My puppy had the experience of a lifetime at Wipe Your Paws! They took such amazing care of her! She gets nervous around loud noises and they were so gentle and able to work through it. My Pup looks beautiful! Her haircut is so perfect. The groomer was able to recreate my vision- we didn’t want much cut, just a “clean-up” and they did exactly that! The oatmeal bath left my pup soft and smelling so good! Beyond the wonderful haircut- the facility was extremely clean and sanitary. You would never guess dogs come in and out every day. The staff was so Kind and accommodating. The owner is a wonderful person with a vast knowledge about dogs and their behavior! She runs an incredible operation. We can’t wait to bring our ouch back!

I recently had an atrocious experience with Wipe Your Paws Grooming. My friend went through a nightmare when she picked up her dog, only to be handed a completely different dog. Despite her insisting, the staff kept saying “it is your dog” and made her feel like she was crazy. They even put her dogs collar on the wrong dog!When I took my own dog there, they called me not long after dropping him off, complaining that he was growling at the workers. So we had to drive a hour back to pick him up. This was shocking as my dog is the sweetest boy ever and loves everyone. Their lack of patience and professionalism was glaring.Fast forward 5 months, I took my dog to Pooch Parlor Dog Grooming in Briarcliff, New York. These professionals groomed the very same aggressive dog without any issues. They mentioned he got a little nervous, which is common, but they calmed him down successfully.Pooch Parlor was everything Wipe Your Paws wasn’t – professional, patient, and truly caring. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Wipe Your Paws Grooming at all costs. Here is Cooper after going to Pooch Palor. they did a great job. Never Come to this DUMP

5 stars on their grooming services. They did a great job with our large breed. They were also fast and communicative with us asking questions before cutting her hair. We’ll be returning!

We take our two dogs to Wipe Your Paws on a regularly and they always look fantastic when they are done. Staff very friendly .

My little Bichon Frise/Mini Poodle mix is not only the love of my life, but he is also very high maintenance when it comes to his haircuts! We have been going to Wipe Your Paws for a few years now and I’d never take him anywhere else! Customer service is great and I trust them wholeheartedly when leaving Charlie in their care. They make not only myself, but Charlie feel safe and he looks absolutely amazing every time I pick him up!

We love Wipe Your Paws! We moved out of the area and had to find a closer place, but our dog always had the best cuts! She’s never loved getting groomed, but the staff at Wipe Your Paws were always so patient and sweet with her.Thank you all for the years of great service!

Don’t get me wrong. The facility is gorgeous and everyone that works or so nice although my dog might’ve been a little nippy, I would think they would know how to control him better underneath on his backside he has multiple areas where they’ve noticed that they’ve gotten way too close to his skin to points where their red marks, especially behind the ears and near his bottom. That my dog keeps liking No, although he was biting, he might’ve been biting for that reason. my dog never bite with the original groomer and only went here because I heard good reviews and my groomer sick will not be coming back. And they claimed he had an ear infection and 100 bucks later in the vet to find out he doesn’t have one i am editing this two days later his tail looks like a rat which was bot needed and his bottom side has become bright pink and keeps licking it in pain

HORRIBLE. worst experience ive ever had in my life. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!!!!Edit: if you hired more experienced groomers instead of those who get certified online with no real experience you’d know better how to handle a puppy. but instead you come on here blaming the dog for your inexperience.You were given strict instructions as this was our puppys first haircut and those were completely ignored. with the staff looking on their phones more than their dogs its no surprise such mistakes were made. however, instead of rectifying the situation, you met us with rude, obnoxious behavior. truly disappointingget your act together instead of a classless response. me and other reviewers can agree DO NOT GO HERE UNPROFESSIONAL.

Always a warm friendly greeting, owners have always provided excellent customer service. The pups that I bring for daycare cannot wait to get in room and play!

It was time for my puppy Jaxx first hair cut .Brought him to Wipe your Paws ! Lacy was an amazing groomer ,she was kind and patient with Jaxx and his haircut looks ADORABLE ! Thank you Lacy for the special care u took with my baby. The staff were so nice and kind also and put my mind at ease,since this was his first time there. I will be going back in June for Jaxx next hair cut !

Love WYP, trust them implicitly with my golden retriever since she was a puppy. We get to the parking lot and shes pulling me to get inside to play with her buddies. The staff is very loving and attentive, they really get to know each dog. Grooming is great too, and can get it done during daycare time. Highly recommend!

