever he goes in for daycare or grooming. The groomers, front staff and pet caretakers are always so positive and wonderful. Only place in Putnam county I would bring my dog.

We brought our 4-month-old puppy to Wiggles for the Puppy Socialization and it was a wonderful experience! Everyone is so friendly and so good with the pups. We had a tour of the facility and its beautiful. I can see why the pups love it so much and look forward to bringing Onyx back for more socializing!

Hogan loves his family at Wiggles. They are super welcoming and Hogan’s tail is always wagging! Wiggles Resort is exactly that… A RESORT! Clean and accommodating.

I looked for several months to find just the right place for my dog Minty for summer travels-interviewed a couple of dog sitters and looked into other kennels. This would be her first time away. I was so happy to find Wiggles which was totally the right fit. Everyone I dealt with was super kind, friendly and efficient. Minty had a great time and kept waiting by the car when we got home-I guess she thought she was going straight back! Highly recommend + thanks!

I’ve left both my dogs here twice already and will continue to! They are so sweet and caring and organized. They treat my doggies so well and they are the most affordable option for me and the quality of their service is 10/10.

Absolutely LOVE this place! Coming from past experience working at a different dog daycare/boarding facility, this is the place to be!! The facility itself is beautiful! Always clean & well taken care of. The staff is THE BEST!! Always helpful, kind, willing to answer any questions I have, & my pup Ranger loves each& every one of them! The staff always gives me an update on his day at pickup& I can tell by his smile he had a wonderful time! I can not stress how nice it is to know when I need a space for him, Ranger is safe, playing with his pup pals & in spectacular care! They are my top recommendation & Ranger agrees! This is the second time my dog has vacationed at Wiggles. Both times she has come home in excellent condition. I am impressed by the caring friendly staff. When a dog goes behind the desk to say goodbye, you know she has had a good time.

As usual Dakota enjoyed her stay at Wiggles. She has been napping all day - meaning she was all played out!

Our Harley absolutely loves Wiggles and why wouldn’t he. The staff is so nice & accommodating. The places is super clean and they disinfect and sanitize the it all day. Our dog comes home clean, happy and tired 😁😁Definitely recommend Wiggles to anyone looking for doggie daycare 🐶

Not Good. Dog got sick. Ok But not telling the truth is another thing. Place cost a fortune and does not take responsibility. Tried to tell me the had no issues and that my dog was the only dog to get sick. But I find out there has been an issue and that info comes from an inside source . I will not name names. Own up and show some responsibility Stay away.

I feel comforted when my 12 yo Brittany spends time at Wiggles. Although he is lovable towards people, he doesn’t play nicely with other dogs. I end up paying for extra play time which gets expensive, but I want him to be interactive and stimulated. I get pictures sent to me which makes me feel better and shows that they care. I’m surprised they don’t give him a bath upon his pick up like other boarding facilities have. Their groomer is fantastic - I just wish it were included in a 7 night stay. All in all the facility is beautiful and the employees are responsive.

The owners and staff at Wiggles are extraordinary. They are very professional, knowledgeable and caring. My beautiful Greyhound, Star, has a few unique “wants” and they are so accommodating. Equally important, there is another handsome resident Greyhound who guides her and makes her feel quite a part of the family. We are delighted to have found such a home-away-from home. Star even had a birthday party to celebrate her 8th.! highly recommend Wiggles for your treasured pets.

Wiggles took great care of my 9 month old pup during her first time being away from us for an extended period. They called me with updates and sent me pictures of her having a great time. The facilities are clean and spacious. Each dog gets their own glass enclosed suite with plenty of room to move around, no crates. The staff is friendly and caring. I will definitely be using them again and again and have already recommended them to several of my friends.

