I have been bringing my pups (Ruby and City Girl) here for services for a number of years. I have yet to be disappointed with their care and would recommend anyone to the team at Dog essentials. They have great prices on their high quality foods and are very informative when asked questions. We love this mom and pops shop better than any other animal store. I purchase anything I can here also. Im not sure how to post pics here or I would.

My service dog Sparky has been coming to dog essentials since he was 9 months old. First it started out with boarding while I was at work and traveling for work until Sparky was able to begin his service dog training. Then it became just grooming because Sparky comes with me everywhere now. In the past 4 years not one occasion where my baby was mistreated or hurt. I have since adopted a dog and she has been going for grooming the past year along with my partners 2 pups. We have had such a wonderful experience and the way they care for our guys and gals in our absence goes above and beyond. Not to mention how cute they make the Dog Pound look. Love love love the team at Dog Essentials for all our guys and gals needs.

My dog has been going here for years! It’s a great place and they are very knowledgeable. They helped me with my dog’s allergy and skin problems. The staff is very friendly and always has time to chat about your dog. I would not go anywhere else now that I have found dog essentials!

Better prices and service than petsmart! All the spots that chain groomers normally missed they hit, even shaved under his ears for us which is hugely helpful. His nails were trimmed and his coat was even all over. Thank you! Great prices and great cut.

Tried this new salon because I just moved here and boy am I impressed!!! Besides how great my dogs haircut came out! They are such nice people and so knowledgeable, they helped me with new food for my baby! They have such a great selection of food and treats. I will definitely be back for more grooms and food!

My dogs have been groomed there many years probably close to when they opened. I have a Maltese and a bichon. And they have both been there for a very long time they have had no problems and they always come out wonderful. I would never have a complaint with this company. They have been going strong and they are very caring and responsible from my view. I have never seen anything bad happen there I just know I feel comfortable taking my dogs there. Things happen and freak accidents happen. I feel this does not affect me or my dogs. I think it just spreads rumors too fast. I’m sorry to say.

I have been bringing my beautiful Miniature poodle to this shop for almost a year. She goes every six weeks. My dog is very happy to get groomed at this shop. The owners are helpful and accommodating. The woman who grooms my Lillie is attentive to her and lets me know if there is something I need to monitor (ears). All employees are friendly and Lillie seems to like all. I have the highest respect for this shop. It’s clean and safe. The holding area is safe for the dogs as well. I will make referrals.All u haters need to stop the slander!!No place is perfect!! These dogs are well cared for and if my Lillie was not, she would not be going!!I can find issues with all types of businesses, schools, doctors, people etc. so….This is my honest and non biased review of Dog Essentials. I love the services and people who work and own dog essentials. I have 2 dogs who were going to daycare until I became sick and then I just kept them home with me due to financial issues but I do still take them to get bathed and nails done once a month. They are affordable , friendly and understanding. The owners will go out of their way to help where they can and when they can. Ive been bringing my doggies there for approximately 11 years. All 5 of them. (Now 4) They are little Maltese bishon mix. There are so many great things to say about them. Josephine and renado (owners) are Not only caring about our dogs but also about us. They are wonderful, great people and I am blessed to have them In my life with my dogs. Gianna is a wonderful groomer. My one, Einstein. She always likes to do a hair do on him.I would never go anywhere else. I have come to love them.Lynn with the 4 doggies

I would not trust anyone but Dog Essentials with my dog. I previously brought my miniature schnauzer who suffered from canine cognitive dysfunction to be groomed there. They were absolutely amazing with him. I now have a rescue dog who is EXTREMELY difficult to handle. He cannot go to most groomers. Dog Essentials does a wonderful job with him. I have been going to them for over 5 years now and absolutely love them.

Never had an issue with my pups here. BOTH my yorkies go here.. The prices are good... The groomer always lets me no if there was an issue with 1 of my dogs skin... Always come out looking cute.. Will not go anywhere else!!! Always keep my pups separate from other dogs!!

We have brought our two dogs here consistently for grooming and used them for boarding when it was available. We love the way our pups come home looking and smelling following a grooming appointment and felt totally secure when we boarded our dogs there. We have referred friends and family to Dog Essentials and they have experienced the same, positive experiences.

I love Dog Essentials. I took my older dog there to be groomed for the first time and she looks great. She is a very anxious dog and gets scared very easy, but they held her and gave her the extra attention she needed. I will definitely be returning with her and my other dogs!

Dog Essentials LOVINGLY cares for my dog. They are excellent at grooming him. I am beyond thankful they take their time with him. They are very knowledgeable and an asset to our community. I very, very highly recommend them. True professionals and obvious animal lovers.

