What a great business. The owners are LOVELY and you can tell they LOVE animals and LOVE what they do.I was so nervous taking my mini sheepadoodle for her first grooming appointment thinking Id end up with a buzz cut rat. She was SO floooooofy and pretty when she finished her day at the spa, I was so impressed.My puppy isnt socialized yet and is extremely anxious so I was scared to leave her there for the day but she did really well once she got a little more acquainted. She even played with some of the other doggies there!

Some people know only how to relate to fur babies but are clueless about relating to their parents . Drop off at 9 pick up at 5 or 6. Not an actual time it’s a day process for a grooming . If you are late they won’t take you and send you away as your punishment for not getting there for roll call at 9am.. You are given a passive aggressive attitude . This is so you conform to what they want forgetting why you actually went there in the first place .My schedule didn’t work since I had a problem with a 9am drop off time . I tried on multiple occasions to explain why and at the beginning they understood but that was short lived and I tried my best to play by their rules which apparently are the only rules that exist even though they were fine initially . Everyone gets dropped off around the same time . The environment is friendly for dogs it’s the owners that could use the training . I could recommend plenty of classes that would benefit them. Especially customer service , attitude and passive aggressiveness. I would rather have an actual appointment time rather than everything being done as a group event. Reminds me of the Roman bath houses for doggies. Some people relate much better to furry friends than the pet parents . Must be their mentality. Their capacity for interaction is at a child’s level. . These two are a perfect example of smiling to your face but manipulating from behind . . They could use customer service skills and a realization that not everyone’s schedule works with theirs so don’t agree to something you aren’t alright with from the beginning.Which I explained before the first time I dropped off . All I got back was we were ok with the late drop off time before but not now . So your concerns don’t matter just your money. . You are told what they want with an attitude to boot! As I mentioned we discussed my needs and they were fine with my needs for my dogs when it was during Covid and they were looking for additional business to make up for people not needing their services at the moment so once people returned to jobs and going out their attitude changed . They never told me that anything we agreed on to make this work was due to trying to attract business because it was slow and we will not be accommodating by any means once everyone returns to work and they don’t need to do anything other than what’s easiest for them not bothering to care about anyone but themselves. It’s easy to see through the passive aggressive attitude. How could they be sorry to hear of my dissatisfaction when they caused it . Also they refused to come to any compromise so I did try to resolve it but I was given an attitude of our way or no way at all. I’ve been aware that businesses give their clients a discount off their bill if they write a five star review about them telling how wonderful they are and I noticed all of the five star reviews were written at the same time .

After months of looking for a new groomer, we finally found the perfect place! The owners genuinely care about every pup that comes in and out, so all worries are thrown out the window. I met Jackie & Steve, who are both simply amazing! They are very interactive and welcoming, & my dear Bentley came home with a new attitude! He looks amazing! My family and I are very happy with the results 😍 Thank you again!

My lovely lil pup has been Velcro since I got her and thought getting her groomed would be an “experience”.My pup came out beautiful but also was happy!You can tell Steve and Jackie love what they do and love their 4 legged clients.With me they were patient and kind and explained the process. Have been bringing our dog to LuvPupps and have always been so happy with our experience! In fact, when our dog was younger/a puppy, when he would first see Jackie, he would race towards her out of happiness! That’s a big compliment (but don’t worry, he likes Steve too ;)). I can not express how PLEASED I am. My Golden looks beautiful and was treated so kindly, with patience and care. The job that Jackie and Steve do with dogs is incredible I cannot say enough. This is not just a place that you hand the leash over to someone you dont know, Jackie or Steve greet you at the door, chat about your pup and talk about the grooming. Highly recommend!

Jackie and Steve always show caring and concern for both our dogs. Their bath time is fun and results are fantastic. One dog is white and she Ali come out like marshmallow fluff. The other one is black and he always smells wonderful. Nails are trimmed, multiple coats are dried. Will always be a customer and recommend them highly

Jackie and Steve are wonderful and professional. Their environment for all is very welcoming, our dog gets very excited to go see Jackie. The grooming is beyond perfectionist. They have great passionate, love and care for the pets they groom. They are always accommodating.

Today was our first visit with my dog Logan. He was very nervous going in but they really made us feel comfortable. Logan looked great when I picked him. They did a wonderful job. We will definitely found our new groomers. So happy to have found them.