We are thrilled to have our puppy Nala be trained by such a caring and dedicated team. Not only are they patient and knowledgeable, they are very informative and responsive to any questions you may have during your dogs stay. Our 15 week Rottie comes home today after a 2 week stay a wiggles, and every other day Ive gotten updates and videos to keep us up to speed. Were happy to say she will be returning for day care at least once week and we will recommend them to all our friends and family that have fur babies.

I was very nervous leaving my 10 month old pup when I had a camping trip to go to, Wiggles made my mind secure and i had entire confidence that he was taken care of the BEST. would recommend to anyone.

I sincerely cannot say enough good things about Wiggles staff and services. We have been bringing our now 13-month shepherd mix for daycare 1-2x/week for the past couple months and we had him groomed (bathed and brushed) once as well - he looked and smelled great for weeks! He is always so happy and excited when we get there and clearly loves all the staff, which is in stark contrast to his behavior at a different daycare facility we had been using prior to finding Wiggles. Wiggles staff were lifesavers for our family when we welcomed a baby girl in January - we did not know exactly how many nights he would need to stay and they were unbelievably accommodating, took great care of our puppy while we were away, and even waived the late pick up fee to help us out. Weve also noticed a positive change (less timid/anxious) in our pups behavior toward other dogs when we are out walking which suggests that hes getting good exposure and appropriate socialization while at daycare - also in stark contrast to our experience at the prior facility. Wiggles staff send us pictures of our pup during daycare and its so comforting to know hes living his best life when hes there and to not worry or feel guilty that hes not with us. Our family is endlessly grateful for Wiggles and their wonderful staff!

Wiggles is a really nice facility and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would love to give them a 5 star review and have a hunch that they deserve it, but the lack of updates they provide makes it hard to tell. We left our dog for 17 days (!!!) when we went on our honeymoon and were told we could only get photos or updates from them for an extra charge. They said we could call for updates, but our time difference made that difficult. The cost of boarding is not cheap, and while I know it requires extra time and staff attention to send photos or updates, I would expect it to come as part of the service, not be asked to pay +$10/day for updates as an add on package We regularly take our pup to a daycare in NYC that is less expensive for similar facilities and get several texts a day and can watch him on 24/7 cameras.I wish I knew how he was doing, what activities they were doing, etc at Wiggles. Not sure if wed take him back for boarding after this experience.

Staff was very friendly. Took my dog for 4 hour greet and meet. Will be boarding her for August.Impressed how clean and neat the resort looked.We met the owner Laura at pick up time. It was a pleasure to meet her and speak to her a bit about our dogs behavior which was good news.Our family is thankful for a place like this that will take care of our family member.

Every time I bring Charlie (border collie) to Wiggles, I know he will be loved and watched over by the best staff.My neighbor has a black lab named Barney and am confident that they Will chose Wiggles on their next jaunt to Asia.We woof Wiggles🐾

WE LOVE WIGGLES! when we first took our dog lola to wiggles it was our first time boarding her and we were so nervous she wouldnt get along with any of the dogs. within a day,she was In group play surrounded by dogs and having a blast. we enjoyed our vacation knowing she was having fun and decided that once a week we would take her for daycare and to keep encouraging her socialization. we will recommend wiggles to anyone looking for a safe fun place to bring their fur baby.

We love Wiggles and so does our guy, Luke! Laura and her team are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. We are pretty picky about where our dog stays and we were thrilled to learn about Wiggles. We toured their brand new facility and it is truly state of the art, clean, and has all of the special touches that let you know they are really thinking about ways to make the experience great for your dog. We travel a bit so Luke is a regular for boarding. He jumps out of the care when we drop him off and is so excited to be there, he barely acknowledges us as we leave. He is also a regular for doggy daycare- which he loves but we love even more because he comes home tired out after playing all day. Hes now in a 2 week training program at Wiggles-- hes a great puppy but what soft-coated wheaten couldnt use a little refinement :) We have nothing but rave reviews for Wiggles and recommend them to all!!

