We were referred to Jerry by a close family friend after finally deciding to get a dog for our son - For first time dog owners the experience was GREAT. We spoke with Jerry over the phone all of us and we discussed what we were looking for and lucky for us there was a litter that was just born and we got our puppy from that litter.The process was amazing and we are very happy and in love with the little fur ball. Our experience was overall very positive and satisfying.we visited Toby almost weekly (schedule permitting) and spent about an hour or so with him during his training. During these times if Jerry was available we would get progress updates as well as additional information about the whole process and what to expect. We took Toby home and are in our 3rd week and Jerry keeps in contact to see how we all are adjusting and to give us any additional pointers we may need - its great - its a process and not a one time thing like buying a shirt in the store.You can tell that Jerry, his family and staff love the dogs the care for and you can see the passion - that makes a big difference I believe in the experience of getting a dog to add to your life. for us its a 45 minute drive up to Jerrys but it is worth every minute for the service and satisfaction we have gotten.My Recommendations:1- The training that Jerry provides especially if you are new to dogs and wont have the time to train the puppy it is worth it believe me!2- Calling/Texting Jerry to schedule a time to talk about what you are looking for and what to expect.Thank you Jerry and to your family and staff - !!!

Ive been using Jerry at Groomingdalz for 20+ years and always pleased. I was away for a few months and tried a different groomer. Never again. My daughter in Philadelphia insisted that I pick up get 2 dogs and have Jerry take care of them. Oir dogs always come back looking great and in a great mood. I will never go anywhere else.Professional care great service.

Love, Love, Love Groomingdalz. I got my first puppy from Jerry and could not have been more impressed with him and the entire process. Jerry just doesnt train the dog, hand it over, and say good luck. He is involved even after you take the puppy home. It just shows the level of care he has for the dogs and his business. He is my lifeline when I have questions or concerns...day or night! Jerry & his staff..friends for life!

I don’t know if the owner/groomer will remember me, but my parents bought my wonderful girl Mandee from him in 2008 (it was love at first sight). He helped to teach us how to train her & she was truly the best dog we could have ever asked for. For the years we lived in upper Westchester, every single grooming was perfect, but the best part was knowing that our girl was in gentle, loving, and kind hands. As I now am back in Westchester I am considering taking my now fur baby to see him for grooming if he is still taking new clients, as there is no one who does it like him and knowing he is absolutely wonderful in how he cares for pups leaves the mind at ease. Even many year later, it’s hard to forget someone as great as this guy! Thank you for everything you did for our girl Mandee.

My 12-year old wheaten terrier has been getting groomed at Groomingdalz since we brought him home as a puppy. He and I are always treated with the greatest respect and friendliness. And everyone always loves Maxs haircuts! Jerry has had many of the same people working with him for many years and they treat Max and every dog with love and care. Max pulls my arm out racing to get in the door. Jerry is also a sophisticated businessman running a very clean and organized shop. We have never and would never go anywhere else.

We got our little Lola from Jerry a month ago and Jerry guided us through the whole transition. Lola was already potty and crate trained, all we had to do at home was reinforced the training. This was important to us because my husband and I work full time. Lola is healthy, playful, and the perfect match for our family. My children fell in love with her since day 1 and now she is part of our family. I strongly recommend Jerry if you are thinking of getting a dog.

I have been a client of Jerry’s for over 10 years now.. he first took care of our dear Zoey who was a Staffordshire terrier with a lot of skin conditions, he always knew what kind of grooming treatment she needed to make her comfortable. He treated our girl with all the TLC she needed. After the loss of our sweet girl, Jerry introduced my mom to her new baby.. the perfect Coton girl! He continues to care for her on a monthly basis with the best cuts and we are constantly getting stopped for how beautiful she looks. I will never stop recommending Jerry and the groomingdalz staff!!

