Petite Pets Boarding & Groomering

Worst experience EVER. I took my cat in for a bath and nail trimming, granted my cat wasn’t able to get a bath due to Not being cooperative. So when I got the call to pick up my cat since she’s unable to get a bath but how they trimmed her nails I did so, but once I got home and she ran out the bag I noticed that she starts licking her paws, and Her paws Have blood on them and the more I started to look I noticed that the groomer had cut her claws extremely short! One of her claws was cut EXTREMELY SHORT it looks as if She no longer has a claw, and I wish I wasExaggerating. I tried to take pictures of her claws but she was startled as it is but I still managed to get some pictures. I called the grooming Place crying because never in my life have I’ve ever seen her nails cut this short to the point it was bleeding so bad. I am very aggravated and disappointed!

I bought the Husky I had just rescued to get groomed, and he returned shed free. My house was a fur ball beforehand. Great job.

Our beloved puppy went for his first haircut, and boy was he happy. He came home and we had a long talk. He said the ladies there were great. They were so gentle and kind. He really enjoyed his time and is looking forward to the next trip.Thanks-FitzWhat he actually said when he got home was:Bark bark bark bark bark bark bark bark bark bark bark bark bark bark... Bark bark, bark bark bark bark bark! Bark bark bark!

I haven’t taken my dog to the groomers in awhile so I was hesitant to finding one and going in for his first official grooming in awhile. Plus with his anxiety. Very nice people and wasn’t expensive. My 7 y/o Kato came out perfect!

The groomer here really did a wonderful job for my princess Lily. Jojo truly gave her the princess treatment and cleaned her up beautifully. She has bad hips and they knew how to keep her sensitive hips comfortable. I am confident I’m going back to receive the same treatment for my princess again.

Absolutely terrible left my puppies here for boarding and grooming. Left them here for 5 days by the time I picked them up I can tell they were anxious and uncomfortable here. I payed for grooming service in advance and didn’t get the service done because the puppies weren’t “cooperating” what type of grooming place is this like it’s your job you should know how to work with puppies or dogs who have a hard time cooperating clearly you don’t know how to do your job. Not only that they didn’t give me back the money cuz they claimed my puppies “damaged” stuff like nowhere in the contract did it say I had to pay for damaged items which I have a hard time believing my puppies did because that place looks gross and disorganized as it is. Lack of professionalism from the girl definitely showed. Absolutely awful!!!! Customer service awful

Love them. They always do a great job grooming my dogs and they are happy to go there! Can’t say enough about them, definitely check them out. The staff is friendly and listens to your wants/needs…won’t go anywhere else for my baby boy and girl

Was recommended by a friend. Specifically asked for one of my dogs NOT to be shaved but just cleaned up, they shaved him almost bald and cut him on his stomach and around his privates. My other dog I wanted a little longer, it appears they trimmed his face unevenly and barely touched his body, he looks like he has a big body and a little head (he is only 4.5 lbs). I had to cut his rear myself because when he came home and went to the bathroom it was all over his rear. I am very upset my dogs look ridiculous.

This place was taken on by new owners… and oh my what a difference. The place is 100x’s cleaner! The staff will accommodate any needs for your pets. I called for an appointment and they got me in the next day for both my dogs. I’ve never been more satisfied in a grooming until yesterday after they returned me back my labradoodle (straight hair) and Aussiedoodle (straight hair). Both coats on my dogs are shinning, both are so soft to the touch and smelling absolutely amazing. Thank you for taking such good care of my babies!! Be back in 3 months!

Great place; owners were very nice. They accommodated us at the last minute before spring break. Mia seemed very happy. I’m sorry about the blanket that she destroyed 😆

My first experience coming here was great.They had another apt coming up. There was miss communication, and my dogs didn’t get dropped off to this place but ended up getting dropped off somewhere very close by. Wasn’t able to call this place myself to let them know myself what had happened. They called me, and the lady on the phone gave me a nasty attitude. I tried explaining what had happen and just continued with her attitude and hung up. I understand the frustration l, but stuff happens.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to have come across Petite Pets Grooming, Boarding and Daycare. Joe and his partner have by bar exceeded my expectations. They are incredibly kind, compassionate, caring and loving. They are the exact kind of people you want caring for your animals. Not only do I feel comfortable with them but I am so impressed by their willingness to help. I recommend this place to everybody. Not to mention the owner also does bird rescue which can be very challenging- Lots of respect to this facility and everybody that works in it!

My dog practically jumped out of my arms when I dropped her off for boarding. Family owned, good pet care.