They greet your puppy and you so happily at 7 in the morning and the same cheerful attitude in the evening when they bid you farewell.I love their attention to detail. They note, in the computer, instructions about Ellie’s needs for the day which get retrieved by the staff in the back.Very meticulous and responsive too. I got a call from Craig when Ellie had a slight limp ( that I forgot to mention that morning). They curtailed her activity for me that day. I was very impressed by that.Ellie gets groomed while I’m at work! So convenient too!I plan to use them for doggy daycare and overnight stays for Ellie for a long time. I’m considering enrolling her in puppy training sessions as well. Laura seems to be quite an impressive trainer.So glad to have found them ❤️

We could not be happier with our experience at Wiggles! Our two pups boarded with them for a weekend and were so well taken care of. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and so communicative from the moment of making a reservation through pick-up. One of our dogs had a health concern arise while she was there and Craig was amazing, calling me multiple times to keep me informed and to let me know how she was doing. The staff kept such a close watch on her, all of my fears and anxieties were assuaged. They cared for our dogs like they were their own. Not to mention the facility is brand new, gorgeous, and spotless! We’re so glad they are our new neighbors and can’t wait to be back for daycare and more overnights!

I have a puppy and was very worried about finding a place to board him while we traveled. A friend recommended Wiggles and from the first phone call to my pups actual stay, I couldn’t have been happier. A very professional staff, a warm greeting when we arrived, my puppy was completely happy (and exhausted!) from his play time. They showed me pics of him playing which was wonderful to see. There’s such comfort in finding a place our puppy will be cared for while we are away. We already have plans for our pup to go back in May.

Love this place- By far the best doggie daycare that I’ve seen! Tons of room to play, dog grass, and covered as well as open areas to run. From the minute you walk in, you can immediately sense that the staff truly care about each dog, are experienced, and foster a positive, caring, and fun environment. It’s a bit of a drive for me, but very worth the trek. I have an almost 10 month old golden doodle who is a bundle of energy - we’ve been a couple of times now - he’s excited to go in, and comes home tired and happy 😊 . I have not tried boarding him yet, but I definitely plan on using wiggles for our upcoming trips!

We took our dog for a trial to see how the place was before we went on vacation. We have a 3 year old very shy German Shepherd and made it very clear that he would need some time to adjust. Owner went on and on about how good she is with dogs, how much experience she has, owns Belgian Malinois etc. Just like another reviewer on here, our dog was there for less than an hour before they called to say they couldn’t get him to come out of his pen and we had to pick him up. Not aggressive, just scared but they didn’t think it was a good fit. Said no one could even get near him. Recommended we call our vet to drug him. When we went to pick him up they walked him right out, perfectly fine. Strange how they said no one could go near him or get him out of the pen huh? While we were there overheard the owner turning away another couple just because she thought their dog “might be too big” - the dog wasn’t even present and she had no interest in them bringing the dog by to even see. Clearly they only want to house a very specific type of dog but don’t want to advertise that way. Took our dog to another facility who gave him more than 15 minutes to acclimate and he did great. Don’t bother taking your dog to Wiggles unless you have a solid back up plan or are willing to drug them up the entire time they’re there.

I signed up my mixed breed dog for a 15 day board and train. The facility is beautiful, clean and organized. The staff are exceptional. Thank you Katy, Pom is a changed dog. I reinforce your lessons every day, you gave my girl a solid foundation. Thanks to all for the daily report card and videos to help me get through without my constant companion.

This was our dog’s first overnight boarding with Wiggles and he had a wonderful time. He loved the group play, went in the pool (he was previously not a fan of water, but as a lab, we knew he had it in him) and made a bunch of new furry friends. The newly designed sleep area is clean, spacious and beautiful. We specifically wanted him to have some much-needed quiet time in his own space each night, something he couldn’t get at his previous boarding place that featured crate-less sleep rooms where the dogs all piled in together. That concept may seem nice in theory but it also stressed him out over time. It was like he previously stayed in a crowded boarding house or youth hostel and now is staying at a fine hotel with all the amenities and countless activities. At Wiggles, we knew he would play hard during the day and get lots of attention from the terrific staff. But we also knew he would be able to refresh for the next day on his comfy bed inside his own glass-front “suite” as Animal Planet played on the TV. It’s slightly more expensive than our previous place but it is worth every extra penny. We’ll definitely bring him back to Wiggles for day play and overnight boarding when we travel.

