I do not like going to groomers, they always take all day long and my doggies always used to leave traumatized and they never looked good to me afterwards. And i’ve been to groomers that have nicked both of my dogs on different occasions (one of them had to get staples in her leg because of it) But Sara is amazing. I just went to her the first time today, she solely focuses on your dog for the appointment. It only took her one hour to finish my doggie, Daisy. And she looks so beautiful!!! Also, Daisy is the one who had to get staples once so she’s very anxious going to the groomers and isn’t acting traumatized at all like usual. I’m so happy with Sara. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.Update (03/01/2021): One thing I wish is that she had a website for booking, or to share photos and prices etc! I know she’s super busy with clients and I think maybe she should consider hiring one other person, just as amazing as her that she could train and maybe create a website to allow more clients to get in because I love referring people to her but a lot of times she doesn’t have opening or isn’t accepting new clients (which I totally understand why) but anyways, Thank you Sara!!

Did an amazing job on our mini-schnauzer at a great price! Our puppy is always nervous, but she calmed down and had a wonderful experience. Will use again!

Ive been taking Schatzie to Purdys Parlor for over a 2 years an Sarah is a master at her craft an her prices are fair compared to other dog groomers.🙂🐶

I love the fantastic service by Sara. My Penny looks so cute after her appointments. So nice that she doesnt have to spend the whole day at the groomers. Easy drop off & pickup within a couple of hours & shes done.

My dog is always very difficult when it comes to grooming and I havent found one person that he has been good with. Now that being said, Sarah is an angel!! He was so good and looks great too! I will never go to another groomer again! :)

I am new to North Tonawanda and needed to find a groomer. This is my 2nd visit with Sara. She does a great job grooming my dog. She takes you right at your appointment time and completes grooming in approximately one hour. She is so gentle with my dog. I feel very comfortable leaving my dog with her.

Purdys Pawlor is amazing. Sarah (owner) is the best. We used to go to her when she worked at PetSmart and when she left to start this business, we followed her. She does an amazing job and loves her furry clientele. Cant recommend enough.

Sarah the owner is so kind and very gentle with my little shorkie.Her services are very reasonably priced.My little guy is done within an hour!Thank you Sarah your the best!!

Love it here! My dog gets the personal, professional care that he needs. Sarah is so friendly and so sweet. I will never go any place else.

The lady herself was very nice to your face and did a great job she did our dog twice we even accidentally double tipped her my husband tipped her and so did I .... I tried to call multiple times to make an appointment for my dogs one just needed nails done the other a full groom we never got a call back or response I walked in she told me she no longer did larger dogs so she could not do the dogs nails ok what about the smaller dog? She told me she was booked for months the next time I tried to call and I kept leaving messages I got no response or call back the place is close to our home and convenient but so is park and bark they come to you and at least they call you back not calling back is a good way to lose customers and get a bad reputation .

Sara does an excellent job! My dog is very skiddish when it comes to grooming. But he always comes out looking like a show dog and very happy!!! I always wait until she has a opening and wont take him anywhere else! Thank you Sara!!! :)
