I looked around for a groomer a few years ago and found Kim. I never used a groomer in the past but my current sheltie has such a heavy undercoat I felt I needed a professional. I can’t recommend Kim enough. It’s obvious she enjoys what she does and she does it so well. He comes home absolutely beautiful and very happy. Kim exceeds my expectations each time.

I’m so amazed by how professional and welcoming Kim was. I have a very difficult senior chihuahua & I could never clip his nails. Nonetheless she had no problem doing so & made him feel very comfortable during the whole service. I’ve had issues with other groomers in the past but Kim listened to all my concerns and made me feel secure. Thank you Kim ☺️

I received very professional dog grooming from Kim and my puppy came back to me looking so cute . Im recommending Kim to anyone looking for a professional dog groomer she does such a great job as if its her puppy shes grooming thanks a million Kim.

We have known Kim for about 7 years now. Shes one of the few groomers that will handle cats. Our cat, Trixie, loves her spa day with Kim. She gets the lion cut, nails trimmed and she loves a bath! Trixie is like a kitten all over again, when she comes home! Excellent groomer!

Ive been taking my dogs to Kim for approximately 5 years. She does an amazing job with them. A lab and 2 shitzus. My littlest guy is 15 years old now. Kim takes good care of my little old man :) I highly recommend you give her a try. Youll love her

Kim did a great job on Buster!!!!! He looks great! She was very accommodating with my schedule as far as giving me an appointment! Buster will be going back & Robbie and Audi will be going for nail trims!

Excellent job grooming my hard to groom lagottos! They always look and smell wonderful and are happy when I pick them up. Kim is great!

We own rare dogs called lagotto romagnolo. There is a particular way to cut them and Kim does an amazing job! Such a good job in fact we drive from Rochester to get them groomed!

I always take my shih-tzu about once a month for a full grooming. Kim does a beautiful job with Bruno everytime. I highly recommend you give her a try.
