Bandana and Bow

Sad to say my experience didnt go as I hoped. It started with them texting me just stating available times to book and never actually saying who they were until prompted. That lack of professionalism continued to my appointment when I showed at the agreed time only for them to say they told me a different time (which I showed in text they did not). I got no apology and no refund for wasting my time. Just an offer for another appointment time which I couldnt do. Too bad, I always try to support small businesses when I can. But what I wont support is a company that makes you feel like you are an inconvenience when you are trying to give them your business.

This place is amazing. The best groom my goldendoodles ever had. Whenever were in town we book in here and are never disappointed. Great service.

Finally found a groomer that knows how to do a classic Bichon cut! I know my dog was super fussy but he still looked great. Will definitely be coming strictly to this groomer now.

When our long-time groomer relocated out of state, we found Bandana and Bow online. I was impressed by the positive reviews and trusting Bandana and Bow with our Maltese, Zach, has been the best decision. Aside from doing an excellent job on the physical aspects of his grooming, they are communicative, reliable, professional and kind-hearted. It makes me so happy to know that our fur baby is in good hands when he is there. I highly recommend Bandana and Bow, as they have proven capable of providing a level of service that is becoming rare to find these days. So grateful to have found folks who care. :-)

Today was my first appointment for my 2 Shih Tzus and I couldnt be happier. Dennis was great with my babies. They were a little overdue for a grooming and he did an amazing job. They came back happy, beautiful and smelled fantastic! I already booked their next appointment. I will definitely be a long-term customer! The communication was great, he arrived on time and it was obvious he cares about the puppies. Thank you!

Finally found our permanent groomer! 100% satisfied customer. My dog can be a little skeptical of new people and they were so patient with him. They even brought out another dog just so he could be comfortable! They answered quickly for my appointment of choice, their service was speedy but thorough, and their pricing was extremely fair. I love that this is a private location and the dogs aren’t put in cages but instead have a little play date before and after grooming.

What an absolutely GREAT Experience 🐶 I called in Thursday morning as a brand new client and they got me in 2 days later!! Dennis was so kind and you can tell they love dogs here!! Emma looks and smells absolutely scrumptious ♥️ I am extremely particular with Emma and I’m so amazed how perfect everything went!! Please take your babies here, you will NOT be dissatisfied at all!!!!!

Chris and Dennis were so nice. I was extremely happy with both of my dogs groomings! I sent them there for a whole day and overnight board and was also very happy! I could tell they treated my dogs like part of their own family!

Ever since I move back to LI Ive tired numerous groomers. After giving bandana and bows a try, I wont bring my dog anywhere else. They are very pleasant, professional & affordable. My Morkie was so happy & handsome. Definitely will be using them again. I highly recommend!

I don’t think my senior schaunzer has ever had a more stress free grooming experience or looked better. My husband was also impressed when I brought Oliver home. I would highly recommend Bandana & Bows. They are true animal lovers who have a warm, lovely home filled with beautiful, well behaved dogs. We will definitely be using this service again!

We started going to Bandana and Bow summer of 2019. We had an older dog who was a chow mix. He had a lot of skin tags and polyps and most groomers in the Patchogue area would not groom him. We contacted them via Facebook messenger and they responded very quickly that they would groom him. Our dog Buddy came back like a new dog! They handled his tags and polyps with ease!We have since been taking our other dog Kiera there to be groomed and for dog boarding. They have always been very responsive and communicative with us. They also always confirm boarding and grooming appointments which we love. Highly recommend them for both of their grooming and boarding services! Also, as Im writing this during our COVID pandemic situation, they have a gated system in place at their stoop to enable social distancing. And they always come out to greet us with masks on. Love that! Thank you both for always being professional, responsive and reliable.

I cant believe I havent checked in here sooner but I love this friendly grooming spot! Every time we have been there, each staff member has been so helpful and has given us new advice for our puppy goldendoodle. Also I have never made an appointment, and Lulu gets treatment right away! Ive never had a problem with her nails cut too short or ear cleaning or anything really. They do a great job for our Lulubird!Now a word from the customer herself:Woof woof! Been taking my dogs here for awhile and I couldn’t feel any more comfortable with leaving my dogs to get groomed. I’m such a nervous nelly when it comes to my dogs plus I’m a very picky customer so I appreciate the time and effort they put into my dogs every time! Thank you bandana and bow highly suggest!

To say our experience with Bandana & Bow was good is an understatement. They were truly amazing! I have two nut job dogs and they handled them well beyond my expectations as it was our first time having our dogs professionally groomed. Our boys have never looked so handsome nor have they ever smelt so good!