I have been taking my dogs to Groomingdalz of Mount Kisco for many years. Over the years my dog passed away but I always needed a dog and Jerry the owner knew this. The dogs that Jerry sells are from the best breeders, I personally know this. I walked into Groomingdalz one day to have my dog Chance who was getting old to get groomed. Jerry put an adorable little girl Coton puppy in my armsand it was insist love. He had trained her and Gumdrop became Chances little sister. Chance passed away almost a year later. Gumdrop and I were so said, Jerry asked if I wanted another dog, I wasnt sure untiluntil this little Shih Tzu jumped in my arms. Now Gumdrop had a little sister to take of. If it werent for the compassion and understanding of Jerry and his staff along with the wonderful dogs of Groomingdalzs I would have been lost. Gumdrop and Wags needed to run around and play . For over a year I was not able to give them a lot of time so I put them in Jerrys playgroup. The Best thing I did, my little girls were so happy. Every morning they were excited to get to school (as we called it)and when I picked them up they were happy and little exhausted. I recommend everything that Groomingdalzs offers with the highest of ratings. The grooming is perfection. Jerry and his staff listen to what you want and do it with patience and caring. Your dog couldnt be in better hands.

I have been using Jerry and his staff for grooming for years. LOVE THEM!! But best of all, are the puppies I have purchased! Coton and Havanese. The best dogs! Came trained and of high quality with no health issues! Will never use anyone else. Not to mention, I can run in anytime I am in town and get a puppy fix❤️

We were researching many different breeds and recommended by a friend. Jerry had a toy Aussiepoo which we fell in love with. We are very happy with Ash. He is well behaved and is so much fun. Jerry has great advice and we would highly recommend him.

I called to make an appointment with Jerry for my dog Bella that was playing in a mud pit and he got me right in!! Made that crazy day so much easier when he was able to fit me right in !!The staff at Groomdalz is fabulous, Jerry the owner Treats all dogs like own that makes it so easy to drop off your dog. I would highly recommend Groomdalz.

After using Groomingdalz for many years, I recently had to leave when I had a 9:00 appointment and was texted by Jerry that he would not be in until around 12:30. Was I supposed to leave my dog there for hours? I dont think so...so I left. No apology, nothing. Then I get a text that if I am not satisfied, I should go elsewhere. And making an appointment is difficult because nobody ever answers the phone. You communicate by texts. Sometimes not getting a response for days. Unprofessional. Do NOT go there.

Groomingdalez is the best place, not only for a grooming, you can also buy a puppy and have them trained by the experienced owner!! Pasionate for what he does and loves the dogs like his own!! I highly recommend

All is good, once you make an appointment. Simba always looks and smells great when I pick him up. The hassle of making an appointment, on the other hand, is a huge deterrent. It often takes multiple calls and texts to get a call back. I’m addition, after having to cancel one appointment at the last minute (after never missing an appointment in about six years), I was given the cold shoulder and treated very rudely. No call back and no new appointment. Time to move on.

I love Jerry and so do all my fur babies Ive gotten from him. I feel like Im part of his family when Im there! Highly recommend him and his staff

I’ve known Jerry, owner of Groomingdalz, since I bought my first Goldendoodle From him in 2008. He groomed my fur baby, Maggie, boarded her, trained her and most importantly loved her till the day she passed in April of 2019. I then got my next goldendoodle, Molly, from him a few months later and the love just continued to grow. Fast forward to July 2020 and Molly has a new baby sister, Mia, my third goldendoodle from Jerry. I wasnt sure I was a two dog mom but Jerry reassured me and found me the perfect addition to our family! Molly and Mia are the bestest of friends and love to play with each other all day long!Jerry is a caring, knowledgeable, generous and wonderful human being who treats each dog who enters his place as his own. I can’t recommend Jerry and Groomingdalz enough.!!

Jerry the owner is the best and most caring person. He is thoroughly involved in the raising, training and adopting of his pups. You wont be disappointed. His pups are crate trained and in their way to being housebroken when adopted!

Jerry is the man! And Groomingdalz is the place! From cradle on our experience has been fantastic. Jerry helped us get our first dog Stella, trained her, trained us, grooms her and boards her. We have been so pleased with Jerrys professionalism and product that Stella got a sister, Sadie. To say the least, they try to break out of the car when we get near their pals at Groomingdalz. When we travel, its like leaving your kids with a favorite uncle! We cant say enough to Jerry, his team and just a big old THANK YOU!
