Petco Grooming

No respect or consideration for clients time.After booking an appointment for my pet 3 weeks ago, we were at the place on time for appointment. Unfortunately, AGAIN the vet didn’t show up. This is the second time this happened, and again not a call or a text for cancellation, so disrespectful and unprofessional. I’m very disappointed with this place.

Kailee did such an incredible job on my puppy. He looks so handsome after I butchered his hair on my own pretty bad! Oops! This was his third hair appointment and Ive had some many more compliments (especially from family) on the way she styled him!! Cant wait to come back again

Having buddy groomed here was so easy! Just drop him off and he was ready in two hours!! Not like other places that had him upward of 6 plus hours and didn’t even look like they had done anything! Plus the groomer was amazing and so friendly!! Definitely be returning and booking the same groomer! Kailee p! Keep up the fantastic work!!

Was our first time using PetCo Salon and both humans and dogs in this family are happy with the services provided. Both dogs got a bath, nail trim, and teeth cleaning. Everything was good and as expected, with no surprises. Thank you, we will come again!

I’ve been bringing our eldest dog Bonnie(16 plus years) and each and every Groomer has been outstanding! They treat her so kind and loving!!! Staff is outstanding!!!

I got a call to show up earlier than my appointment was scheduled which worked out perfect! My dachshund looks so handsome after his grooming!

Don’t bring your pet here! The groomer is rude unprofessional and not helpful at all! Apparently the person is illiterate as well and is unable to read a vaccine record.

My little dog is an old man and has a bad back. All the staff treat him so well when I take him in. Amanda is particularly wonderful. She loves on Boochie, and he adores her. They take such good care of him. All the staff treat him as if he was their own dog. They also remember me all the time and call me by name. They are the best Petco staff I have ever had. I recently moved up here full time about 2.5 years ago and began going there. I would not go anywhere else.

Staff is beyond amazing, they are caring and they accommodated our dogs needs. Definitely coming back for more grooming.

I needed my Irish wolfhound groomed for an event this coming Friday. The salon was able to fit me in Monday night and gave Tara a fantastic bath, nail trim, & brush-out. (My apologies that shes an escape artist who also learned how to turn on the blow dryer.) Your staff is GREAT with my dogs!!

Amanda at Petco is amazing and has always taken care of our Molly when we bring her in for grooming. Being 14 going on 15 human years, Molly is a little slower moving and has some sight issues, but she knows Amanda and trusts her. Amanda is so patient with Molly - we will always bring Molly to Amanda and have for years, which is why Molly trusts her so much. The other people at Petco grooming are very talented as well, but Molly loves Amanda so she always goes to her.

I thought they did a really good job as it was my first visit to a groomer. The staff was great and the pricing reasonable! Definitely going back

Wonderful job, did a great job on my dogs nails which is a challenge each time.

I will always bring our Molly to Amanda at Petco. Amanda is so good with Molly, and Molly looks so great when she comes home from her grooming. I hope Petco in Queensbury knows what a great employee and person Amanda is.

Our dog looked good. His nails were trimmed. He was happy when we picked him up and was not stressed.

Finn was excellent from the moment he met my dog and throughout the service. The job done grooming was superior.

They really take good care of Harry. He is anxious to be away from me amd Amanda is so good with him.