I was left frustrated with our grooming here. I was told our pup suffered bilateral aural hematomas while shaking his head during grooming and to bring him to the vet- HOWEVER I quickly found that to be false and our dog actually had bilateral EAR LACERATIONS- very different than hematomas.II was told that I needed to emergently bring him to his vet and the groomer explained over the phone what a hematoma is and why it happened. I paid the FULL BILL of $180 and headed to the vet ER- the only way to get a same day appointment.Long story short- the vet informed me that these were not hematomas- they were lacerations from being shaved. I was immediately disappointed and watched on as my pup had his ear lacerations glued shut at the tip from a laceration- not because he was shaking but because he was cut by the grooming blade.I would have been fine with this all if I was told from the onset that he was cut by the razor blade and not informed that this was definitely a hematoma and needed veterinary care. I find it hard to believe that his ear could be cut by the blade, causing a laceration, and this to go unseen and then mistaken for a hematoma.I am left both frustrated and disappointed. Not only am I now stuck with a $180 grooming bill but ALSO a $250 vet bill bringing the grand total to $430+ for a bath and haircut- one in which he was injured.We drive 40 minutes up to come to your location because we have heard rave reviews and we had a stellar experience on our last visit. This, unfortunately, was quite the opposite. I was hopeful this would be rectified however they did not and will never see our business again. Take caution!

Our beagle loves to go to Wipe Your Paws. I highly recommend the day care. Their rates are very reasonable and the staff is very professional. They are all dog lovers and take great care of the dogs. The staff stays in the play area and interact with the dogs and they keep a sharp eye for any rough stuff. It is a very valuable experience for the animals because they get to be part of a pack which is what being a dog is all about. It also shows them how to behave around dogs, which is very helpful in other situations when your dog interacts with other canines.

We love Wipe Your Paws! Our rescue dog, Wesley, has been going there for years, both for doggy daycare and for grooming (Lacy is our groomer and she’s fantastic). The staff is warm and accommodating. Our dog loves them and loves going to WYP!

I had my Pit Bull’s nails trimmed at Wipe Your Paws. Perfectly done within 10 minutes by friendly, caring staff. Very reasonable price. Couldn’t be happier.

I have been going to Wipe Your Paws for about 9 years. I have 3 Australian Labradoodles and they love going there! Tails always wagging!!I would not use another place. My dogs are always well taken care of. From the owner, Cristina, to every staff member - John, Kate, Ali, Lisset, Lacy, etc - they are all the type of people that go above and beyond for you and your dogs. They have an abundance of patience and are always willing to give great advise. I would highly recommend them!

Wipe your paws is hands down the best place to get your dog groomed! My dog is 17 years old, she’s deaf and blind and LACY does such an excellent job with her!!!! I’m so happy I found her to take care of my precious baby! Lacy is a must have in your pups life, she won’t disappoint!

We love Wipe Your Paws! I was a nervous first time dog owner with a nervous rescue dog but the whole staff there was so amazing to us both. I felt assured and my dog felt so comfortable. Since then, weve only used WYP for grooming—Lacy is a fantastic groomer and my mini Schauzer ADORES her—and my dog also love doggie day care there. Hes made lots of human and dog buddies at WYP and Im so grateful for them!

I would never take my dog to any other grooming salon. This doggie spa is incredible. The staff is so caring and loving. My shih tzu loves going there. He always comes home looking and smelling amazing! I know Im leaving him in good hands when I bring in for his grooming. Thank you Wipe Your Paws for being such a gem! Charlie and I love you guys!

I cant believe its taken me almost 8 years to write this review. I dont know why, especially as Ive been singing WYPs praises loud and proud to all who own a dog (and sometimes to those who dont) for all that time.There is so much I love about WYP. For starters, its a small, woman owned business. And the woman who owns it is just fantastic. Christina runs a warm, friendly, caring, welcoming, and nurturing daycare for dogs that I swear rivals the best of human nursery schools. The same staff has worked there for years which is always the best sign of a well-run organization. Ive watched with pride as she expanded the business over the years and has maintained the same exceptional quality of care and grooming.Special appreciation for Lacey, a stellar groomer and Pippis other mother, Ali and John who always make our experience more personal.Frankly, if you dont have a dog, you should get one just so you can also go to WYP.

My shih tzu has been groomed at Wipe Your Paws every month for the past 5+ years. Every time I pick him up, he is as happy and well groomed as can be! Christina and her team do an amazing job with all dogs as well as making the dog parents comfortable and happy. A+ service all the time! Thank you!

My neices dog was real matted, hes also really old. I needed him groomed right away and thats what they did. They were all sweet, especially the girl who decided to groom him that moment. She was awesome.