Thank goodness a neighbor recommended Luvpupps when we got our dog 8 years ago. Not only are Jackie and Steve skilled groomers, they know their doggie clients by name and treat them lovingly. My Tibetan Terrier is happy to see them every time I bring her in for grooming.

I have known Jackie for 15 years – in that time she both groomed my poodle and provided boarding when we were away. She is wonderful with dogs, both in terms of her ability to gain their trust and affection as well as her expertise in grooming. I now have a new poodle, Remy, and her grooming transforms him from a shaggy beast into a beautiful dog! She is a very caring, patient person who understands how to calm down my dog and how to deal with unexpected problems (like the long period when he couldn’t be groomed because of Covid restrictions). Both Jackie and Steve are the best, and I give Luvpupps 5 stars! I wouldn’t trust my dog to anyone else.

LuvPups is the best! I always feel so comfortable dropping my dog off to Steve and Jackie as they treat her as if she was theirs! Always accommodating as well with drop off and pick up! I have a miniature labradoodle and she always looks amazing after her day of grooming!

I must post about my experiences with Luv Pups. I have had only amazing results every time I bring my dog there. They are so unbelievably patient and caring with my dog Piper. She is not an easy going dog to say the least, but they treat her with such kindness. As they know how difficult Piper can be they will come out to my car and help me pry her out. I wish that I could rate them 100 stars!!!!

Highly recommend!! They did an outstanding job on my Chloe. Jackie and Steve are so friendly and caring. They treat Chloe like their own. The new place is convenient, clean, and plenty of parking. I am so happy that I have somewhere to bring Chloe and not have to worry if she is ok.

We love LuvPups grooming. Chester our toy poodle loves it there and always looks so handsome! They care about not only the looks of your pet but of their overall health and well being. We are very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone who asks!!!

Absolutely amazing!!!!! I felt very comfortable the minute I walked in. They took great care of my Rottweiler, Stella. I am so happy to finally find a grooming place who can take care of big dogs! I will be back for sure! Stella smells beautiful and is so soft!

Such a wonderful place. My Libby gets a day of beauty, and she’s queen for a day with Jackie and Steve. They take such good care of her and make it so simple on me with an accommodating schedule. I highly recommend Luvpupps. My dog Is a rescue and has a lot of difficulty getting groomed because of past trauma. More than one grooming company has been unable to cut her nails because of her anxiety.Luvpupps was so welcoming and understanding of her needs that she had a successful grooming on her first visit!She did so well with them that we are going to use their over night boarding services!

My 5 month old puppy loves going to LUVPUPPS. She goes twice a week to socialize with other dogs and once a month for grooming. Her fur is so soft after her bath and her nails are trimmed and ground - not pointy.Plus, she comes home happy and exhausted from all the playtime with the other pups.

We have a 17 month old Wheaten Terrier. Since her first grooming over a year ago we’ve been searching for a groomer that we can trust. Last week we used Luvpupps for the first time and our search is now over. They did a very nice job and we’ve already scheduled follow up visits.

We have an Alaskan Malamute who is difficult to groom. We tried almost every groomer in the area and no one does as good as a job as they do here. She looks great from weeks. The staff is so patient with her and really takes their time.

Jackie and Steve are the best! My dog Willie came from 3 years in a Puppy Mill 😕 and I needed a patient and sensitive groomer. Well I got that snd more! Not only are they extremely caring , but they do the best job with Willie’s curly hair. I can’t say enough great things about them.

Jackie, one of the owners of Luvpups, has been grooming my Maltese for over 15 years. Jackie is a true “ dog lover” and she treats my George with kindness and love. She does a fantastic grooming job each and every time. When I pick George up he looks like a million bucks.

They are gentle with each one and they get to know & understand the dogs, their needs and their preferences. That goes for their work with clients, too! My Murphy has been groomed by Jackie & Steve for 7 or 8 years now, and each groom is excellent. People regularly ask me who grooms Murphy & Im happy to tell them hes cared for by LuvPupps. Getting a great groom is certainly important, but even more so is Murphys happiness & safety whenever hes away from home. When Murphy is at LuvPupps, I am sure hes having fun with Aunt Jackie & Uncle Steve & is very safe in their care. I am happy to give LuvPupps my highest recommendation.
