Petco Grooming

I am so upset with this grooming place. I brought my 2 dogs for a grooming appointment at 10:30 today. I received a phone call at 2:20 (I was on my way to pick them up) telling me one of my dogs had diarrhea since I left him, that none of the dogs had been groomed because they had to deal with that. When I asked why they did not call me right away, they had no answer!! I cannot believe my poor dog was sick for hours and these people did not think of calling me. AVOID this place at all cost!

My visit for a bath for my dog was seamless. They were timely and my dog was treated with kindness and sensitivity. I like that I can see him for most of the process. The groomer was lovely and skilled.

Aussie loves Heather w. She will not allow anyone else to groom her. Heather is a true dog liver and expert groomer. She’s a dog whisperer for all Aussie lives her and so dies our family.

Do not take your dog here for grooming. They do not know what they are doing. I can’t believe they even charged me for the mess they created. Now I have to get another appointment with someone (not at petco) else asap being petco did nothing except make it impossible for me to even fix. I wish I never brought my dog here, they are horrible and the place is disgusting.

The person checking us in for my dogs grooming completely spooked my dog instead of letting the groomer handle him which caused him to snap at her and then the groomer. This groomer had no trouble with him the last time but could not take him because he was now agitated. Very disappointing experience.

Easy to park, easy to get in, they took my dog right away. very nice groomer. they did a nice job.

Grooming experience for my dog was great. Will go back to Mt. Kisco in future appointments.
