Groomingdales

Melissa did an amazing job on both my pups. My Pomeranian was way way over due and had some pretty severe mat s, Melissa spoke to me very direct and realistically about what she may or may not have to do depending on what my dog would tolerate She put him before anything else. When I picked him back up I was pleasantly surprised how awesome he looked. They both seemed very happy when I picked them back up. I would most definitely go back and definitely would recommend her to anybody looking for a place to get their babies groomed.

After hearing so many amazing reviews from friends, we decided to give Groomingdales a try. Everything was extremely simple from the scheduling process to communication leading up to the appointment. Melissa and crew run one of the most organized businesses I have had the pleasure of working with. They messaged during the process to let me know that my girl was doing well and they also were very considerate to ensure how she was groomed was to our liking. They also messaged the next day to follow up to see how we liked the cut and to see how our sweet girl was doing as she was shaking her ears a lot after being groomed. I truly appreciate the extra steps that were taken to make sure we were satisfied as customers. Thank you!!

I would give MELISSA less stars if I could. During the beginning of the pandemic all Groomers had to close. My poor dogs had to wait longer than I wanted to get them groomed. I made appts when they started opening wherever I could get them in first. I missed an appt with Melissa with my 2 girls and I just tried to make a new appt today and was told I have to PAY FOR OREVIOUS APPTS. before she would take my dogs. I informed her thats blackmail and against the law!!! MELISSA is more concerned about her bottom line than our dogs. Also I found out the Groomers around here know each other and sent unauthorized photos of my girls around and made it look like we were terrible people. There was no way to get grooming done during the beginning of the pandemic. Im disappointed and thoroughly disgusted with what was said to me! Be careful where you take your dogs to be groomed!

Once again, extremely happy with the job Melissa has done. We take both of our Goldendoodles to her and they always come back perfect! Make your dogs happy and get them in to see her, you wont be disappointed!

Our dogs love going to Groomingdales, and we appreciate the safe, cheerful and clean environment. Melissa and staff are professional and friendly. The the dogs always look super - seems as if their best features are beautifully highlighted.

Melissa is absolutely fabulous! I have a very timid and afraid little dog. Her experience at her spa day went very well. Sheba was super clean, smooth, and her nails were perfect. Being an abused rescue dog with some obvious fear of baths and nail cutting, I was fearful of her ill behavior when grooming her. She was happy and had a little spring in her step aftwards. I recommend Groomingdales! Sheba will be going again for a spa day next month. THANK YOU MELISSA
