Woof and wash Pawsitively divine

They did great with my dog who is not a huge fan of getting groomed. After a bad experience with another groomer in the area, I was so delighted with the experience here. I cannot recommend them enough!

Excellent and fast service. I drive quite a distance to come here because their services far exceed any of the groomers near me. My dog is never returned with cuts and he always smells clean and is groomed to my specifications. They are also extremely fast. In less than an hour he is complete.

I went in on a very busy day for the shop. I just moved here from CA with my standard poodle who hates being groomed!!! Jason is a class act who knows his breeds, their temperaments, and how to handle all sorts of situations. His calm and cool demeanor was delightful. His shop is impressive. I self washed that day, bc I knew my dog would freak out at a last minute bath surprise! He helped the entire time and mixed hypoallergenic shampoos, got her on the high sink for me and went above and beyond for a Do-it-yourself place! He was so sweet, gave me local references, knowing I am new to the area and made me and my dog so comfortable. This is the place to go. Planning on letting him grooming her next time... Bc she is a handful. Thank you Jason!!!!!!!

They always do a great job & my pup always smells so good!!! Have tried a couple of others nearby but it never compares. They keep it super clean. And they are always so accommodating. AND my puppy is always super excited to see them! Runs out of car.

Great place to wash your own dog! Jason and his team are very helpful, the place is super clean and the nice high wash tubs take the strain off of your back. Why would you wash your dogs at home when a place like this is available? This is also the only place - vets included - that can trim my giant breed dogs nails!

Ive tried most of the other groomers in town with our Shih Tzu and while everyone has been nice, no one has done as great of a job on the grooming as Pawsitively Divine. They listened to my requests and actually did exactly what I asked. My pup looks and smells great!

Great place! Great idea. It is so hard to bend down and wash my dog. The sink at Woof & Wash is at waist level , water is at perfect temperature, and the dryer is a plus. The owner is very helpful and nice. Highly highly recommend!!!

I had a very bad experience with a groomer in Chappaqua, so the next day, I decided to fix the mess they made. I took my dog to Pawsitively Divine in Mt. Kisco.They were professional and friendly and in less than an hour my dog was looking georgeous. From now on theyll be my groomers. I truly recommend them

I love this place. The people are really friendly and helpful. I like to wash my dog myself but cant do it at home as he is very big and would take hours to dry. The dryers are amazing.

My dog is old and cranky during grooming. They were so sweet and patient with him and he looked and smelled great afterwards.

Absolutely terrible customer service by I’m assuming the owner. I called this morning with a very gentle tone inquiring about the price to groom my two Maltese dogs who are under 10 pounds each. I originally spoke to someone who sounded like a very kind receptionist but was then transitioned to the owner who was belittling, condescending and just outright rude.The prices listed under services on google are clearly false because they list a medium dog haircut as being $45-50. I called asking about the price for my small dogs and was told $75. When I asked about the pricing listed online she said she didn’t put them there and wasn’t going to honor it. I explained I didn’t need nails done as I had them done just last week and asked very politely if she’d be willing to make an exception to the price and go down to $60 per dog because I was from out of town and was visiting my ill parent and my time has been extended longer than I thought to get back to my own groomer. She was extremely belittling of the price difference because of the area I live in, laughing in a passive aggressive tone, “yea well that isn’t westchester”. Then she continued to say how their rent probably doesn’t come close to hers and that her products are so expensive that she wouldn’t be making any money on my dog. Seriously? Learn some customer service skills. That’s how you treat kind, potential customers asking if you’d be willing to make a one time exception? Like a dollar sign? Ok well good luck staying in business with that attitude on your shoulders.This woman complained how it wouldn’t be fair to her long time customers who pay $75 for their Maltese and when I said I completely understood and it was a one time exception because I was from out of town she then scoffed and said “well I’m even less inclined to give you that price because you won’t be a returning customer”. Didn’t you just say it wouldn’t be fair to long time repeat customers? So wouldn’t it be more unfair to take me on as a repeat customer if this was the price I expected each time? It’s a one time exception, as a courtesy, for an out of town customer, who is kindly asking for any flexibility due to unfortunate circumstance. Well, instead of a positive review and a referral to my mother who has two westies, now you have a negative review and lost out on four dogs, two of which would’ve been recurring.
