Hydrant Hotel

As seniors, we took in a new puppy. Living in a condo community, we do not have fenced yard for proper exercise or socialization. After being a puppy playmate for about a month, we decided the socialization Hydrant offers could be beneficial! While shes only 6 mos old, shes a different girl! Twice weekly totally helped Shelby socially - both with other dogs and humans! She LOVES her play time at Hydrant, coming home exhausted, and anxious to go back the next time. Hydrant staff is awesome. Hydrant is clean, safe, and welcoming. Staff posts to Instagram of the dogs playing together is wonderful ! It is such a happy place for our Shelby!

Ted is treated like family at The Hydrant. The staff here are exceptional and caring and knowledgeable and kind. They go out of their way to make sure all my crazy dog mom needs are met. And I know that’s good customer service, but the care feels individualized and personal. This isn’t a daycare factory. We love it here, thank you to all of Ted’s teachers. The Hydrant is an irreplaceable service in our family.

My dog has been using the daycare and boarding facilities at hydrant hotel for over a year and a half. He absolutely loves to go and practically runs into the place when we get there. The staff is so friendly and professional. Would highly recommend trying them out.

My 2 GSDs stayed for a week long while we were away on vacation. The process of dropping them off was easy. The facility seemed well maintained from what I could see and I was so happy when I saw pics posted of my dogs on their social media so I could see they were doing well. I would be happy to board them there again.

We were worried about leaving our recently adopted dog at a kennel. Had we known the care he would get, we would never have had any concerns. While away, the staff sent us photos of our boy with his new doggie friends. He was returned to us happy and healthy. It would have no qualms about leaving him at the Hydrant Hotel. As a matter of fact, I plan to bring him in from time to time for play dates.

I love this place! They take exceptional care of my boys. I have no qualms about having them stay here. They treat their “guests” like they are loved and pampered.

The staff at the Hydrant are the absolute best!!! We love having a safe place to take our Teddy (fur child) where we know he will be loved and cared for as if he were their very own!! Not only does the Hydrant provide his safe haven while we are away, they ensure he is kept busy and happy with day care play dates, and return him to us bathed and pedicured. The cake topper, the photos of him shared on instagram while we are away! We always look forward to our pup-dates (When they have time in between taking such good care of our babies of course !) 10 stars really! Thank you Hydrant, our extended fur family!

My pup loves coming to the Hydrant Hotel for doggy daycare. She is always excited to start her day here. We love the staff, they are always friendly and accommodating. They also post daily photos on instagram that are adorable and clearly show how much fun she is having with her friends. We are also comforted knowing that in the case we ever need boarding we know somewhere she already loves to be and play. I was nervous about having our girl somewhere but we could not be happier with our experience !!

Love dropping Scout off knowing shes in the best hands.....For the second time we have little health issues - both the same, she came out limping and the limping got worse the next day. Her left paw is raw and very tender. We do not know what is causing this but the Vet says clawing at floor or nervously working at her foot......

I bring my dog, Duke, to the Hydrant Hotel weekly for their doggie daycare program. He loves going which makes me very happy. All the stall are friendly, accommodating and genuinely care for him. Duke comes home ready to rest after a full day of fun activity.

My dog was recently there for three nights. He came home with diarrhea and a horrible cough. This would be obvious to anyone who is near him and the likelihood that there was at least another dog that was coughing. . At the very least, this should’ve been brought to my attention and it was not. Disappointed is an understatement angry is more appropriate.I felt an update to my original review is appropriate. The Hydrants response showed little concern for Teddy and making the point; that you signed the agreement so you knew the risk.It was also stated that none of the staff was aware that Teddy was coughing. Frankly it seems to me that that was not possible unless he first started to cough when he got in the car.You provided a phone number for the owner if I wanted to call him. It should be the other way around. Whether it’s the business owner or a representative of the company, someone should have reached out to me beyond a cold boiler plate CYA response.Unfortunately Teddy is still very sick and we will be taking him back to the vet today.Maybe ownership should read what previous employees say about the lack of management posted online and support the staff and most importantly the clients and their pets

Excellent job bath hair skin & nails he looks and smells great.Ziti also loves going to daycare 3 times a week he gets ex as we pull into parking lot & flys inside to the staff waiting to greet him. Entire staff is awesome.