Dog Essentials is a great place to have your dog groomed. Before going to Dog Essentials I was going to Petsmart which was pricey and I would read about dogs dying in their care. So I am glad Dog Essentials opened right around the corner from where I live.Dog Essentials goes above and beyond to make you and your dog happy. The staff are always professional, friendly, knowledgeable and treat you like family. I can’t say enough about them. I am so glad they are right around the corner.

Great groomers,Time to edit this review.They are not just great groomers, they are excellent.My dogs always come out looking amazing and never traumatized.I have been bringing my twin Shi-Tzus, Bailey and Murphy for many years. Last year I added another rescue. Molly the Shi-Poo. All three can get themselves into terrible messes but they always come home beautiful.If anyone is looking for a place that will treat your dogs like their own then I recommend that you bring them here.

My dogs love going here. Grooming and daycare. Have been using them for well over 5 years. My grand dog now goes when my daughter needs someone to watch him. Kind, polite. Even my shy dog is excited every time we pull in.

My two seven month old huskies had a problem with fleas. I called Dog Essentials and made an appointment for them to be bathed. Everyone there was caring and wonderful with dogs. I am so glad I found this place. My young ones are a handful, but they had no problems with them and went above and beyond in their treatment and care. I highly recommend Dog Essentials.. This will be my go-to place whenever I need assistance with my girls.

I bring my Rottweiler and Pittbull there to have their nails clipped and it is always a good experience. The staff welcomes them with open arms and does not shy away. Theyre patient, gentle and kind where others places I have tried were not so responsive to my dogs sweet personality but nervousness around the nail clippers. Thanks!!!

This is only place my dog feels comfortable being groomed . The staff know exactly who she is and always treat her as if she was their own . I recommend Dog Essentials to anyone looking for great service

Justice for Apollo. I love my pup to the moon and back and if this ever happened to me I would make sure this place NEVER saw the light of day again. People give their pets to daycares to TRUST that they will be taken care of. The fact that this company cannot own up to their mistakes and blame it on other is horrifying and NOT a place I would take my dog. They are neglectful and murders. PLEASE Dont trust them with your babies! Because you might also be having to kiss them for the very last time.

Half these people have had ACTUAL PROBLEMS WITH YOUR BUSINESS. This business takes absolutely no responsibility for the damage they have caused peoples pets while their beloved animals are in the care of DOG ESSENTIALS. And honestly seems really sus that who ever is running this account comes to reply to my orginal review after yet ANOTHER issue arose at ur establishment. How about instead of telling all ur bad reviews that you dont know what your talking about, you didnt research you take some ACCOUNTABILITY. Admit to the community you made a huge mistake, unforgivable but you will do everything in your power to ensure these types horrendous situation dont happened again. Its the lack of accountability and respect you have for this community that is absolutely appalling honestly. Stop placing blame. Not everyone can be wrong sir. There is one common denominator here and that would be dog essentials.

They do a fantastic grooming job, and our pups love it there!! They sell everything we need from dog food to treats and toys! Great prices for excellent service. They treat our dogs like their own!!

We have brought our cockapoo to many different groomers. By far this has been the best. I would highly recomend this groomer, she truly cares about the outcome. His cut was perfectly done. They have a client for life.

Brought my grandpuppy there for a nail trim. It was hectic some dogs in cages some not. One poor dog up in a lift for grooming the whole time I was there with no one attending to him. As my grandpuppy is not used to being around a large group of barking dogs she cowered and the groomer had the nerve to tell me to socialize her more and then remarked on her issues with her coat and said you should take her to a vet when she has been. There attitude was unprofessional, would never go back.

We took are dog george here for the first time today and I recommend this place george got his hair cut and nails done and it was only 39.99 the staff are so nice and very helpful and very good wirh george.

I bring my dog there for daycare and he absolutely loves it. He always walks in wagging his tail and when he sees the employees he gets so excited. This tells me that they treat him well. They also did a great job trimming his nails and grooming!! 10/10!

So to all those who continue to support this business you are making a huge mistake allowing you dogs to be somewhere where they are not aloud to be!My dog Apollo was killed by another dog under the supervision of the owners at Dog Essentials on 7/19/20.I am just posting this now because of the fact that I am seeing and hearing the false accusations of the things that happened that day made by customers and the employees/owners of the business.My silence is no longer a priority. My one goal is for the truth to be seen all of you who continue to doubt and question what happened. They (specifically the owners) allowed a dog under their care to be attacked and killed by another dog. Waited an hour to call anyone, didn’t call authorities, didn’t give the owners a heads up about the scene they were about to walk into.I’ve worked at clinics, shelters and doggie daycares. This is so UNACCEPTABLE. Please do not bring your dog to this establishment.
