Shampooches Doggie Day Spa

Kate has taken amazing care of our standard poodle Brooklyn since his very first grooming. We have followed her throughout her career and absolutely love Shampooches. She is extremely patient, knowledgeable and an excellent groomer. As Brooklyn has gotten older, he has become more anxious and difficult. Kate has worked with us to help him. She is invaluable!! Truly the best!!!

I have been taking my dog there for a few years now and Ive always loved the outcome. Theyve changed the experience for us as her hair grows out often and the transformation is beautiful. She is as soft as can be for two weeks after her appointment. Her paws have become much softer, and they always give her such a cute scarf each time. I know shes in good care when they have her and are transparent with her grooming state. Definitely recommend anyone who wants to create a special bond with their pets groomers to come here. Its like sending them to family.

Mr. Spaghetti’s first cut was done by the lovey Caroline! He’s 6 months so his shedding puppy coat became a lot to manage, even with regular brushing. They got my boy all the way together. He’s so handsome. I highly recommend Shampooches! The staff is kind and knowledgeable - I really couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience for me and my Spaghetti 🙏🏾🤎

Caroline is the best! She’s so kind and always takes such great care of my pup. I can always count on her to do an excellent bath/groom and the perfect teddy bear look for my goldendoodle. Highly recommend!

Shampooches has been wonderful. Our Ruby is less anxious than our previous experience with where we took her. Everyone is genuinely happy and loving toward the animals. And they always do a little something extra to make the experience special. Like her sweet little Christmas bows 😍

Shampooches is hands down one of the best grooming salons Ive ever been to! From start to finish, they are so professional, offering a variety of seasonal shampoo scents and always clarifying exactly how Id like my dog groomed. This year, they even gave out custom dog ornaments to their customers, which was such a thoughtful touch. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly, and it’s clear they love what they do—their positive energy is contagious every time I visit. They treat my dog like royalty, and I always feel completely at ease leaving him in their care. Simply the best!

Its always scary bringing your dog somewhere new to be groomed, especially when your dog is 11 years old and very anxious. Krystal did an amazing job with him. Not only does he look great, but he came out a happy fella, and the rest of the staff doted on him. Facility is clean, and we enjoyed our time and will be returning!! Thank you for taking care of my stinky Boden and turning him into a proper gentleman!

Been taking Luci to see Kate for about 2 years.Always does a great job and she is a older dog and they always take such great care of her.Never comes home stressed out looks and smells great.Couldnt be happier!

We love this place! Great work and great people! We have used them for years. We had an appointment set up a few weeks ago that I had to cancel at the last minute because my dog got sick. It turned out she had cancer and she passed away just last week. The kindness, compassion, and support we received from this place was honestly unbelievable. Someday we will get another dog and we will be back but for now, I am just telling all my pet owner friends to bring their animals here!

Our dog is petrified of groomers. She is so stressed being left to get groomed everywhere except Shampoochez. Kate has created an atmosphere that is welcoming, our dog is never crated there, and our dog always leaves clean, well-groomed and relaxed. In addition, Kate has educated us on a number of doggie health issues and how we can help with wellness & prevention.

Owner Kate and the girls do an excellent job with my Mickey pit bull - he loves the place and looks great when I pick him up !

This place is really special. Everyone is so nice and are really thoughtful about the pups experience. My Malshi doesn’t like to be brushed and can get matted, but they really took the time to keep what length they could and make her look extra adorable.

Im so happy with Shampooches! I always go to Sydney for my dogs nail trimming. Hes a difficult dog but Sydney is always so sweet and gentle with him and he is even calm around her and he certainly isnt like that with many people. I actually dont know if I can ever go elsewhere because of how satifisfied I am with their service.

My girl is a bigger dog and sheds a ton at this time of year. Shampooches always gets all the shed out and gets her looking fluffy, shiny and beautiful! I also love the way they sculpt her toe fur- its layered and the cut lasts a lot longer than the usual paw trim. Shampooches is the best!!!!

Caitlyn and Sydney were both completely wonderful! Walked in just 45mins before closing, and they both took such good care of my Grizzly, Who is a terror when it comes to his nails and we left just 15mins later both much happier! Also was only 16$, very reasonable. Thank you again ladies!

My family loves Shampooches! My first dog and my Mother’s dog were both treated wonderfully and today was my new puppy’s first time! She came home happy, clean, and smelling amazing!!

Super clean. Friendly staff. So much better than one big room that all the dogs have to be worked on in one place. So much calmer and quieter. Did a great job and it didnt take too long. I will be back again and already have my niece coming with her dog tomorrow

The most arrogant groomer I have ever been too. I came in and expressed how I wanted my dog groomed. They said they could do it & my dog came out basically choppy looking. The owner was very rude in explaining how her business is ran & how my dog should be groomed. I do not recommend this place.

Kate and her team are truly the best in the business. Everyone is so kind, understanding and talented. Our golden retriever has severe allergies and skin problems despite working closely with multiple vets. Kate’s expertise has made Ace’s life so much more comfortable. We drive over an hour and half each way and never think twice about it because her team is more than worth it!

First cut for my lil girl , I had Krystal she was awesome. Came out sat and asked many questions about my lil girl and what we were looking to achieve in her cut.She was also very good giving us info for taking care of her coat at home.Also the business it self is lovely and very clean.My lil girl looked and smelled wonderful 💕very pleased and will be back.