My girl, Coco, has been a regular weekly visitor of The Hydrant since 2020. As a young puppy, she was hyperactive and highly sociable. While living alone with me was perfect from my perspective, it did not provide enough stimulation for her. After trying another daycare facility a few times, she made it clear that she was unhappy. Then we found The Hydrant and daycare at The Hydrant has proven to be absolutely perfect for her needs over these several years. She LOVES it and that socialization with other friendly dogs and friendly, caring human beings has helped shape her personality into the sweetest, most confident and most loveable dog I have ever had the pleasure of sharing a home with. A million thank yous to the amazing Hydrant team!

Look at that smiling face!! Marley LOVES the Hydrant Hotel. Everyone gives her lots of attention and she gets to play with her friends all day. And when shes tired from a long day at play, she gets to rest in her own spacious room. The staff is super friendly and very responsive. Your pup can even show up on Instagram!!

The Hydrant Hotel is awesome! Very accommodating and responsive to emails and or questions. Loki seems to enjoy it as well. They are very focused on making the dogs happy. I love their instagram posts. Great staff! Love them all. We frequent the hotel for overnight stays , grooming and daycare.

I have boarded my dogs at the Hydrant numerous times and each time has been a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and considerate of me and my dogs. The care and attention the staff gives to my dogs has been extremely appreciated by me. The Hydrant allows me to get away and I do not worry about my dogs as they are in great hands. I highly recommend The Hydrant to any pet owner!!

I cannot say enough about the Hydrant Hotel. I recently had a medical emergency that left me unable to take care of best friend for almost 6 wks. The staff of the Hydrant gave Sookie so much love and attention over the 6 weeks that I I was able to recover with out having to worry about how she was and took so much stress off me. Prior to this incident I have boarded Sookie over the last few years when I was out of town for business. There is know where I would ever leave her other than than the Hydrant . I cannot say enough about the place but what really makes it great is the staff. Thank you

I think they are terrific. I boarded my 21/2 year old Australian Shepherd and they were the best. My dog is very attached to me and it was so great. He bonded with the handlers and they were so kind. He also played with other dogs! The Hydrant also has a fabulous groomer. I have tried others, and my dog did not do well. Cant say enough good things about the Hydrant!

After sending my golden retriever here for multiple weeklong stays (and spending thousands of dollars) over the past 18 months, I picked her up today and shared some constructive criticism about the fact that I had had no news from her during the stay on social media. I politely explained that it may be simpler for them to take group shots of dogs so that all owners could see their pups rather than multiple shots of one dog with personalized comments. Without even having read their email yet, I later noticed that her beautiful tail had been unprofessionally cut short without any explanation or warning. When I called back to ask what had happened, I was told that I was no longer welcome to bring her to the Hydrant because I had dared make a suggestion for them to improve their customer service and social media practices. They even suggested I was inventing the fact that her tail had been cut! Who is running this crazy place?!

The Hydrant has been amazing to my two pups, they have the best time when they board and always come home with a smile! The staff is extremely accommodating and attentive to the pups!

I highly recommend Hydrant Hotel. They take such good care of your pet. The staff is also great. I can’t say enough about them. If you need to board your dog don’t look any further than this, you’ll will not find a better place.

Had my dog stay at the Hydrant for 4 days while traveling and I cant say enough positive things! The staff was so helpful and kind. I was anxious at first, but they eased my nerves right away. They also post daily instagram photos of the pups so you can stay updated while away. Will 100% be using them again!

My 2 dogs LOVE the hydrant hotel! If I even say the word “daycare” they freak out thinking that they are going there. I work overnights and the hydrant is always very accommodating with working with my schedule! One of my dogs is very shy and is not a fan of strangers but when she sees a staff member at the hydrant she is always happy to see them! They look forward to their weekly trip in. And I look forward to being able to get a good day of sleep. 💕💕💕 I would recommend (and have) to my friends and family.