I sent my beautiful 11 month old Catahoula/golden 80 pound puppy there two weeks ago.And she went for boarding and training.She is having the most wonderful time there and has made many new friends to play with.She got a wonderful bath with all the trimmings and is actually going to stay there a bit longer well my husband is in the hospital.Everyone there is very kind and helpful and responsive.I totally recommend this wonderful high end dog spa.

Our pup Rusty had a great time during his overnight stay. He had to stay longer than expected as my family got COVID and the staff at Wiggles was very accommodating in extending his reservation. When we picked him up he was happy and cleaner than he has ever been lol. We will certainly take him back the next time we need a boarding service.

This was our first time using Wiggles Pet Resort and they were amazing. The best part was that they would send us pictures of our dog during the week to ease our mind while we were away. I was driving by and noticed that Wiggles had opened. I went inside to see it and the staff and owner were so friendly and open that I felt very comfortable bringing my dogs there. They took me for a tour and the place was immaculate and I felt as though I wanted to go there for a day spa. Subsequently, I brought my three dogs and they have always come home happy. The staff keeps me informed of how they were doing throughout the day including pictures. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my dogs to call their second home. I recommend Wiggles to anybody who has fear of leaving their dogs in someone else’s hands

My family took our first vacation in 5 years. We have never been away from our pups so I was very nervous. The people were so friendly, Laura sent me pics via text because she knew how stressed I was. One of the dogs had a tummy ache and they called me and let me know how they were going to proceed. All of this personal attention relieved my concerns and allowed me to have a great vacation. I think the pups will be going back next year! 😀 Thank you Wiggles!!

Edit to owner response: So leaving an honest review about an experience with a business is attacking and sad but deeming a dog youve never laid eyes on or met as a risk to your staff isnt? Thats rich. Those of us with rescues, mutts, and non-picture perfect dogs need to know who welcomes us, and who doesnt. Wiggles doesnt.Breed discrimination at its finest. I called to get information and to try and bring our dog for a trial for day care and eventual boarding as we are new to the area. After taking my dogs information I was told that because of his breed and his health we could not bring him to Wiggles. His breed is a mixture of many breeds (he looks like a German Shepard but is much smaller) and his health issue is that he is blind in one eye. My dog is the sweetest, most gentle 11 year old man. He has been attending active daycare/boarding regularly when we were living in our previous city with zero issues. The staff there loved him so much, they literally cried the final day we brought him before moving.When reading articles trying to find the best daycare for my pup the owner touts her love of and raising of Belgian Malinois, which are notorious for their breeds aggression - so youd think they wouldnt engage in breed discrimination, yet here we are. And it must be added - we were given a gift certificate for a free day of daycare from our relatives so we could try this place out. Now we cant even use it because they have no interest in even meeting our dog before deeming him inappropriate for their care.

After two years of struggling to find a safe, fun place for our high-energy Husky, our search has ended. I made my initial call and James was excellent with answering my many questions. I was nervous about leaving the doggie with someone for an extended period of time. When we arrived for our boarding appointment, the ladies at reception were friendly and eased my anxiety, though I still wondered whether the staff would care for our spoiled 2-yr old fur baby as well as I do. It was done, we handed our doggy over, with extra food, and he walked away with a staff member, excited to explore this new place.Over the next two days, the staff sent pictures of our fur child happy and playing as a dog should with other happy pups. The anxiety had eased. Three days passed and I arrived to pick him up. The report from staff was positive. He played well with the other dogs and he was wagging his tail. All was well, thank goodness. I will be back!!! Thanks, Wiggles!!!

