HORRIBLE HORRIBLE STAY AWAY!!!!! I dropped off my beautiful cavopoo yesterday who is full of hair and full looks like a teddy bear!! I told him trim very very little trim, i came back HE WAS BALD!!!!!!! BALDDDD. We go there 10 minutes late, horrible service rude people. my heart is completely broken that my dogs beautiful hair is GONE!!!!!!Also, my dog was very fragile after not acting like him self came with blue balls!!! The vet said it seems like he was ABUSED !!!POLICE REPORT ALREADY HAPPENING SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!!!

Worst groomer I’ve ever been to, had an appointment for 10 for there at 10:30 argued with me over not taking my dog, I told him to cut his hair a little short. The guy seemed annoyed with me, I come back to find my dog fully shaved, mean while his fur took 6-8 months to get to where it was. Horrible person, horrible place, and he demanded I pay for the grooming in full. Stay away.

I was in front of a red light, in front of the grooming place. I look to my right, and I see the groomer grab the dog by the head, lift his head forcefully, the dog was struggling while the groomer was grooming him. I will DEFINITELY NOT take my dog to get groomed here.What kind of grooming is this?!?! The grooming experience for your pet should be a wonderful experience, not one that the dog feels fearful, and you as an owner want to know that your pet is not being abused or manhandled.

Very nice guy but if your looking for a boutique cut with bows and cuteness so that when your walking down the street with your dog theyll say oh how cute go some place else. Hes the guy you go to if you feel bad because its hot outside and you just need the hair off and everybodys booked. That 3rd star is because hes nice.

Great professional place to have your pet groomed. I’ve been bringing my pets (2 cats and 3 dogs) to Pet Planet since they first opened up some 15 years ago. They are very polite and always treated my pets with the best of care. They are very affordable and the quality of work is way above average. I will and have recommended this place to anyone in need of a groomer.

I explained specifically what kind of cut I wanted. summer cut, short hair on legs and dont cut the face. My dog is 4 years old with long hair, this is DEFINITELY NOT her first hair cut. The owner decided he knew better and cut her hair to WHAT HE THOUGHT was better.WORST CUT. NEVER AGAIN.

The owner (a guy) was very rude. He mistreated my dog INFRONT of me & I always wondered why every time I pick my dog up she’s shaking. Today I found why, he had the nerve to throw my dog on the table like a toy.

I take my dog to get groomed here very nice couple, fast service good price. I recommend

Family run business. Reviews on here are from busy bodies that expect top service but not want to spend any money on the groom. If you need your dog shaved, they do it the best! I bring my dogs only here. My dog loves to go to them. Always will recommend!