WORST PLACE EVER!When I picked up my dog he was crying as they put him in the car. Later I discovered he was injured.Earlier they had call me he was misbehaving -he is a labradoodle- I have no idea what they did to him but Im extremely upset and alarmed that a dog can be taken to the groomer and come home injured. Hes been licking his ankles for two days and has trouble walking.Besides all of that his haircut was really bad and they didnt trim his nails.

My dog Duncan attends daycare here regularly. The staff are all related, bright, and caring -- Duncan loves them all, and he enters the site eagerly, and he runs to greet his human friends every time he goes. He plays with them and the other well-screened dogs all day and ends up dozing in the car on the way home.Unlike most other dog daycares, all dogs are given an elimination break every two hours -- they arent forced to pee and poop in the room in which they play, resulting in a cleaner play area and a non-stressful play day. (Some dogs like Duncan will not go indoors at all.)

Their hourly rates/time frames are ridiculous. They have an 8 hour option for $44 which they specified on their website is for “working people”. I don’t know about you but most peoples work days are 8 hours. Not accounting for the time it takes you to get to this place. Specifically for me it’s 10 minutes from my job. So when I called and questioned this and asking about the total of 8 hours and 20 minutes my dog would be there they said I have to pay for the 8hr and up which is $52. A $7 difference isn’t a lot but this feels like a rip off.

My vizsla puppy loves daycare!!! She is so excited she drags me inside every time. The staff are awesome and always super friendly. Highly recommend!

Christina and John are wonderful people. Everyone there is super nice to pet and pet parent. They do a wonderful job with daycare, grooming, and very conveniently have a variety of quality products for purchase.

I took my Chihuahua, Holly, to their training class - absolutely awful. I would ask the trainer many questions and all she could tell me was to stick to the routine for everything. The trainer was also more concerned about looking at the clock and rushing me out of there. My poor little Holly didnt pick up on anything. The owner also charged $400 for this and didnt include the clicker and all the treats, I had to buy everything - dont waste your time and money at this place.

I love Wipe Your Paws! It is the best place to bring your dog for grooming and daycare. The staff is caring, patient, and responsible. Simply the best.

Wipe Your Paws always gives our Cavapoo, Tommy a great haircut. We have been going for the past 2 years and we have used Lacy. This time around our daughter said his haircut today was the best. Thank you again Lacy and the rest of the Wipe Your Paws Team.

They do a great job grooming my shihtzu. You pay more but they treat her well.

Maybe its because I wasnt more specific but my Goldendoodle came out looking like she stuck her paw in an electric socket. Id give it another try before going somewhere else.

Been bringing my familys dog here for 5 years now, no complications so long as you communicate with the staff about any details in regards to your dog! Staff is experienced and knowledgeable! Make sure to schedule an appointment ahead of time! keep up the good work guys!

I found Wipe Your Paws about 4 years ago and I am just as happy with them as I was from the first day. The true test comes every time I bring my two dogs to get groomed. They run to get inside and are always greeted with a friendly smile and pet from the team. One of our dogs can be very difficult to get groomed and Christina was kind and compassionate with her suggestions and we found a solution that works for her team and my dog. I highly recommend them.

Very disappointed with their grooming services and not returning. We brought our cavapoo for a grooming, and he returned completely shaved (!!!). The staff alleges that he was completely matted, I have been brushing him and only noticed knots in his chest. Every time i bring him they make me sign a disclaimer, now I sadly know why. Hair will grow…sigh. I was scolded by the staff who said we should bring him in every month, unfortunately we couldn’t do that over the winter break, and had to schedule when they had availability.

This is the best dog grooming and daycare place in Westchester. Hands down this place rocks. They will take care of your dog likes its their own. The staff is great and the owner makes sure that everything runs smoothly. Take your dog in for some playtime and a bath. You wont be disappointed.

I made a joke about a “dog switch,” but in many ways, they did give me a new dog. He’s been peppier and much more active after getting his fresh cut. Happy dog, happy family.

So far so good, took my puppy there.. An looked like she was socializing very well.. People super nice!! Prices are great. Will continue to take her there.👍

I thought the staff was great the Haircut was very good I usually use another groomer in town but they are on vacation I would use them again

I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the service we received at Wipe Your Paws. We brought our golden doodle puppy in for her first haircut, and we requested an even puppy cut. When we picked her up, she was practically unrecognizable. The groomer said they would call if they needed to go shorter than we discussed, but they never did. We requested an even cut leaving approximately an inch and a half to two inches of fur. She now has about a quarter of an inch of fur, her face looks super weird, and our dog growled at her own reflection in the mirror. We wont be going back there.