I’ve never felt more comfortable leaving my dog somewhere. The place is beautiful and clean, and the staff at Wiggles is thorough, passionate, and kind — you can really tell how much they love every dog that walks through their doors. I’ll definitely be boarding my dog at Wiggles again.

We just boarded our dog Boomer again at Wiggles while we were on a weeks vacation. He was very well cared for and he returned happy and healthy. We love the periodic report cards that keep us apprised of his status and show us pics of him playing! Laura, Craig and their staff do a great job.

Sammy absolutely loves going to Wiggles! He started with day care for several weeks and spent several nights boarding recently. He was happy and handsome as ever following his grooming when we arrived to pick him up. The staff are all helpful and engaged and they clearly have developed a bond with him. My report included news that he loved playtime, ate and slept well, and made new doggie friends. Couldn’t ask for more! WPR is an exceptional facility both in the quality of the spaces ( it is truly fantastic) as well as the TLC and genuine attention they give the dogs. The entire team is a pleasure!

Wiggles is amazing in their care for my mini Australian Aussie, Riley. Riley went for a two week training as a 5mo puppy with amazing results. He goes for doggie day care and Riley gets so much love and care every time he is there. They cater to every dog like if it was their own. Just what I would want for a cherished family member.

Our sweet boy had a great stay there. I was confidant leaving him in their care for an extended period for the first time. He enjoyed his stay, we added training as well just to keep him engaged and mentally and physically active. It worked great. I only wish I could see photos or videos of him regularly, but thankfully he was featured twice in their Instagram posts, i was so happy to see him having fun. Highly recommend and will be going back for sure.

They boarded our puppy and took great care of her. The place is brand new and very clean. We opted for the training package and she came back knowing a lot of new commands and much more obedient. We would definitely recommend Wiggles as a boarding option and much more!

Wiggles is a brand new dog boarder, daycare and groomer all rolled into one. The facilities seem top of the line and the staff is very friendly. The prices are also reasonable by comparison to most other places Ive seen offering similar services. If you have to leave your dog somewhere for an extended period of time, this is a great place.

By far the best doggie daycare/overnight in the area. It was just redone and there are so many facilities. The center is spotless ! No Crates ! And little rooms with windows for the pups. It was adorable. They offer many different services and the staff is fantastic. They even called me during the day to tell me that our dog is having fun and is doing well . They will fill up quick so don’t wait to make reservations.

So glad milo went there and we had our 4 day vacation! They were very nice and accommodating to having our dog stay 1 more day! Cant wait to go again in a few months. Easy to book, check in, check out fast. Our dog came home looking great , clean and happy. Thank you!!

Our samoyed was in desperate need of grooming and many groomers would not take him. We went to Wiggles and they did a wonderful job. He also enjoyed playtime while he was there!

We found Wiggles a few weeks ago. Potato loves Wiggles. The people truly care about the dogs and the dogs have so much fun together. Potato runs in and doesn’t want to leave .The facility is nice and clean.

This place is top notch. We had our dog Gigi in for an 8 night stay while we traveled and couldnt be happier. It was clear Gigi was well cared for and came home very happy and mellow. The mellow aspect says a lot as she is historically very apprehensive about boarding. Also the facilities are absolutely incredible. This will quickly be the place to board your dog in the Weschester/Fairfield County area.

My pup came home so happy and grown up from boarding at Wiggles. Pup reminded me of a kid who just arrived home from summer camp and was over the moon about all the new friends and experiences! We are sending Pup back to Wiggles without a doubt for her for training.

This resort is just that. a resort. It is your pets home away from home. My dogs were happy when they returned home. All of the representatives are friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. They take the care of your pets extremely seriously. I would highly recommend this establishment for your pet(s).