The women that work here are amazing Dash my Staffordshire Pitbull loves them. The women are kind and friendly.. even when dash had an incident because he was having leash issues they were understanding and said as soon as I corrected the problem he was allowed to return. He loves all of them. Most places wouldn’t give a Pitbull that second chance. I feel like they treat Dash as their own. I never had any issues. Jeremy I’m sorry you had a bad experience because you called last minute during their busiest season and they were booked. I always have to book in advance. Pitbulls are the most frowned upon dogs because of there breed..So the fact you’re bringing race into your review has me baffled. I’ve never witness them treat any customer with disrespect. I’ve seen many different types of customers of different cultures bring their dogs or cats here and never once saw any of them treat them in a negative way. This will always be my go to place and I’m glad to be apart of this establishment as I consider them friends.

My dog loves this place. Whenever we get his leash and head towards hydrant he is so happy! They love dogs, very professional and little pricey but you have a great service and it is worth every penny!

I love the Hydrant Hotel and so does my dog. Everyone is so nice and it is so clean. My dog can’t get out of the car fast enough when we get there. He runs for the door. I recommend the Hydrant Hotel for all their services.

We have been taking our dogs to the Hydrant Hotel since they opened. The level of care and compassion shown to them is above and beyond. I would recommend them highly to anyone who asked.

Ive been bringing my dogs since they opened - truly a home away from home for our pets. All I have to say in the car on the way there is: were going to play with your puppy friends! and my dog goes nuts with joy! They get plenty of socialization and exercise, so when we pick them up they are relaxed and happy. Worth it. Staff is amazing and place is impeccable.

My dog and my family absolutely love this dog hotel. Our Dog is welcomed like a celebrity when she arrives, unlike other hotels from the past she isnt afraid when we pull up. She is a rescue and she had previously been mistreated so this is very big for her and us. We book her baths and and nail trimming when she goes and we call it her spa weekend. She comes back happy and perfectly well taken care of.

I was hesitant about leaving my dog Frances because she has never been boarded before. They took me on a quick tour of the facility and showed me where Frances would be sleeping. The place was very clean and the staff were very welcoming. They attempted to socialize Frances with a small dog based on what I had told them about her. They noticed she was very anxious with the other dog so they decided to give her one on one play with a staff member instead. I would definitely bring Frances back.

Kicked me out because I had “issues” with them because I made suggestions on how I want MY dog and surprise pricing I go every time. Also, my sister goes there and they refuse to groom her dog without any explanation after my situation.

I dont trust my fur baby with just anybody but this hotel is different. She never wants to go in because she spoiled. They take their time with her which she really needs. Shes always with me and my kids so doesnt trust most people . She warms up slowly. The first night stay is always the hardest for her. She doesnt like sleeping alone and almost always scares the ladies (makayla sorry about that) before she warms up to them quickly. They sent me pics an updated me throughout her stay. Evaluated her to make sure she was able to play with the other pups. Overall I love this place everytime I go outta state my Remi will be staying there. An the bottom line is theyre affordable🎤⤵️💥

I take my dogs grooming here. My big dog has a fear of the hoses but they understand and let my other dog bathe with him at the same time to calm them down they always work with me so they can provide my dogs the best experience. Also my big dog wont go anywhere else now.

Been bringing our dogs for several years and always get good service, friendly staff and most of all, excellent grooming for our dog. Keep it up.

Last weekend we brought our two dogs Bailey (Old English Sheep dog) and Guiness ( Cocker Spaniel mix) in for grooming. WOW what a wonderful job Katie ( the new groomer) did. Our Bailey has never looks this Great!!! We can’t say enough about how Wonderful the entire staff is and how Wonderful Katie is!! Great place, will be back for their Christmas grooming! My dog loves going there waggy tail and all. The staff is always so helpful and pet loving friendly. Place is well kept and very clean. We utilize it every time we get away

The staff are simply wonderful! My Daisy is new to the Hydrant and they treat her with care and love.

All aspects of this place is positive, we feel our dog was in a safe, clean place.

I dropped my dog off for 5 hours of day care. Imagine my surprise that I was charged $68 for what I thought would be a $35 stay. They told me I had to pay an evaluation fee since it was the first time my dog was there. I was NOT told this when I dropped her off which did not give me the opportunity to decide if I wanted to pay such a hefty fee. To make matters worse since I had two important Dr. appointments the following two days I reminded them that I had told them that when I dropped her off. They then told me they were full up and couldn’t take her. So I paid a $30 fee for a service, day care for two days, that I couldn’t take advantage of. UNRELIABLE RIPOFF!
