Diana and her company are simply the best. From her first introductory visit Stella and Fergus (pandemic puppies unused to visitors) were comfortable in her company. Perhaps even more important, this nervous dog mom was confident they were in good hands. As our needs changed over the years Diana has always personalized perfectly to the given situation, going above and beyond the expected. Easy communication and simple booking add to the positive experience. And of course, lots of visit updates with the greatest photos of some very happy dogs! I am so glad to have found Diana and her team - I always know my dogs have the best of care in their own home!

Diana has been in our familys life since September, and we are so thankful for her. We originally wanted some extra exercise for Ziggy--I work from home, but cant often take lengthy breaks during the day. Diana has been all of that and so much more! Perfect example is this Thanksgiving holiday. I came down with a cold out of nowhere and Ziggy (our 19 month beagle) developed what I thought was a hotspot. Long story short, Diana coordinated with me and came by to take Ziggy to Mahopac Animal Hospital. His usual Dr. Moore was not in, but he saw another doctor who was very helpful. In addition to regular text updates, Diana also called me so that the doctor could talk to me about Ziggys care. Diana also recommended food elimination instead of allergy medicine, so we listened to her. This was a very short notice request--less than 24 hours, but Diana showed up and took care of our Ziggy like he is her own. We are forever grateful to having her in our lives. If you need a regular dog walker or more in-depth training, she is definitely the one to call first. We have learned so many things from her and things she has taught Ziggy just through routine walking!

Diana and Sam are amazing. We adopted to two dogs last October. I needed extended walking services for almost two weeks. I reached out and received a quick response from the owner Diana. She was flexible with our consultation and time frames. She made sure to invite Sam who would also be walking out dogs as well, so we saw names with faces. You can tell that Diana not just cares about the animals that she servicesbut as well as the families of the pets. She was more than a wealth of knowledge when it came to certain issues or concerns that she might have seen in regards to our pet care, but she didnt make me feel we were doing a bad job at taking care of our pets. She wanted to improve our relationship with them and their health to keep them around for a long time. She wasnt afraid to get her hands dirty, as well which I loved. We have a very big drooly dog was drooling all over her and there was nothing but smiles on her face. I knew they were genuine smiles. Sam is amazing as well. I actually saw him in our neighborhood with two other dogs and got the longest I thought he was the owner, thats how natural he handled them. He is good with reading situations about dogs being reactive and taking the best courses of action.

Diana Paws is an amazing service. She and her employees take the best care of our Fur Babies. I can tell you personally I know her for a Good amount of time, and now with the care of my cats I would highly recommend!

Our black lab Chester absolutely LOVES the Diana’s Paws team! They have been great coming and taking care of him whenever my wife and I needed their help: especially when he was a little puppy. Diana takes excellent care of my dog Bailey goes above and beyond with her care ( ear cleaning and teeth brushing) Bailey loves her outings to the airport park and wading in the lake. Diana is an amazing pet sitter. She has cared for all of my animals - dogs, cats and horses. The most recent time she cared for my animals, she took the very best care of my horse who was sick and ensured that he had the best care until we were able to transport him to the hospital. My family would give Diane five stars plus for all the wonderful training she has taught us and our dog Bandit. Diane is always very kind and very patient with us. She always said if we needed advice she was just a phone call or text away. She helped train our dog how not to not bark and be friendly around other people and other animals. She helped teach us how to show him how to heel and walk next to us on a leash as well as to leave a toy on command. She also offers pet sitting and on one occasion looked after our dog and cat for the day. Diana is the best. Our dogs are a little tough to work with but they love her. She recommended a specific leash for our boxer and it has worked wonders for us. Diana is the best pet sitter we’ve ever used (and we’ve had a lot). She takes great care of our 3 cats, shares videos and photos during her visits and best of all – is completely responsive over text. You can tell she loves what she does. I have the pleasure of working from home 3 days a week, so most days I get to care for my puppy, Ace, on my own. I needed someone 2 days a week to watch and walk my pup. Diana provides an amazing service and makes you feel so comfortable! I don’t trust many people with Ace, but Diana and Daniel (one of her team members) made me feel at ease! They came over the day before for a free consultation and they were amazing with Ace. You can tell they really care deeply for animals and know their stuff! Diana has been my go to horse sitter for the last year. She is great to work with and very reliable. She is careful to follow instructions and will check in with questions- which I prefer. Almost anyone is capable of walking a dog or feeding a pet. Diana’s passion and love for animals separates her from the rest! This isn’t something she does for a living, she has an incredible career. I would like to be selfish and not recommend Diana so that she is always available for me at emeralds farm! I challenge you to find a better more responsible pet sitter, Diana was watching our farm animals when she immediately recognized my horse was experiencing colic, she immediately called the vet, arranged for transport, and even went with the horse to the hospital late into the night. I am positive you will never find anyone better!

Given my foot situation, they even offered to run errands or pick up groceries for me. But the most import thing was that they were so good with my pup—despite ice and snow!And can I just say Daniel is a magician with his photos? I’m getting two of them framed!My only complaint is that they can’t be our forever walkers!

I knew the moment Diana walked in my home that she was the perfect trainer for my French Bull Dog Riley. She addressed him as Mr. Riley, and got right on the floor with him. Her training skills are geared towards allowing you to feel comfortable and confident in all the things your pet was doing that was stressful. She was firm when necessary and loving when she was off duty as the trainer! Her knowledge expands to all breeds and even is trained for any kind of pet u have....ie. birds, reptiles farm animals,etc. She is punctual, professional, and is so compassionate to your pet. You cant go wrong with Diana trust me!P.S. Just in case, she did not get on the floor until she knew Riley was very docile.

I have 4 dogs all of which have been cared for by Diana and her team. Atlas, Zeus, Axle, & Kai. Not only did the dogs get trained, but I was also trained on how to improve the dogs diet as well. Highly recommended.