The pups always look wonderful and love it here.. but most importantly, everyone here pays such close attention to the dogs and CARE. Kate noticed something “off” with my golden and suggested I take him to the vet. He ended up having a fever of 105 (which could have killed him) and a very swollen leg. He tested positive for Lyme and was kept in the hospital. Their attention saved his life. I will forever be grateful 💗

My groomer moved and I had to find a new one quickly when I realized my pup was in dire need. Everything from the booking process in is super streamlined and they took great care of my boy! He came home looking ten lbs lighter than he did when I brought him in. 10000% found our new groomer at Shampooches!

I’ve taken my Samoyed/Husky mutt to this groomer 3 -4 times and they’ve always done a terrific job. They will go out of their way to point out problems (matted fur, ticks, etc) and provide suggestions. They are also extremely cordial and professional. Kudos to Kate and her team! Loyal customer.

Have brought both of our dogs here a couple of times. They always come back happy as can be, looking and smelling great!

I have a Shetland sheepdog. These dogs have a lot of fur, including an undercoat. Shampooches does a great job grooming her. My dog looks beautiful and I get compliments on her grooming even several weeks after shes been groomed. The staff are very friendly and competent. I highly recommend this place.

This was Diego’s first time at the salon. Sydney did an amazing job and made him feel safe and comfortable.

Caroline was so kind and caring. Her expertise shined and was so considerate when dealing with my Luna who has allergies. Caroline made recommendations however, was not forceful in anyway. Would highly recommend and Luna will be going back in 6 weeks for a mini-groom to keep up that short haired look that she so needs!

It’s hard to tell by the photos, but my boy Spanky looks and smells great! He was too excited to sit for a photo shoot. He wanted to run out and show the world what a fantastic job Anna did! My handsome boy has been getting complimented since we left. Even when we went for a walk he seemed lighter and more confident in his 3-legged step!He is so soft and smells remarkable.I can’t recommend Anna or Shampooches Spa enough.They’re super friendly and such a cute waiting room. I kinda wanted to book an appointment for myself.Take your pampered pupper there and you will be as happy and Spanky and me ❤️

Kate and her staff are awesome. Over the last two years she has given me valuable pointers on managing my pit rescue’s health and well-being. Very experienced and reliable shop that we look forward to visiting!

The grooming was actually fine but paying $90 to have my 6.5 month old puppy traumatized and stressed unnecessarily while she’s waiting to be picked up is inexcusable. An employee literally laughed at me when I expressed fear and concern for my puppy who was in the back barking incessantly (which she literally has never done before). She literally laughed while my dog who never barks was screaming, while simultaneously ignoring my request to see her while I was waiting for several minutes and then trying to help the gentleman who walked in after me.Employees made it clear that they don’t care about my dog and they verbatim said “get a certified trainer” (when she already has one) to justify their abhorrent, inhumane behavior is what you can expect. I would not recommend trusting the staff at ShamPooches with your dog.

Sidney has been Coopers groomer since he was a puppy. Always dedicated to caring for him and offering helpful suggestions. Thanks to all the Shampooche staff!!!

We love Shampooches! My dogs are very nervous and are not fans of the groomers, but at Shampooches they make them feel safe and comfortable and keep the experience as stress free as possible. Highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I just moved to this area and needed our two dogs nails trimmed and cut. Our one dog is very nervous, and the other is full of energy, and they did amazing with both of them. Cant recommend this place enough we will definitely be using this as our new spot.

I’ve taken my do Lola to Petco for years and I always get complaints about how bad she is. They always shaved her down. I decided to switch to a new groomer and to my surprise Lola loved it. When I picked her up I was told she was the perfect dog. This place is amazing! They have a nice calm atmosphere for the pups and are very gentle and knowledgeable. Lola will never go back to Petco. We found the perfect groomer! Thanks Kate and her team!

Kate is phenomenal!! she is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. Being new to the area, I called for an appointment an was graciously accommodated with one the following day. Any Pooch parent knows how terrifying it can be to leave your dog with a stranger. That wasnt the case at all with Kate!! I felt completely comfortable and relieved that our Clancy was left in such wonderful care. Thank you Kate for the excellent experience and truly amazing grooming!! Clancy looks fantastic!! We look forward to our next visit!!

My pups felt comfortable at this groomers and they never do! They looked even better after their first bath at Shampooches and they were somehow able to paint my pugs nails - we cant even hold her paw without her freaking out!! Well done, highly recommend!

Cannot say enough good things about this business! Kate is excellent at what she does!Our golden doodle had a bad prior grooming experience that made it difficult to find someone new to do it. Over the course of maybe 5 visits we’ve watched Kate transform our skeptical doodle & help him feel comfortable for his grooming. She is extremely patient with her dogs (and their parents 🙋🏻‍♀️) She takes the time to explain the processes and what you can do as an owner to care for your dogs in terms of brushing, grooming. Her knowledge of dogs is very evident. Take your dog here... you will not be disappointed!

Kate was amazing with our dogs. 1st time having them groomed and when I picked CHENZO and MUSHY up they were Bella! CHENZO is challenging because he is hard of hearing. And has so much energy being a puppy. Kate was very professional and gave us much knowledge with dog food, allergies, classes, ECT. A definite 5 STARS! Thank you Kate.