There are a few pup day care places but Wiggles is our favorite. The staff is so friendly and attentive. Our pup loves going there and returns happy and content after each visit. Highly recommend.

My dog loves it there! The staff is very friendly. We lodge her there for a week and then we signed her up for daycare. The prices are on the high end, but they do take good care of dogs and thats priceless. I just wish they have discounts for longer lodging.

We took our dog just turned 1 there for a 5 day stay.We left and were on our way for vacation. After just 10 minutes of being there they called me to say that my dog was showing his teeth and not letting anyone get close to him and could i come back. They told me to call my vet to see if they could take him or give him something to relax him. So we turned around and went back. They did not even give him time to get acclimated to the new surroundings. When we got there the owner said ill get him for you. i thought that he was not letting anyone get near him?? So i told her ill get him. I went back got him and then she tells me we could try but my staff dose not feel comfortable. And this is a place that offers dog training??? Didnt they know to give him some time to get use to his new surroundings. I guess not. Also i herd someone say that they sent someone elses dog home the same day. We brought our other dog to Stone Meadows for many years and never had any problem. They took the time and care and went above and beyond to make sure the pets were happy. I would not recommend bringing your pet here. For a new business they are not able or equipped to handle any pet that is not perfect! Thanks to them we lost a full day of our vacation running around trying to find someone else to take care of our dog. In the end we got another place last minute and guess what there were no problems with our dog.

Boarding your dog is always a scary thing. Wiggles made boarding my dog Miso a breeze. They went above and beyond in helping me book and making the process seamless. Getting my daily “pup-date” with a photo and report card for my dog also gave me peace of mind that he was okay! He had a blast and slept the entire next day! The care seemed decent- my dog came home happy and tired. The counter people were nice enough and the reception area is clean (I didn’t see anything else). They send daily updates that always say the same thing but with a different picture (not including weekends). However, they are EXTREMELY expensive. Their billing is a bit tricky because if you’re a first time customer, it’s not clear that they charge you for the day AND the night. So you’re looking at close to $100 per night if you get the ultra package where your dog gets out of the kennel to play twice per day. So I advise buyer beware and get an estimate of total cost for the stay rather than assume you understand the pricing. It’s not clear and when you check out you feel like you have been double billed. A 9-day stay cost me $1,000.00. Double what I expected and that was with the new customer first night free discount! OUCH!!!

Boarded our dog there for the first time this past week and service was excellent.

My dogs were there 6.5 hours . I feel that was a bit long when I arrived at 8 am. Also given the price i thought they would be shorter cut since I sent pic In email because they never asked how short . I was in rush and realized and called and sent pic. They were way longer than pic. This was my first time there . Not sure if I’m returning .

Horrible experience. I took my 17 year old dog for grooming, and they cut her nose so bad she had to get stitches. They took her to the vet and gave her back to me, still bleeding. I brought her back to the vet because she needed stitches to stop the bleeding. They did pay for the vet and offered one complementary grooming, which I will never take, btw. I was never contacted by any manager/owner to apologize for mutilating my dog.

Brought my 9 month old puppy Finn to Wiggles for puppy socialization. The staff at Wiggles are sweet, knowledgeable and really love all of the dogs. This was my dog’s first socialization and I was nervous, but when I watched the staff embrace Finn, I knew I was in the right place. The resort is beautiful with a grooming room, kitchen for food prep, single sleeping areas for our dogs ( with a dog friendly TV or music) and wonderful indoor/outdoor areas for our dogs to play. They even have dog parties. When I returned after leaving Finn for socialization play, I was greeted by staff showing me a video and some pictures of his play time with other puppies. I was so excited he made friends and it was obvious he had a great time! I have since enrolled my puppy in once a week day care so he can play, have fun and make new friends. I can’t say enough about the wonderful, friendly staff! I am so excited for my dog. I feel as if I am sending my first born off to school again! Many adventures await!