If I could give zero stars I most definitely would.I brought my puppy here for the first time mind my puppy is a month and a half old it’s was her first grooming. My puppy has always been a playful sweet girl but when I picked her up from here she was completely traumatized she won’t even let me touch her. She is completely scared of everything. I brought her just for a wash nd blow and yet they shaved my baby and she has cuts all over her belly and ears. I went back and asked for the owner who then proceeded to tell me his name was bill he got so nasty and told me I shouldn’t be complaining that they cut my dogs hair and I didn’t get charged but my puppy Is traumatized then he proceeded to tell me to go get my dog groomed someone where else. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE YOU DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DO TO YOUR FUR BABIES BEHIND CLOSED DOORS.

My dog Shiloh has aggressive problems this is the only groomer that he has no problems with and handles him very well ! He moved upstate one yr ago and I groomed him up there and the lady told me I had to find another groomer ! I asked my sister if her groomer ever had a problem with Shiloh and she said no they love him ! This place is awesome with dogs if they can give my dog a bath because he won’t even let me give him a bath ! He won’t even let me clean his eyes so I know first hand this place is very amazing !!!! They def deserve five stars dealing with this shitzu ! If he likes them I love them …. Makes my life so much easier ! Dogs know when they’re are good ppl ! Absolutely loved this place. Everyone is so nice and friendly. My dog was so good with the his groomer Emma. Definitely recommended.

Used them for years until they sent my dog home with 1/2 a nail. He bled like crazy, enough to soak a towel. When I rushed my pup back to Petite pets, Bill the owner thought it was no big deal and proceeded to tell me that my dog hurt his nail on one of the cages. I had a right to be told when I picked him up! Remember people our dogs cant talk and tell us what happens to them!

I use Petite Pets for boarding when I go away all the time. My two little Shih Tzus absolutely love going to spend time with the staff and the other pups. I always feel safe to leave them because I know theyre in such good hands. I also love getting them groomed there -they always come back with the best haircuts. I highly recommend both boarding and grooming with such a great caring staff.

No complaints at all they got my cat right in during an emergency cleaning situation she was out in less then a hour spotless her claws looked good and she was alot calmer when I got her back then when I brought here in so im sure she was in good hands im not sure what average prices are for what I had done but I can say I was satiafied

If I could give a negative star rating I would!! I brought my 2 dogs to them to get TRIMMED!!! They shaved my girl (xl bread mix) and didnt even touch my Boy (border collie mix) and then when I picked them up the guy at the counter said what do you want me to do about it I said fix it, I paid enough for both to get trimmed!! I came back to pick up my boy and they shaved him too and he had burn marks and cuts!!! I was infuriated!!! The other guys apologized and I left!! I chose to give them a second chance do to people referring me back! I regret ever doing that!! I Brought my old man (border collie mix) to get groomed and they tortured him!! Shaved, burn/cut marks all over shaking in fear!!! A dog that has been my battle since I came home!!!! He isnt afraid of anything!! He came home with a slipped disk in his neck and need medical attention!! He was so bad the vet almost thought we would have to put him down due to his incontinence and in ability to walk or being uncomfortable!! I paid extra for him to have special time to relax and to be treated with extra care!! NEVER EVER AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!

I have been taking my dog here to get groomed for years. The owners are really friendly and my dog always looks amazing. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to answering questions that I might have. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful place to bring you pet to get groomed. I have been bringing my dogs there for over 8 years and these guys are awesome. Highly recommend them and I also leave my dogs there when I go on vacations. They are great with animals!

My pup always comes out fresh and clean!! He never seems upset, so I know they treat him well! Definitely would recommend them

My dog looked amazing when they finished up with her summer haircut,bath, clipping and all other pampered treatment Maggie received.She had a smile on her beautiful face.Highly recommendation given to this care my dog received.That listened to all of my requests and they were all forfiled.It took about 2-3 hours instead of other places that can take up tp 8.Great experience.Will be back soon!

I hate writing bad reviews but I feel like I wasted my money here and it was very expensive. My golden doodle looks so weird/bad :( even my boyfriend agrees.

The daycare part seems to be a success, the small dogs frolicking in the front room were having a blast - but they really need to work on their cat-grooming skills.The things I specifically requested were massive brushing, claw clipping and a butt trim on a longhaired cat. He came home with the same furry rear end and needle claws he went in with, and still shedding. Im pretty sure all they did was a bath & blow-dry.Dealing mostly with small dogs, Im sure grooming cats is a challenge, but the answer is not to just do a half-assed job. Just tell people that youre dog groomers, not cat groomers.
