CREEKSIDE GROOMING AND CAT NAP

My Mom has been coming to this place for a few years now and she has never had an issue. Her dog is picky but this place does a good job of dealing with him. Would recommended to all in need of a dog groomer.

I was pleased with the Creekside Dog Grooming and Cat Nap. They did a wonderful job with our BOBO. He was looking GREAT and HANDSOME!! Smelling FRUITY and refreshed. He was very happy dog when I came to pick him up!!Thank You for do an OUTSTANDING JOB!!!

I brought my Great Pyrenees to this place because no groomers accept them anymore but I lucked out with this place, I read the reviews and i thought it was okay. I was not impressed whatsoever. The place is absolutely disgusting inside and out. There was still many mats in my dogs hair. If i wanted just for my dog to have a bath and his nails trimmed i could’ve done that. I was absolutely not impressed. It is VERY unorganized. My Great Pyrenees has been acting very weird since we’ve gone. We went yesterday… my dog is acting very vicious towards my other dog which is strange as he has NEVER done this. My dog is acting strange, he won’t stand up or anything. Something strange happened. Me nor my boyfriend Do not go to this place. Something happened.

BEWARE! I took my long haired cat to get groomed. They didn’t finish it because “she fought them” although they still charged full price. I’ve never had an issue with other groomers getting the job done (but Creekside is closer to where i live). But that’s not it...My cat came home limping really bad. I called, and the claimed it was nothing they did even though she was perfectly fine when i dropped her off. Not a good experience at all!

I cant say I will go here again but I will say that they git my pooch in fairly quickly and were very good about returning my calls regarding appointment the appointment time. They had my dog (golden retriever) for 5 hours and still they didnt get his head and rail done. Price was ok ..no complaints there. But parking is limited and no waiting room loses it an extra star. Owners are VERY nice, I wish they had a better facility though.

I was so pleased with Creekside dog grooming and the care and patience they had with my golden doodle on his very first grooming. They did a great job. I will definitely return and would highly recommend them. Thank you so much.

Absolutely terrible! My appointment was for 11:30 my fiancé called around 1:30 and no answer. He went down there and they haven’t even started them yet!!! They were done around 2:45. Once he had left our pup had three nails bleeding and they chose not to tell us this. He called them and they hung up on him!!! I would recommend anywhere other then them! Very unprofessional

Not the fanciest place but my dogs received excellent care during their stay. With four dogs, two of which dont get along well and two of which need medication, Im very particular about where my dogs go and would happily bring them here again.

They did a great job grooming my dogs. My dogs where treated very well. I will definitely be taking them back.

Our older Pom is very difficult. She is so afraid to go in the car she paces back and forth all the way there. She did such a great job with her she left there smiling! I will attach a picture of her! Shes a totally different dog!

Very satisfied. I was amazed when I saw my Siberian husky. He looked so classy! He was even wearing a cute little bandana. He seemed to enjoy all the attention that he got from these ladies. My dog and I were both very pleased. It was a great value.
